It’s a 10/10 game. Nothing else like it, it’s an absolute crime we have never gotten a new adventure from the franchise. Music and atmosphere is incredible! Graphically amazing for the time too.

I’ll never forget the moment when me and my brother figured out that we had to jump through the web in the middle of the floor. Incredible feeling. I was about 10 at the time.

I still play mine now and again. I’ve currently been playing sonic boom which I found out isn’t actually as bad as people made out to be. Typical of most modern sonic games in my opinion. 🤷🏻‍♂️ it’s weird going back to it though it’s like looking at the switch library of games, it’s bonkers how Nintendo managed to sell the same games again.

I’ve actually stopped playing it. It’s way too slow to get going for someone that’s been playing Mario games for 30 years. I’ll go back to it likely but I’m certainly not in love with it. Yet.

Probably get rid of it. It’s not my favourite tbh. I feel let down by the stupid joycons. I really do hope this switch 2 is backwards compatible and has a much better controller attached.

I won’t be getting it I’ve almost ran out of storage and I really can’t be bothered with getting a larger card or swapping it with another.

Drift has never effected me but just the joy cons in general are just not good enough. Far too small and uncomfortable and it’s criminal not to have a d pad! Also hd rumble…….. what a waste of time! Give me big fat Xbox s controller rumble any day.

@NinjaNicky yeah I know some people will think 10. It’s just an opinion after all. But when I think about how awesome super Mario world was and still is I think wonder doesn’t quite get there. I wanted to be blown away from the start like world did back in the day but the first couple of worlds haven’t done that for me. I mean the music isn’t even grabbing my attention like those catchy super Mario world themes did. Oh well maybe I’m just getting old 😝

I must say I’m enjoying sonic more.

@ear_wig I’m finding the sound effects really annoying. Jump sound boing is grating on me like it’s never done before in any other Mario game. It’s a fantastic game but to say 10/10 perfect I just can’t agree with that.

How anyone can say 10/10 outstanding is beyond me. It’s great but nothing amazing.

Anyone else find the jump noise (boing) in Mario wonder to be really annoying? It’s annoying me 😆

I’m having more fun with it than Mario wonder but it’s early days. I would question the art design in sonic though as I’m not sure who it’s aimed at. What I mean is us old fans prefer sonic mania for example but kids that have watched the new films would maybe expect something closer to that (a more cooler edgy art style) 🤷🏻‍♂️ but what do I know

Always physical for Nintendo games. Plus my sd card is full and I’m not buying another!

Frontiers is so bad on switch I wasn’t going to risk getting the switch version over the pc or Xbox I have.

I’m actually playing sonic &all stars racing at the moment on my WiiU. It’s weird I turned it on after not touching it for a while and I’m looking at tropical freeze, captain toad etc thinking these games are so old now how the hell did Nintendo manage to sell them again as if they were new 🤯

We can absolutely recommend this sonic game 6/10 👍
