@pikku for me it’s just way to chaotic I love the simplicity of the original doom which I think 2016 captured. Also those stupid platforming sections are really annoying and kill the flow. I guess eternal is like marmite

@Will808 it’s not a good thing when a game isn’t instantly fun. I don’t want to be half way through the game before I start to see its potential. Look at halo 30 seconds of fun was the target with an immediate understanding of gameplay and controls. 😊

This and the minish cap are some of the best portable games ever made! Anyway I hate the linear argument as yes you are told where to go but getting there is never straightforward! Fusion is a masterpiece!

@BANJO I do the same. I did break that rule for halo infinite though. That was a mistake 😆 I did enjoy the campaign on the whole though even if it’s not the best. Nintendo hasn’t let me down yet.
