The last MK games were very dull and dont have a very interesting gimmick that keeps me invested. Anti gravity and transformations barely did anything and the abandonment of individual unique powerups and something fun to do in singleplayer is a big downer. New game please

Very nostalgia biased ranking and counting collections is very unfair. Which makes it more silly because X and 2 is ranked above collections that have both and more. Then we have Zero collection above Zero ZX collection... Yeah this list is awful. Community rankings were always a mistake.

The "upcoming" game leak is gonna harm them big time, majority of those games were probably not going to happen or could of been scrapped before they were to actually think of announcing them.

Oh cool, Forces but with longer levels and more 2D with terrible physics meant for 3D gameplay, a 3D sonic game problem. The DS one was way better, it was just Rush with colors gimmicks used better and more akin to classic Sonic powerups where it doesn't just skip or slow pace down for "haha funny color power moments!".
Wonder if this game reviewed positively then because of how hard it tries to not be a Sonic game and more like a standard attempt at a standard platformer with blocky short 2D levels, like its some standard Mario game.

They said this before and only half focused on their promises. Nice PR. Just go continue porting old crap in premium, man. They know that's what's giving them ez money for minimum effort. They have PLENTY of IP'S of basically every genre, stop ignoring them, especially when you have a system that sells like hot cakes.

@Noid This is a unpopular opinion I can agree with. Boost formula is also a very unique gameplay style that ive seen no platformer have, and stood Sonic out from other 3d platformers. It has two games that really suck imo but I really enjoyed the boost gameplay in Unleashed and Generations.

Only people id expect to not find this game bad are sonic fans, they like this type of quality on their games.

Why would they want to get rid of the tagging system when that's the defining feature of the series... If you don't like that aspect then idk what to say, maybe the series isn't for you? Stop looking into these games as though they are some spiritual sequel to Zero/ZX/X, ask Capcom for that.

Overpriced. Probably wont go on sale for much either. Been waiting for a good sale on Afterbirth+ for years and I missed the single good one that was on sale for like a day.

While shallow at times, CyberConnect put a lot of love into those games and actually cared about how they ended Naruto (Unlike the real series im ngl), this really goes to show that that doesnt matter much to Bamco.

Cyber Connect should use their talent on some IPs of their own.

What a shame, Current Tails voice actor that was in Colors, Lost World and Boom is so far his best. Really brings the character into him without him sounding obnoxious little child like Heroes and the adventure games, or like a old women.

I think the reason for the mostly negative critisim is just simply because for them they've got a mostly negative product. For them the positives just arent as loud enough for them to talk about.

@clvr I agree 100%, I say this but I gave up, nobody really cares... The gaming world just dislikes critism that is opposite of their viewpoint almost 90% of the time from my experience . You have to say "imo", "for me", etc after everything said just so you can formulate your views with others because if you dont people see it as being objective or just a hater.

This doesnt really look better, just looks the same but 3D. Its VERY safe. I don't really see a reason to get this so far. That said, the remake needs some stronger shaders and more detail, just looks like a mobile game cause of its absense.

Like every remake that doesnt reimagine the game (for example FF7R), it shoupd be $40, but since Nintendo fans have no issue with that Its probably gonna be overpriced

Im not really interested, tried the one on 3DS and it quite bored me. As for nitpicks, the voices and visuals bother me.
