As cool as Petey was in SMS, I have never liked him enough to want to see him in all these cameos--Nor King Bob-omb or King Boo (I'll give him a slight pass because of Luigi's Mansion). But hey, someone likes a bipedal Piranha Plant with polka dot tights... Who am I to judge?

After putting hundreds of hours into Dr. Mario World, I’ve barely used the new doctors after updates. Although Morton does seem to be somewhat popular of an option and he was added fairly recently, I feel like you have to offer a good event that gives plenty of opportunities to receive the new doctor for them to mostly be used in balance with everyone else. Basically shoehorn them into the game the same way they did with Dr. 8-Bit Mario.

Imagine someone like that doing a heart transplantant. Or other surgery.

Can we have Dr. Mario and/or a port of Dr. Luigi on Switch now?

I love Dr. Mario franchise... sadly this is the only mobile Nintendo game not available in my Latin american country! Does anybody have an explanation for that?

@Kirbyfan Right on! I'd love to see more Pauline in the mainline series, as well as the spinoffs. I just hope that Nintendo sees it that way too and includes her more. I wouldn't complain to see Pauline in the next Mario RPG either!
