Female Link I think will just make the character less interesting. If you could play as the companion, that would be fun. Someone in the style of Midna or Tetra would be great.
Ahahaha I love it! It looks like they actually did all of that by actually developing the scene in the game's engine. If that's the case, I hope it's a sign of them possibly making actually good DLC for this game in the future, vs just adding extra dungeons or no DLC at all.
@ericthecheese, agree, I bought NSMBU for Wii U because the Wii version was so good, but because it was more of the same I never got around to finishing it.
I hope it has multiplayer. I've been turned off from Yu-Gi-Oh online because you have to buy the cards, and that's what I love about the Yu-Gi-Oh games, you get all the cards. My two requirements for this game would be multiplayer and every single card, otherwise I won't pick it up. I didn't pick up the first 3DS title till it was on sale either, and then when I finally got it I was glad I didn't pay full price for it.
A lot of people have nothing better to do than to complain in the comments section of a small Nintendo news site, lol.
Just go on steam or psn or Xbox live or torrents or whatever. Don't know why you people keep expecting anything different, or keep thinking anyone will actually read your complaints.
In all that time, he could have gotten a degree in electrical or computer engineering, jury rigged a way of unloading the data, and kept it saved on flash storage like a sane person.
It's not gonna have institutional support if people insist on continuing to play Melee competitively. Nintendo even made gamecube controller adapters to pander to these holdouts, and they still say Melee is the best of the series. Move on guys, as long as Nintendo continues to make nothing on Melee, they won't support Smash Bros tournaments.
Harvest Moon has obviously declined since the change of ownership. If you're seeing declining sales numbers, it isn't because there's no fans on 3DS and WiiU. It's because Harvest Moon just isn't that good anymore. Now that they're diluting it across multiple platforms, and it looks like it will basically be a mobile game ported to consoles, I think the end is near for Harvest Moon. Such a shame too.
Agree with all of these. Rogue Squadron was a fantastic game on N64. Not only did it look good, it was fun to play. Racer was also a lot of fun. I have to second the arcade recommendation, the pod racer controls were so good. It makes me wish it had a Wii/WiiU remake where you could use the wii mote and nunchuks as pod racer controls.
The Force Unleashed were also very good Star Wars games. I would prefer playing them on PC where you can get great graphics, but still fun to play on Wii.
@FreakFerrett Well, friend, that's simply because you didn't really think your comment through much before you posted it. I think it's beyond obvious that if they release a new iteration in a couple of years, and if this new iteration has an HD screen, it will have the processing power to handle 3D HD graphics.
The 3DS is a really good machine. I really think all they can do at this point is continue iterating on it. Maybe in a couple of years prices on screens will have gone down enough that they can release an HD 3DS at $200. Now that would be something.
Nintendo really needs to have a faster turn-around time with localizations. If they had gotten this game out before Fallout 4, XCX would be the game with the mechs and Fallout 4 would be the copy-cat.

The review says not much changed between 4 and 5, but I think it's all those little UI and graphics changes that add up to making 5 much better than 4. This might be my favorite of the series, ahead of 6.
I am for sure picking this up. After how good Steamworld Dig was, definitely gonna give these guys another chance. Even if they say it's from a different genre, they've already shown they can make a good game.
I will also say I only got into their game through buying the Nintendo Humble Bundle. Nintendo should do more of that.
On the plus side, it did guess the starting pokemon I wanted from the personality test perfectly. It's eerily uncanny.
The graphics are also great. I loved the environment and all the pokemon models.
I just wish the start wasn't so SLOW. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth afterwards. Also, what started into a minor annoyance quickly turned irritating: I never want to push a pokemon to the side, and that they made this a default and have you push a button to do the previous behavior of swapping places with your partner pokemon feels like such a huge oversight on the part of game testers.
Overall though, it's still your standard pokemon mystery dungeon game, with the plus side of being able to recruit every single pokemon. It has its problems but I think it's still fun to play.
The WiiU has been admittedly lacking in many good new games. Splatoon is a great exception. I've had a lot of fun playing Kirby. Super Mario Maker is very fun. Beyond that and an XCX preorder, I haven't really bought into games released in 2015.
The 3DS, on the other hand, has been a treasure trove of games. It's a great time if you are into RPGs. The 3DS has been the opposite of disappointing.
I don't get it. What is so advanced about a top-down 2D dungeon crawler game that it can't run on a platform that has games like Xenoblade X, or just regular Xenoblade on the new 3DS?
I hope it's getting more stable. I thought to myself, hey this is getting more stable when Binding of Isaac crashed for the millionth time and the 3DS reset itself, but then another stability update later and the 3DS went back to freezing.

Re: Super Smash Bros. 1.1.6 Patch Is Landing Soon On Wii U And 3DS
@invictus4000 Yeah, why couldn't they just leave Diddy Kong stupidly overpowered and not updated the game at all? >
Re: The Legend of Zelda Wii U Has Been Pushed Back to 2017, Will Release On NX As Well
This sucks! Why even start the hype train when it will never get to the station? I'm not even excited about this game anymore.
Re: Yo-kai Watch 3 Coming To Nintendo 3DS In Two Fishy Flavours
American and European games can launch in 10 languages, but Japanese games take FOREVER to get an English localization.
Come on guys, step up that game.
Re: Rumour: More Claims Made For New Legend of Zelda on Wii U and NX, Gender Choice For Playable Character
Female Link I think will just make the character less interesting. If you could play as the companion, that would be fun. Someone in the style of Midna or Tetra would be great.
Re: International Game Developers Association Issues Critical Statement Over Nintendo and Alison Rapp
What a surprise, comments are open.
On the topic of the statement issued by the International Game Developers Association, they are full of it.
Re: Video: Let's Celebrate The Hot Mess That Was The GameCube's AV Output
@Yoshi Oh wow, you're not kidding. A quick ebay search shows them listed for at least $100(!!).
I remember buying component cables years ago. Back then, they were still rare and selling for $20, which I thought was expensive.
If I had known they would sell for $100+ now, I would've bought a lot more!
Re: Pokkén Tournament Beats Digimon to Number One in Japan and Boosts Wii U Sales
I'd play the Digimon game if it was released on 3DS, but Vita only doesn't work for me. Plus, there's still the Digimon MMO.
Re: New Capcom Survey Points to Potential Future Plans for the Mega Man IP
I would LOVE a new Battle Network game.

Looks like it is part of the Baltoy/Claydol line, or related to those pokemon like Diancie is to Carbink.

In the US, at least, it is tradition for little kids to share valentines day cards with their entire class.

Tri Force heroes? There were a lot of games better than Tri Force Heroes! Majoras Mask 3D was really good though.

YES! I've been so frustrated with the fact that no reviewer seems to bring this up. I haven't been able to play the game because of the text size.
