I never expected pokemon to change into some AAA type game. I just noted it was gonna be difficult releasing a pokemon game every year like they did with the previous handheld due the games naturally getting bigger

That strategy of giving us a New Gen, remake, spinoff and next Gen in the span of 3 years on one system won't work with a console like the switch without proper development time.

Well technically it did work since they sold big regardless

I've said plenty of times that the jump from the handhelds to HD was really gonna showcase GF not being able to just drop out Pokemon games at a rapid pace like the GB, GBA and DS, 3DS handhelds.

Also with consoles means bigger games and those take time especially when debugging.

They underestimated the console type Pokemon games. But amazingly pokemon fans don't care and will buy regardless

I mean when your top 10 games are mostly over 20m along most of them not receiving price drops (which is insane) that does wonders for your profits

I've played the fan translation version in 2014 and stopped caring to ask for it since the robot chicken Direct.

@Bobb and honestly that's what's missing from the New games. Well I mean besides difficulty.

A compelling rival that actually wants to be better than you and hates that you keep winning. We had that with Silver and Blue. I know a lot of people dislike Hop but he imo was the best rival we've had since Silver.

He cared about winning and especially after getting beat by Bede he actually wanted to change and get stronger. That's what's missing in the franchise instead all this we need friendship everywhere.

Pokemon company clearly needs assistance from Nintendo. Mono or the Zelda devs clearly should assist them in building console games.

Cause the handhelds have clearly made them to laid-back. With consoles and games needing to get bigger and more detail. Those yearly releases aren't gonna cut it. You need more time for debugging and stability.

My friend told me the first dlc wasn't worth it. So kinda figured the 2nd pack wouldn't be that much better.

Hopefully PC learns from this

I mean if they tend to do Zelda games same world and engine. They usually do 2 and move on with a different style. Zelda 1 and Links awakening. OoT and MM.

I think the only trio one was WW, ST and PH. Even though ST and PH were for the DS and not consoles.

I would like to see a different Zelda world with the next game.
