Nuzlocke Challenge sounds pretty cool, a good way to extend the life of a game, which may be an issue for some companies I suppose.

Very happy we have a name and release date for BOTW2. But I'm disappointing there is no Wind Waker and Twilight Princess HD ports. The "experts" were so sure about their "predictions" this time.

Yes I "actually" want ports of Wind Waker and Twilight Princess. Unless you had a Wii U you probably want these if you are a Zelda fan.

Releasing Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD on Switch seems like a no-brainer. There are probably a lot of people that didn't own the Wii U and missed out on them, like myself.

I would love ports/remasters of Wind Waker and Twilight Princess on Switch or the next Switch. Like a lot of gamers I never owned a Wii U and missed out on those.

They don't need to. But I also don't know why they maintain their prices when Sony and Xbox titles are down to $20-$30 after being out for a few years. I don't think it's the cartridge media.

Crunchyroll is less than $10/month and is so worth it if you like anime. Not all of their catalog is available for free.

@PessitheMystic Yes, the trailer didn't say much of anything. I have zero interest in this. People collect the figures because they like the properties they represent: comics, cartoons, movies, etc. I don't know why anyone would play this game unless it was using licenses and not generic Funko Pop characters.

@Korgon No idea how to enjoy an NFT either. If it was hologram in 3-D space you could rotate, that would be about as close as you could get to the real thing. But I would rather hold the figure or look at it on my shelf.

I like that it's set in rural Japan. That seems like a unique setting for farming sims released outside of Japan.

I would love to see a Zelda and/or Metroid anime. Way more interested in that than live action. Dynamo doesn't have much anime in their history according to MAL but they could work together with another company if needed.

Nope, never heard of that one before. Makes we wonder what other regions would have gotten if they were released. Top loader was the pretty much the same the world over, the NES and Famicom on the other hand were way different looking.

The older the memories the harder they are to recall. I think it was 1982 or 1983. Played an unknown game on an Atari VCS at a friends house. Later I got the 2600 Junior for Christmas and remember many others games: Jungle Hunt, Battlezone, Real Sports Baseball, Desert Falcon, etc.

@Anachronism That is true for some things. But in the case of current consoles they are still making them.

@Anachronism I wish they would just do pre-orders and produce product until people stop wanting it, or at least until interest has dwindled. I know this is different than a Special Edition game bundle, but they should do that with hard to find game consoles too. Why can't I order a product when it's out of stock but more are on on the way? Have retailers forgotten about back orders?

No big deal. I'll be excited to see more when the time comes. We can wait patiently.

@JeanPaul Sadly you are correct. It doesn't matter if there are established voice actors they are not considered when doing the movie. There are tons of examples of this. Some of us kids from the 80s might recall how they cast Tiffany for the role of Judy in the Jetsons movie. This actually happened after Janet Waldo recorded her parts, they needed a marketing deal.

@Aurumonado I agree with you. Sadly Hollywood can't release an animated movie into theaters without using big name actors for the voices, obviously for marketing. I find this especially frustrating with IPs that have well established voice actors. For the movie Scoob! almost everyone was re-cast. I don't know how Frank Welker was still able to voice Scooby-Doo. It sucks IMO.

I hope they come to Switch. Nintendo players deserve the games. The support for other Atlus titles is immense.

I first heard Billy voicing Naofumi in Shield Hero Season 1. Loved his performance. Every time I hear his voice work now I'll think of him and cry. Truly heartbreaking. Thoughts and prayers for his family and friends. May he rest in peace. 🙏😪
