My copy of No More Heroes 3 from Pix n Love finally turned up yesterday as I went for the Collector's Edition, so I'll be playing that FINALLY!
I also bought myself a copy of Burning Rangers for the Sega Saturn. As a big Yuji Naka fan, I feel I've missed out there, but finally I'll get to play it
Played this on Gamepass on Xbox. Really nice, chilled out game that is perfect if you've just been playing something quite full on. I highly recommend it
Downloaded it and am intrigued to see how it differs from previous Pikmin titles. As someone who spent a good 2.5-3 years on Pokemon GO before getting burned, I hope this can keep my interest for a reasonable amount of time
Although it debuted in third, with Christmas coming up, I feel Mario Party might make more sales around that time. Perfect time for families to ruin their relationships 🤣
Real shame that Metroid has dropped out the top 10. It deserves to be played by everyone. I just hope the overall sales numbers are enough to make Nintendo happy
I wouldn't have ever thought about him being the Gamesmaster, but now that it has been announced, I can't think of anyone better. Really excited for this now
@marnelljm I paid £29 for it here in the UK. For a new release and one that's licensed by Nintendo, I thought the price was more than fair, especially with how good the game actually is. Easily one of the best racers not just on Switch, but anywhere. It is definitely worth the money. However, I also appreciate that not everyone wants to take a gamble like that too.
Anything that is dedicated to playing games and is its primary use, I consider a console. Phones though, gaming isn't its primary use, so I wouldn't say that was a console and whilst Xbox's and PlayStations are more media centres these days, gaming is still its primary function, so they also count as consoles.
The Gamecube is easily my favourite system of all time. Why? Well, one would only have to look at how daring it was. Mario was taken away from the Mushroom Kingdom, Metroid went first person, Zelda went cel shaded, Star Fox became an adventure game, Mario Kart used 2 players per Kart, Donkey Kong became a rhythm game and Nintendo published a horror game in Eternal Darkness. I can't remember the last time Nintendo took risks like that. More importantly, a lot of these games still hold up really well today.
Where's Doug Funnie and Skeeter Valentine? Or the guys from Three Friebds and Jerry? Have the Angry Beavers been announced yet? Or if they really wanted to dive deep into the vault, how about Inside Out Boy?
Cheapest I've seen them yet with the free delivery. Glad I was able to snag them. I'll cancel my Game UK order now. Also, anyone after the CE of the game itself, that's also back in stock
@johnvboy You have to consider that there has been shortages of consoles all over the world. Had there not been, PlayStation and Xbox would no doubt be dominating. As soon as they can get the systems back into stores, things will more than likely turn around. Whilst it's like this, it's great news for Nintendo, especially when your system is now 4 and a half years old and with outdated specs
Feel this is somewhat lacking given the price difference between this and the standard editions. However, it is a really nice looking pack and I'm a sucker for nice things, so I guess I'll be eating those words and going for the special edition 😕
I never played the Wii version. I think it was the only Sonic game I didn't actually play on the Wii funnily enough. Always heard good things though and this footage looks good. I'll probably give it a try. Would be good if Sega put out a demo
All right, you primitive screwheads, listen up. See this? This...is my BOOMSTICK! It's a twelve gauge double barreled Remington, S-Mart's top-of-the-line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about $109.95. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop Smart. Shop S-Mart. YA GOT THAT!?"
Really excited for this. I love thatgamecompany. Everything they have done has been such a wonderful and unique experience. It just makes me happy to be able to play one of their games on a Nintendo platform. I've held off playing this for that reason
I was lucky enough to have gone to Sega Park in Bournemouth and Sega World in London. The child in me recalls them to be some of the most exciting places ever and has me waking up with a huge smile this morning 😁😁😁
Just want to point out, if you go for a physical copy, whilst they used to take the money upon dispatch, they now take money straight after the order has gone through

@MPWolfie I guess they'll unlock over time, because I too had that problem

Re: SEGA Goes Big On Nostalgia For "Project Sonic '22"
@PBandSmelly Whilst things like this keep selling, Sega have no reason to stop. Nostalgia is a powerful thing.

Re: My Nintendo Adds Wario-Themed Washi Tape As A Physical Reward (Europe)
Bought some.
Don't know why.
Good job I like WarioWare I suppose 🤷♂️🤣
Re: Animal Crossing's Sanrio And Series 5 amiibo Cards Are Now Available From My Nintendo UK
Sold out already? They went quicker than the N64 controllers. I want to say I'm shocked, but I think the term; "how Nintendo" is more accurate 🙄

Re: Reminder: Tetris 99 Is Hosting A Metroid Dread Crossover Event This Weekend
@HammerGalladeBro Just play when you're in bed dude? If there's no WiFi, just use phone as a hotspot! You'll get that theme! 😉👌

Really intrigued by this one. I've set it for registration and automatic download when it releases in the UK

Re: UK Charts: Metroid Dread Just Had The Strongest Opening Week Of Any Metroid Game Ever
Just wondering if Metroid would have been higher than third if some people actually paid for it and not stole it? 🤔
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (October 9th)
Metroid Dread for me, with a little Tetris 99 to get the Monster Hunter theme! 😄👍

Re: UK Charts: Sonic Colors Ultimate Debuts In Third Place, Selling Best On Switch
Shame to see WarioWare drop out the top 10, though it has had the best debut in the whole series.
Also......
Why isnt anyone buying Cruis'n Blast?!?! 😫
Re: UK Charts: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Takes Pole In A Switch-Exclusive Top Three
Nice to still see WarioWare hanging in there! 😄
Re: A New Kirby Game Just Leaked On Nintendo Japan's Website
I hope it's a full fledged Kirby title and not a free to play one.

In my opinion anyway 🤷
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (September 18th)
Tetris 99 for the WarioWare theme Maximus Cup, some Cruis'n Blast and if I can fit it in there, Super Metroid

Re: Random: So, Someone Just Bought An "Among Us Shaped" Chicken Nugget For Almost $100,000
$100,000! What should I do with all that money? 🤔
Well there are people sleeping rough.....but nah!
Kids struggling to eat.......but nah!
Many innocent people having their homes destroyed on a daily basis.......but nah!
1 single chicken nugget........looks like we have a winner!!
Man, I hate people sometimes! 🤦♂️
