@BlackTalon2 At the moment, they are accused criminals. Innocent until proven guilty and all that. We aren't supposed to lock people up to punish them for being accused of a crime. Bail is supposed to be offered... it's in the constitution and all that.

There's also an "Asian" variant, which has, IMO, the best game lineup of all. But I'll be passing on the Genesis mini. To me, the Genesis was all about sports games. To have one without just doesn't feel right.

The issue here isn't the lack of online multiplayer in Civ. The issue is that Nintendo online is still lacking a ton of features that players and developers need if the Switch is going to get serious about online gaming.
