Of course, why would I want a cartridge slot? I never used the one on my Switch, physical games cost twice as much if not more as digital ones and waste a lot of space
@Poco_Lypso cheaper to buy, here physical copies are almost double the price sometimes and they still are more expensive than digital full price even years after the game release with the dumb excuse that you can sell them after beating the game
@johnvboy nobody likes? Yeah, sure bro, a game that sold 12 million copies in less than a month, most talked and sold game of 2020, even a GOTY contender with a ton of 10/10 reviews is a game nobody likes.
Damn, fanboys really get defensive when someone doesn't shower in praises their plastic box. It was a nice tech review as always, game looks really boring though
@Deadlyblack so you're saying the company that stole Xbox's Scalebound money to fund other projects and let MS take the blame for years is evil? Indeed who would have known!?
Damn, so disappointing, I love the game and play it every day, wanted to play more on the weekend but now i cant because my switch downloaded the patch automatically, oh well. Can't wait for golf though
Nintendo is one of the more greedy videogame companies out there so not a chance and the most anticonsumer one from the big three, in any moment they will follow Sony and start selling them a 70usd
Game's great, it's already way better than Smash because the barrier of entry is so low. Free to play and on every platform, that means I can play with all my friends, why would I spend 60 dollars on smash just to fight the AI?
Really divisive game, people love it or hate it, no middle ground. I don't like it but I can see the quality of the game. Is kinda boring at the start and you are really lost with no clue of where to go or what to do, not a good first impression even for a metroidvania. Maybe they'll fix this for the sequel, gonna try it out on gamepass when it releases
5 years is not the problem, it's an Overwatch 2 situation, that's the problem. Game looks the same, why instead of charging 60 dollars again they didn't add the new modes and weapons to splatoon 2? Just pure greed, at least OW2 it's free to play, damn Nintendo here making Blizzard look good.
Damn, people really hate this game with passion, incredible how such a good and wholesame game brings out the worst on some people, game's great, been enjoying it a lot since launch
Can't wait for these games, already preordered digitally Violet. The best thing is that they are similar to Sw/Sh just with an open world, Shield was the best experience I had on a switch, close to playing Animal Crossing with my GF. The catching mechanics of Arceus got boring and repetitive pretty quickly, just like the free camera movement while in battle and the lack of gyms made the progression a slog
I hope they stop doing them, most of them aren't great, a lot of filler. I prefer the twitter announcements, that way everyone gets what they want, news of the upcoming games as soon as possible.

@Anachronism yeah, they despise the game, idk why. I was 11 when all the crazy hype around the Wii and Wii sports started on my country and we never could buy it on my house. Now as an adult from time to time thought about buying a Wii just for Wii sports but they're expensive here so seeing the announcement of Switch Sports was like a dream come true, I bought it day one and loved the game since
@SteamEngenius it's of no use to argue, he/she doesn't get it. It's like the people that feel paying hundreds of dollars for a couple of years of gamepass is useless because you have nothing physical to show for it at the end? The tons of hours enjoying playing don't matter to these people, they just care for their boring dust collecting plastic boxes.
I love to play it with my GF, she's on the Xbox and i'm on the switch on the couch, sadly the switch version looks awful but i guess the framerate is stable
Can't believe they need 4 years to finish a game that looks exactly like the first one, idk what Microsoft were thinking when they decided to give these guys a gamepass contract
@PoeTheLizard I can see that point if you have tons of games or not a big SD card, my 256gb SD is more than enough. With the hard cases stored in some drawer I just see physical like a less practical way, I don't have to swap cartridges, I can preload games and play them from the moment they get available, on my country sometimes it takes up to 2 weeks to physical copies to come here and they are way more expensive than the digital ones, even used physical copies are more expensive than the digital version.

Re: UK Charts: Two Point Campus Sells More On Switch Than Other Consoles Combined

Cult of the Lamb on my Series S, waiting for Cursed to Golf on the switch

Re: Poll: What's Your Game Of The Year 2022 So Far?
I went for Arceus because Switch Sports sadly wasn't an option
That would be for switch games but pretty sure is going to change when Pokemon Violet releases.
As for xbox games for now is The Quarry over Elden Ring but maybe Callisto Protocol will end up as my favorite.
But yeah, at least for now my GOTY are The Quarry and Switch Sports
