@Kirk regardless of how it was discovered, it WAS discovered, and it HAS negatively affected the company and their reputation.
Also, I would really appreciate it if you responded with a comment instead of stealth editing your previous statements.
(--_-- )
But like I said in my previous comment, if you don't want to see it that way than it's on you.
Anyways, I'm going to go and read some other articles. I don't live in Singapore, and I'm not personally affected by this, so I'm going to stop caring.
@Kirk If you don't want to see the letter that 99.co put out or the apology Sonny Truyen wrote as PR damage control that's on you. I read this article and the link and I'm seeing a company that is trying to salvage their reputation while dealing with the social and racial fallout of one of their (former) employees angry comments.
@Kirk I don't have to. It's right there in the article and in the link.
"As you could see in the same forum threads, a reckless act of insult by one individual has provoked the anger of hundreds – not just towards him as an individual, but also inspired categorical attacks on race and nationalities." -99.co
"I've parted ways with 99.co and would appreciate it if everyone could stop the witch hunt there and leave them alone, bombarding them with threats isn't helping." -Sonny Truyen
wow. People need to catch up with the modern world. Social media is NOT private, nor is it inherently meant to be private. That's what avatars and screen names are for. Have something controversial or problematic to say? Say it under an avatar.
Considering how his comments negatively affected the reputation of his company and damaged their clients' confidence, they were in their right to fire him.
Unless he controls that temper of his, he'll find that the only places willing to hire him are fast food restaurants and retail chains (unless he starts bad mouthing them too).
yessss!!! Protect Me Knight is such a fun game. I can't wait to play the sequel, especially since it looks better than Protect Me Knight in every single way.
I would give just about anything to see Nintendo of America's reaction to the fanbase, the developer's disappointment, and the upcoming "de-censor" patch. Especially that last one.
Do you think Nintendo Treehouse regrets their decisions? (o_O )
@CharlieSmile huh. you must not play any ds games on your 3ds either. Shame, because there's some really good games out there that don't have 3d. Oh well. ┐( ̄ヮ ̄)┌
I'm going to be very disappointed if the New 3ds ends up having a larger collection of SNES games than the Wii U. How come we haven't had Final Fantasy III or Chrono Trigger yet?
Also, how come the 64 VC on Wii U looks so dark compared to the Wii VC? *sigh
@Kirk wouldn't Nintendo have to re-license all of the GBA advance games all over again? I imagine it would be a huge headache and not worth the time and effort.

Maaaaster!! Your batteries are almost dead! Maaaaster! You've been playing too long! Maaaaster! I'm going to repeat that thing that person just said, in case you weren't paying attention and just smashing A!!!
ewww, no. I was really excited for Star Fox (partly because there's very little going on with the Wii U this year) but after watching a few lets plays I'm writing this game off completely.
This game does. not. look. fun. to play for me. Imo, controls should be so fluid and intuitive, that you forget you're holding a controller. Kind of hard to do when the game keeps forcing you to go between the two. Lame. (T-T )
how come the Wii U's version is so dark? Nintendo has always prided themselves with quality work, but the Wii U still has a terrible N64 emulator. (o_O )
I have Ocarina of Time on both Wii U and Wii and can go back and forth pretty easily and the Wii version is way better. Sorry Nintendo. I want to buy this, but not until you fix your 64 VC games. Hopefully the NX won't have the same issue.
Miis are kind of boring. I've made a few that I've liked but for the most part, there's only so much you can do with them. They're too deformed to look cool, but too big to look cute. They're in this middle spot that is kind of "blegh".
They're kind of under-utilized, but I prefer Xbox Avatars (and I really liked Playstation Home's Avatars, although that is now long dead).
lol. That was funny. I actually laughed at a few of the jokes.
Izzy is my favorite. He's a classy plant.
btw, my favorite power ups are:
5) Invincibility Star - a lot of Mario games
4) Catsuit from Mario 3d World
3) Trophy Assist in Smash Bros
2) Blue Shell with Mario Kart
1) 1-up mushroom - does this count as a power-up?
wow!! so this is like a reboot of Zelda's gameplay and taking it back to its original core NES title.
With that game, you had an open world, could finish the game without getting all of the items or beating all of the dungeons, and it was set in a post-apocalyptic Hyrule, with everything in ruins and the few people around living in caves etc.
VR can go one of two ways. It's either a super expensive fad, or it somehow becomes miraculously affordable for the average gamer AND gets a must-have game and really takes off.
I think it will be a fad. Just ask the Kinect, which was once touted as "the fastest selling consumer electronic" to ever exist!
@YeshaYahu5417 lol. I was about to say the same thing. There are quite a few games that have broken 2 million, and this game is not only going to be an NX launch title, but it's also a ZELDA title.
The bigger news would be if it somehow made under 2 million.
@Zoriam So what kind of comments do belong here? I'm American, so I'm not going to bother saying anything about a subject (Brexit) I know almost nothing about.

@MitchVogel well, tbh, I haven't played the demo yet. (-. - )
But you know how sometimes there's something about a game that hits all the right buttons? That's what I'm getting here. I like the art style a lot, and it seems like a fun (maybe a little cheesy) jrpg, and I even like the in-game character models, and combat system. (^_^ )
hmmm.... I'm kind of disappointed by all the drama. So, I'm wondering how Nintendo will respond to this (if at all)? Would be curious to see.... (^_^ )
I didn't like it. It felt big and too heavy and with the exception of Splatoon, always went with my regular controllers.
but I don't like the pro controller either. I've used a ps4 and xbone controller and the pro feels really cheap and plasticky in comparison. Also I have tiny hands.
My controller of choice for my Wii U is Power A's micro controller.
(o_o )
I kind of like the movement animation. It looks slower and more floaty than other platformers, but Symphony of the Night is also slower and more floaty than other platformers. I think it lends itself well to a more methodical plan of attack rather than twitchy reflexes. But whatever way they go, I am really looking forward to this game. (^_^ )/
