@PipeGuy64Bit It was awful, yeah. The game based on the movie was terrible too, with NPCs constantly telling you where to go and what to do whenever you wandered off for a bit to explore. Couldn't find a way to turn it off either.

No real money involved, no problem. Just comes across as clickbait.

Good on Nintendo! The Mario movie is the first video game turned movie that understands its audience. Sonic the Hedgehog had to shove boring human characters in it while all we wanted was Sonic. Detective Pikachu was atrocious and deviated way too much from the source material. The Ratchet and Clank movie had to add a bunch of new characters no one cared about. But Mario is just pure fanservice and it's perfect. Way to go, Nintendo.

The first Picross game I've ever played. Been hooked since and bought every Picross E and S they released.

The Samus Returns one is the one that still on my 3DS to this day.

If only we got a sequel to Star Fox Adventures. Yeah, I know it wasn't originally supposed to be a SF game, but I still liked it a lot.

@SwitchForce You're the one who should do some reading. What's happening in the US is nothing like what China's doing to their Falun Gong prisoners. Gay and trans people killed by right-wing lunatics in the US is nothing like the systemic oppression, prison time and executions they experience in the Middle East. Yes, the US has a dark history a racism is still rampant, but they've long moved from the medieval times. China and the Arab countries are still firmly stuck there.

Voted for the Diablo one but only because that's the one I own, not because it's the prettiest one. It was a great bundle, and Diablo and Switch are a match made in heaven. I completely stopped playing the PC version after I got the portable one. 10/10 would buy again.

@-wc- Comparing China/Saudi Arabia to the US/UK is indeed naive. Yes, they're all bad in their own ways, but in the US/UK you won't get executed for your sexual preferences, sent to a concentration camp for being a specific ethnicity, or have your organs forcefully harvested and sold to rich foreigners because of your religion.

Selling out to China and the Saudis is never a good thing. At this point they might as well sell a part of Nintendo to Russia, it's also a loving country that only has the best interests of everyone in mind.

I really like them, they're well made and look good on the shelf. I just hate the artificial scarcity and scalping. Just make enough for everybody, Nintendo!

They're toys made for little kids to play with, and they look good for that purpose. Hopefully they're more durable than the Sonic ones.

It certainly wasn't as bad as people claimed it to be, but it would've been nice to be able to fix them.

For me the choice is very easy: I'll take the one that lets me be gay. Once Harvest Moon catches up with Story of Seasons, I may start buying it too. Can never have too many farm sims.

@TYRANACLES I don't have any online friends anymore, don't have much time for gaming these days because of my toddler. My experience comes mostly from playing WoW where people are absolutely disgusting to each other, which is why I'm glad Nintendo doesn't give players the opportunity to abuse others.

Yeah, can't understand all the rage, these are as generic as they come. With that said, if they did one of Pangoro or Ursaring, I might be tempted.

@TYRANACLES Yeah, no. Splatoon doesn't need a voice chat function. If it's verbal abuse you crave, I recommend Overwatch. Splatoon is perfect the way it is.

Mine's still going strong. I was pretty lucky with my joycons too, only had to replace them twice so far in all the years I've owned the console.

@theModestMouse Cool your jets, edgelord. Netflix is like $20 a month. If you can't even afford that, that's a you problem. Some of us will rather pay a small fee and legally watch hundreds of movies and shows than pirate the stuff like it's the early 2000's all over again.

It better have a good story unlike Bayonetta 3 which was a bloody insult to the franchise. I'm ready to give up on the series after playing 3, but I might give it one last chance with this game.

@DJP- God of War is overrated. I played the first 2, Chains of Olympus on PSP, and I got the one prior to Ragnarok. Nothing special about any of them, Kratos is a horrible character and the games are just a wish fulfilment fantasy for weak, nerdy boys who wish they could violently beat up others the way they never will irl. Skip them and you miss out on nothing at all.

Frontiers runs awful on all systems. I picked it up on PS5 because I was worried about Switch's performance, and it's still awful. Yeah, it runs smoothly but the pop-in is unacceptable and the graphics are mediocre. Still having fun with it but it certainly looks very unpolished.

I just can't get into this game. I was absolutely obsessed with the first one, got the platinum trophy for it and completed it 100%. I enjoyed the second one well enough, but something about this one just doesn't feel right. I hate the new demon summons, the kaiju battles, Viola is unpleasant to play, and the Jeanne sections are kinda lame. I'm hoping I'll fall in love with it, but right now it's sitting on the backburner as I'm playing Sonic Frontiers instead.

What does Gamefreak have against bear Pokemon? Pancham is always left out. At least Ursaring is in this one, but I wish they gave us more bear Pokemon instead of more rodents and plants with faces slapped on.

@Jeaz It's very juvenile, over-the-top and often completely nonsensical. That's part of its charm. The gameplay is great but if you prefer something serious and mature, you won't enjoy this series.

Crap like this should be illegal. Either release a game in its physical form or stick to the e-shop. What's the point of selling an empty box?

@Rambler The tweet about the game is so vague though. It's not like they dropped the title or anything. But you're right, it may have been enough to get the person fired.

At Nintendo Japan, the CEO takes a pay cut when the company struggles, at NOA you get fired for asking a question. Shame.

This game is a mess. I can't finish 2 quest lines because of their terrible programming.

I can find something positive even in the most broken Sonic games, so I'm gonna buy this no matter what critics say about it. I'm just glad it's not another pixel art 2D Sonic, I'm SICK of those games. I was actually alive when 16-bit was the thing, I don't need it in my life now. I want to see how far technology can go and how great graphics can be.

It's basically unplayable because of the controls. I want to love this but the control scheme/UI need a major overhaul.

I miss Rayman so much! I was absolutely obsessed with the first and second one on PC. Played Origins and Legends on Vita and they were fantastic. Rayman is arguably the only truly iconic character Ubisoft has ever made, so of course they let him rot in oblivion and do nothing with the IP...

@Wordbonder True. Guess I'm just tired of the whole "I remember X; man, I'm old" thing. Stuff like Disney especially, that stuff never goes away.

Time to release Switch 2, I guess. More and more games run poorly on Switch and I have to get them on PS5 instead. Shame cause I really prefer a handheld over regular consoles.

Please be a 2D platformer! I hate beat-'em-ups so much and it seems to be like the only genre TMNT ever get, with a handful of exceptions.

Toddlers love technology. Mine is obsessed with my phone, consoles and any remote she can get her hands on. Leave them alone for 10 seconds and they'll find a way to destroy something.

@ThePizzaCheese 'Yet' being the keyword here. If everyone rejects Denuvo and Nintendo decides not to use it, that's fantastic. But I don't want to get locked out of singleplayer games I paid for because my internet is down or their servers are offline. Been there, done that, not doing it again.

Guess I'll just be buying on PS5 now and only use Switch for Nintendo exclusives. 🤷

@Gamergirl94 A proper remake of SA1 and 2 would be awesome. The games aged poorly and the voice acting is some of the worst I've ever heard. The weird facial animations are creepy too.
