I would like to point out that they may just reschedule E3 rather than cancel it. It would not be the first time a major event gets rescheduled.

@mesome713 I did not say that the Direct will be an Animal Crossing one. I said that the Direct could happen before said game is released.

If and I do mean if they do have Directs this month then the first one would either be later this week or next week in time for Animal Crossing New Horizons and Doom Eternal to be released. And the second would probably be either a Nindies Direct or a Pokemon Direct.

If and I do mean if we are getting a Direct this month then it would most likely be on the 20th when Animal Crossing and Doom Eternal releases. This way they could build up more hype for both games.

@Skalgrim True, but just because it's rated low by one person does not mean it's definite. I mean there are going to be people that would play it despite a low score.

I generally ignore reviewers and prefer a hands on approach myself. That way if a game sucks I can always trade it in.

@Cosats Does it really matter? Even if the ad was aimed towards the LBGTQ community it does not distract from the gameplay and the overall theme of the game itself.

I did hear that we'll get additional Hairstyles and colors so that would open up a lot of possibilities.

It will not surprise me if Nintendo makes something similar for the Nintendo Rewards after the game comes out.

@leo13 Nintendo usually announce updates to the NES and SNES prior to a Direct. It has happened before.

This means that an Nintendo Direct may happen on the 19th if they're showing these off now.

They should've added the Arena and the Dancing games as well. I mean you could use the Joycons to act the movements.

There is also the possibility of Nintendo reprinting the Amiibo Cards or creating new Animal Crossing Amiibo. Not that I would mind but I'm just pointing out the possibility.

It would not surprise me if they did a Wonderful 101 Spirit Event in Smash and/or Mii Fighter Costumes in the next Smash Direct.

@ShadJV What about Wolf-Link, Ganon, and the few non-Animal Crossing ones then? I mean it would make sense that they could do that again but this time add more like say Metroid, Pokemon or even Mario?

@ShadJV You're forgetting that they have not made Amiibo for Joker, Terry, Banjo and Kazooie, Hero and Byleth. Not to mention the upcoming Fighter's Pack 2 fighters, Nintendo knows when to keep something going until it outlives its usefulness.

I want to know what Amiibo could do for it. I mean sure we could get furniture, clothes, and new residents but I want to know if they add that function for New Horizons.

Bravely Default 2 was announced at the Game Awards so I'm definitely playing that. Also the Animal Crossing New Horizons game will keep me busy for days.

I'm up for it. We need more good fighting games on the Switch.

Dimitri, Claude and Edlegard's spirits are enhanceable so I'll do that when I download the set.

I would play it. And a Battle Network Collection would rock as well.

These need to be in Animal Crossing, barring that a Animal Crossing/Pokemon crossover game.
