This makes me wish Nintendo went with that style of control stick/pad for the Switch. Perhaps we all though the stick would be better till all the issues started up.
@danemord First game was ok but it did not scratch that 3d platformer pitch for me. The world's were just too big and making them bigger didn't help. Not I'm not a fan of 2d Mario but this, DKC/R, and the last 2 Rayman games are totally my style of 2d games.
If the first level didn't win you over then there's really no point. I knew by the first level this game was far better then their last for me anyways.
@TheFullAndy I get what you're saying but I still believe a million seller in Japan is all the expectation was for Square. Maybe a low bar expectation mind you.
@TheFullAndy A bomb? Those are extremely good numbers and they're climbing every week with no signs of slowing. Million sellers in Japan are rare and it will be there in a few weeks.
@gcunit It reminds of the VVVVVV game years ago everyone liked. I bought it thinking I might like it and only played maybe 15 minutes. Never really cared for that style of game tbh.
Not sure if it's just played out but I'm surprised we haven't got some more Twisted Metal style games over the last 10 years. Seems like it would be a good time for a resurgence.
Am I the only one who just thinks the game is ok? I played maybe 30 to 40 minutes of it and it's just not my kinda game. Should I be playing deeper into the game or is it really more of the same as far as gameplay goes?
Time traveling feels like somebody cheating on a test to get all the right answers or using a game genie to break the code and do whatever you want. Neither of these are fun to me and take away the experience. When you work for what you earn if means more to you.
@BenAV I saw your gates open yesterday and just missed coming by to BF you. I'll keep a look out for another opportunity in the future.
As for time traveling I would never do it unless I was just done with the game forever and just wanted to see a few things before putting the game down for good. Even then I probably wouldn't bother. I've been playing the game a ton since release and dont see that stopping anytime soon.
Every day before I start the game I just customize certain ones and they usually last me all day. The fishing rod I dont even bother to as I often catch too many and it would break anyways.
This looks better then Rollercoaster Tycoon but looks like it takes the sim parts out and is strictly all about the rides which sounds like the fun won't last long.
@edhe Were you trying to buy something direct from Nintendo? I had a similar problem a while back and even called it in the next day and even doing that didn't work. They suggested I use a credit card instead but I dont like using them unless it's an emergency.
I'm going to keep saying it but I believe it will be like the Hero is and it wont be just one character. Which ones will they choose is more what I'm thinking.

Has potential for sure. Will keep a look out for it.
Re: Dark Souls Series Has Now Sold Over 27 Million Copies Worldwide, FromSoftware Confirms
I would buy them. I would think the other 2 would be on the way if sales were good enough on the first game. Perhaps they weren't good enough.
Re: Upcoming Tactical RPG Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery Gets An Intriguing New Trailer
@Lawnachaun That was my first thought when watching the trailer. Really made me want another game similar to it.
Re: PGA Tour 2K21 Tees Off On Switch This Summer
@Cosats I actually agree with you as it got me more pumped for a game of golf. Not what I expect for music but here it works!

Re: LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Expected To Launch This October
Why did I think this game was closer to release then that?? I know the virus has changed a lot of release dates but this seemed ready to go soon.
Re: The Top Ten Best-Selling Games For Wii U, 3DS, Wii And DS (As Of March 2020)
Still can't figure out why Nintendo refuses to make another Nintendogs. It's not for me but look at those sales.

Re: Minecraft Dungeons Was Originally Inspired By Zelda, But Is Now More Like Diablo
I personally rather only hook up with friends anyways. Looks like a Minecraft I can get into with the kids maybe. Not a fan of regular Minecraft.
Re: EA Set To Launch "Multiple" Titles On Nintendo Switch In 2020
Just want NHL please. Unless they want to do Mass Effect right on the Switch unlike the Wii U this time.
Re: Poll: Box Art Brawl #40 - Mega Man
Talking about a round of bad box art. Went with Japan's less then realistic take.
Oh and the NA one just might be one of the worst cover art of a popular game ever.

That's awesome!
Re: Animal Crossing: New Horizons Sold More Digital Units In A Single Month Than Any Console Game In History

Re: Mini Review: Later Daters - A Poignant Dating Sim That's Over Far Too Quickly
Would you like to go out back and play some shuffleboard and afterwords grab a bit of tea! Then we can go over my place and try on my false teeth.

Re: Bravely Default II Producer Has An Idea For A Third Entry, And It "Could Even Be A Smartphone Game"
Shouldn't we wait to see if the game is even any good yet? Sure there's plenty of potential but it could still end up being an average game.

Re: Nintendo Tells Customers To Stop Using Alcohol-Based Products To Clean The Switch
We use Clorox wipes, dont care at this point. A soft dry cloth is not going to clean it properly.

Re: Nintendo Warns Of An Increasing Number Of Credit Card Fraud Reports, Offers Advice
Honestly it was easier just to delete the information. That's what I did and called it a day.
I have no problem entering it in every time if I need to and not saving the info.
