Only because I've been using them for so long. I am not one of the diehard fanboys, because I admit to their mistakes, but they do have good preorder deals. I actually buy the majority of my games at Toys R Us now.

I am definitely a fan of GameStop. While they do stuff that I am not proud of... that's life and that's business. They are a dedicated video game store and I don't want them going anywhere. I do miss EB Games and Rhino Games being separate entities, but at the same time, they all fit right in.

Yay! I actually check the Amazon Appstore on my Kindle Fire frequently, looking for this. I can let my son use it to watch older Pokemon episodes now. It wasn't that bad since they added them all to Netflix, but this is even better. w00t w00t

Watched the video and it looks awesome! I am surprised they are changing the portal so soon, but no problem. I want to hear if it's compatible with all other games and figures, as the others have. It looks to be good with the figures, but you never know. Nonetheless, I am glad to see they stay innovative every year. I've been a fan of Skylanders since the first game and will continue to buy as long as it stays fun.

Happy Birthday, Gameboy! I still have my original Gameboy and most of my games — all which are very much functional. My oldest memories consist of playing lots of Pokemon, Zelda: Link's Awakening, Super Mario Land, Donkey Kong Land, Tetris, Kirby, and many more. I used to walk around my friend's neighborhood with my Gameboy, Pokemon Blue, Red and Yellow.. and a link cable. We would trade and challenge the neighborhood kids to battles. Great times and awesome memories. I also used to stay after school late, waiting for my friend who rode the bus, and we'd just play Donkey Kong Land or Mario Land. We both had one and just swapped around games. Lots of fond memories for this amazing console.

I love the Fatal Frame series, so this game definitely needs to leave Japan and come straight to my house! That screenshot looks awesome. I loved playing ZombiU, so getting another good survival horror game on this console will be awesome. Please make it happen Nintendo!

@Action51 Let's be honest though... all platformers have taken from Sonic and Mario. lol. As far as being for kids, it's no more than any other animated or Nintendo game. It's Pacman in a different genre — if you want a game as good as the original Pacman, try Pacman Championship DX. It's great!

Well, last night I finished The Wonderful 101 and the night before, I beat Bravely Default! So this weekend, the limited time I have to game, will be spent playing Batman Arkham Origins on WiiU, Yoshi's New Island on 3DS, and whatever else I will play with my kids, nieces, nephews, etc. We usually play some party-type games on WiiU, use Download Play for our and their 3DSs (Mario Kart 7, etc) among other things. I do plan on getting back on and doing some G-hunts in MH3U sometime, dunno if I will this weekend. Counting down the days for Kirby, Mario Golf, and Mario Kart 8!

On a different note, I love reading all of the comments from the huge diversity of gamers. From all platforms and games, it's so nice to see a variety to the games played. I lost my copy of Etrian Odyssey Untold, so once I buy it again, I will dive deep into that. (I was 4-6 hours in, prior)

The demo was fun, for what I've played of it. I've been following it for a bit, but it will be a while before I buy/get to it. After I beat Bravely Default, gonna focus on Etrian Odyssey Untold... and then maybe this or Soul Hackers.

Don't understand the hate...especially towards Ubisoft. These are the two largest 3rd party developers... you may not want to hear what they say, but most of us sure as heck want their games to come to Nintendo's consoles.

The Nintendo Direct was hilarious, but I don't think this is a game for me. I will be hopeful for a demo, but very doubtful on buying this.

Twitch is amazing. Was huge before all of the TwitchPlaysPokemon crap and continues to grow every day. I love watching real gamers play great games, so I'll be watching!

Kristen Bell is extremely attractive, and just appears to be a very good person overall. With that being said, she did voice Lucy but it wasn't recently. It was in AC1 and AC2 Trilogy.

As far as my lifestyle... my gaming has slowed down since having a family and working full time... but it will never go away. My wife and kids play games, so I'll play games with them as well as solo. It's something I've always done since I was four years old, and something I'll continue to do until I die.

Nevermind!? darth maul is awesome. I would love to have this game, anyone who wouldn't, well, can just go play something else. Disregarding this game just because he's a character from the prequel is...just...sad.

Great news! I have no problem at all with paid-DLC... I do however have an issue with "DAY ONE DLC" that should come out with these games that offer it. But in this case, I'll be buying the game and the courses.

I need to go buy a black one before I can't find them anymore. I've been doing a lot of speed running for games on Wii VC (through my Wii) and the only classic controller pro I have is gold (don't want to wear it out). lol. I have the standard white classic controller, but I love the CCP.

I was super surprised at this announcement. The 3DS is powerful, but it's by no means a power house...and for them to pull this off is a feat in itself. Even more happy to own the game now!

I am very happy about this! I was halfway expecting the Pokemon Trainer to pop-up and bring out a grass-type also, but that's okay. I am glad to see more standalone Pokemon. I honestly would be happy for maybe one more as well... maybe Mew Two. (Actually thought Greninja was Mew Two before he popped out) And I know we have a fire type in Charizard, but man I would have loved to see Blaziken in the game.

This is awesome! I was giddy as can be when I saw the kremlings in there! I am hoping this has Download Play functionality, as it would be good when our family drives down from out of town. (All my nieces and nephews have a 3DS). This mode looks extremely fun and unique!

I will be playing both modes! I am happy about the "For Glory" mode, as when I throw Smash Bros tournaments at my house, we love to have our cancellation matches on Final Destination, or a flat level map. This works out well and I am super stoked to try both!

I think this is an amazing idea and I can't wait to see how it all plays out. I'm wondering if they are going to allow voice chat, maybe in friends only mode? JW. This ranking mode is much better than just a 73585/900,000 rank.
