Since I was four years old (I'm now 27), I've been a huge Nintendo fan and hardcore gamer. I've owned and played every console and Nintendo has always been a huge part of my life. I've bought books, comics, clothes and so many more over the years outside of their gaming world. I have a wife and two kids, ages 5 and 10 months and they know Nintendo. (at least my wife and 5 year old does lol). When my son goes to play games, he usually goes Nintendo first (although he plays Xbox and PS3 as well). He knows about Mario and Zelda. This is something I'm proud to have taught them. I don't force this on them, but I showed them enough so that they make education gaming decisions! My wife has been a huge Nintendo gamer since N64 era and has owned SNES as well before we got together. Needless to say, Nintendo is a huge thing for our family. My son's first birthday party was Super Mario Bros themed... and it will continue on forever.

That all being said, it's hard for me to think what would be a good website resource due to our extensive knowledge of all things Nintendo. I feel like it would help out non-gaming parents for their kids, so really just touch on any and everything.

I'm interested in seeing what comes out of the dual gameplay concept. Multiplayer off-TV? Sweet.

I used it a lot before when watching TV shows and on rare occasions, sports games. Since I got a new DVR though, Nintendo TVii does not support it. Maybe they'll patch it in eventually...

Might as well delete the article then, since it's not new news. Hah. Got me hyped up for nothing! I still go into Wii mode to play the N64 games.

@Discipledoctor I agree 100%. Nintendo is probably the only company I want to see owning Capcom. And if not Capcom, buy the Mega Man franchise from them and actually do something with it!

I'm fine with whatever they want to do. Cross-buy would shut a lot of people up - it does not really matter much to me, but it would be cool. I'd like a notification window when a friend sends me a message, and maybe a way to send messages without launching the MiiVerse app.

Oh wow, been looking for something like this since I started speed running Super Mario 64.

I'm perfectly fine with them being in the game.

I think most people who own the Wii will go to the WiiU. Lots of PS3 and 360 gamers seem to go to PS4. There's nothing wrong with owning multiple, but these statements come from a lot of people I know.

Heck yeah! We been collecting the Pokemon toys/cards here. My son will love this.

One of their best overall presentations in a long time. When they finished the initial E3 video, I was a little let down until the announcements kept coming. Plus the Smash Invitational Tournament AND Smash Fest at Best Buy shows they cater to the gamers more than any other company (Blizzard Entertainment right under).

I only buy physical anyway, unless it's digital only. Oh well!

I'm shooting high, but here's a few new announcement hopes for Nintendo's presser tomorrow. Zelda U, Zelda Majora's Mask 3D, Super Mario Sunshine HD, and Metroid (3DS or WiiU). I'd like to see a new Starfox, F-Zero, or Wave Race game. Oh, and a 3D Donkey Kong game would be amazing.

Finally!!! Now, since I pledged to this game, I need to figure out what I'll be getting since I believe it's changed so much.

Wow. Nice! Such a great game. Don't know if I'd rebuy it, since I have it on 3DS, but still. Might be worth it if the price is right.

Nice! I was getting used to 200 limit, even though there were times I needed more (free comments under) so that helps out. Don't know if I would go any larger though. 2 minutes is better - 3 minutes sucked.

So far, I dont think its hit online too hard. Mostly time trials, so I will just see.

I might have to buy this! I bough the bowling version, digital... but have waited on buying the others for some reason. Now I know!.

If I have not played it by then, I will definitely buy it on WiiU. I don't have a PS4 or Xbox One yet and I don't want to buy it on my Xbox 360 or PS3.... I would get it for PC, but my PC does not have a desk atm. So yeah, the game looks amazing, but I'm not obsessing over it. I'll get it eventually!

@ikki5 I am quite aware of the changes.. I did say i have been a fan of the series since then, so I have played almost every one. It's definitely evolved. Lol

Going to have to get this! My son has been playing this game a lot lately, so looking forward to it!

Got it last night! Sent in a news tip also, since I know it hadn't been out long when I caught it by luck. I didn't get the chance to fully test it out, but man is it fast!

A definite buy for me. Although I'd love to see it come to WiiU, I'll have to get it somewhere else. Been a fan since the original.

I bought the Action Replay one to backup my game saves and it works perfect.

Man I wish NA got that. I would have it in a heart beat. Kinda dumb we didn't - we got the Wind Waker one and Ganondorf is sitting up on my TV stand next to the Club Nintendo Platinum statue from years ago.

Hopefully you guys tested streaming to Twitch this time and worked out the bugs. It was unwatchable during the Mario Kart marathon. Always love to watch Twitch

Wow that's unique. I still feel wiimote and nunchuck is the best control scheme for the game, but I will probably try that out to see how it plays. There's not many game developers who go back and change games a year after launch.

That is pretty AWESOME! I admit, I used the classic controller pro mostly on Smash Bros Brawl, but I am going to be buying this. All the tournaments I plan for Smash Bros 4 at my house - this will come in handy.

I've been a big Harvest Moon fan since SNES, and although I'm sad to see the name be removed for this game, I am looking forward to this. I don't know if I'll buy it at first, since A New Beginning has all of my HM needs met, but I will get it eventually. Hopefully the next Harvest Moon game for WiiU still retains the name. Come on Natsume!

Buying MK8 first thing on Friday. As for Watch Dogs, I really want to play it. Considering getting a PS4 and it soon. I don't want to buy it on PS3 or 360... so it's either that, get a new desk so I can play it on my PC, or wait on WiiU version.

You say "of course..." like you are disappointed or annoyed by the news. It's expected, yes, but at the same time - if anyone can work towards pulling this off, they have my vote! I was one of the gamers upset at the cancellation of this, and although I am not upset anymore (it's been awhile), that does not mean I wouldn't jump at the opportunity to play this. So yes, of course, bring this game out! =)

We've been back on a MineCraft kick at our house... I would love to see this come to WiiU. We've been playing MineCraft since early early beta.
