@squiddu-real I assume something is wrong with the engine on this game that makes it difficult to enhance. I just hope the new xenoblade isn't as scuffed as these switch 2 editions
FF9 in four or five games is a diabolical statement. Like at most should maybe two games. FF7 remake trilogy while is good it is also the definition of bloat
@metaphysician I hope one day Bloodborne leaves playstation. It is the only souls type fromsoft game I haven't played due to it being only on PlayStation
This game is 50 dollars on steam what are we doing??? Also this is just an Arma 2 mod and it released in 2018 no way in hell this should be 70 dollars. I suppose this is the edition with most of the content so 50 isn't accurate, but still not going to consider for 70
Too many remakes in general this year : AC Black Flag, Halo, Star Fox, and OT. Honestly only going to try halo as I am a huge Halo fan, though probably not buying it. Just sick of remakes in general at this point. As a kid I wanted remakes as an Adult I don't want more remakes
@cedarhyped I played on PC at 1440p and 60 FPS without ray tracing. I prefer shooters on mouse and keyboard, and the game felt great that way. Having the game on the go is nice, but I usually end up playing a more stealth‑focused character on handheld since shooters on a controller just don’t feel good to me anymore. The performance on the Switch 2 is fine, though, and it really makes me appreciate the PC when I switch back.
This looks fun but at the moment much like Kirby Air Riders the price seems to be a bit high. Raiders looks more like a 30 dollar spin off to me, maybe this direct will change that.
@MrFahrenheit77 yeah I wasted 5 dollars for an awful upgrade. Then they launched boost mode and it was just straight up better. X though is easily the worst switch 2 version nintendo has ever released. A switch 2 upgrade shouls be a universal upgrade
@RupeeClock I am at work so can't watch direct rn. But those are at least cool things added. Just the X upgrade gave me a headache, I legit went back to the switch 1 version of X. All in all I hope these upgrades have actual effort and work behind them unlike X.
@N8tiveT3ch I guess we are opposites I only really get into sim racing games with a proper set up. Hopefully this is a solid graphical showcase I mean it is a 2022 game with good art direction. Though the previous gameplay of this on switch 2 was rough
@N8tiveT3ch to elaborate just upgrade health, stamina, and omwhatever stat scales your damage. Seriously health is really important you really don't need a guide, puzzles bosses are not in this game
@DarkCoolEdge I mostly do not care about key cards, but they truly are the worst of both worlds. Though I normally buy digital for convince and my already massive steam library
@CaptainQuo People really think a game that doesn't hold your hand is hardcore. This game will ask more form you than other games, but it is a completely fair game
@BaldB3lper78 I don't want to be that guy but from software games are not ridiculously hard. More look at as coach that can be a little hard, who tries to push you just a little bit harder. I found once you slow down dark souls 1 isn't too hard, it rewards patience. Elden ring on the other hand has a lot which can easily be abused. For example I only struggled on one boss launch month. Though I have played all the games so pretty experienced on them now, so I will admir I am very biased. Also love the one difficulty makes sure everyone is on the same page for discussions on items and what not.
I enjoyed the base game when it launched in 2022. Still haven't played the dlc, love the game but ds 1 is still my favorite. The open world is noce but tedious on replays
Tried the demo on pc and switch 2. The demo looked great for the most part in handheld really impressed, but this needs a 40fps frame cap in handheld. The frame drops are the only thing putting me off, though very immersive even with the drops
@SplatRay001 I found it mostly a slog as I usually just wanted to run through support convos then get to the next mission. It made a second , third run painful and I never got to all four paths because of it.
@StyrofoamCup I enjoyed remake but the more I look back on it the more it just kinda sucks. The story is solid better in the original and the remake is too linear and does not have enough systems. That isn't even getting to the issue of remake dragging on way too long. So far though rebirth has a lot more good things though I hear it still drags on but it feels more complete than remake
Rebirth on switch flips from beautiful to awful at times. Though JRPGs are one of my favorites on handheld. Great to knock some side quest non sense on the go then get back to the main plot on the big screen. More excited for this than most nintendo games so far( Please new FE do not use the calendar system) even though I could just buy it on steam

Re: Nintendo All But Confirms That Splatoon 4 Is On The Way
@nintendohirethisman If the developers want to make a new Splatoon instead of Animal Crossing let them. It really shouldn't matter that much
Re: Fallout 3 And New Vegas Remasters Announced, But No Release Date Yet
This is quite fitting after a video talking about too many remakes. We are just out of ideas
Re: Video: Why All The Remakes, Nintendo?
@Sepewrath The story has already been told, tell something different. Besides, we haven't gotten a new 3d Zelda with Dungeon crawling since SS

Re: Xenoblade Chronicles 1, 2, And 3 Are All Getting Nintendo Switch 2 Editions

As a kid I wanted remakes, now as an adult I just want new things. Please drop some Duskbloods news, fe news, and xenoblade.

Re: Round Up: The Previews Are In For Final Fantasy VII Rebirth's Switch 2 Port
@Antraxx777 it really depends how close you are to the screen
Re: Round Up: The Previews Are In For Final Fantasy VII Rebirth's Switch 2 Port
The biggest benefit the switch 2 has over the ps4 is not having a HDD. Those things are very very slow
Re: Round Up: The Previews Are In For Final Fantasy VII Rebirth's Switch 2 Port
Put about two hours into the demo. Probably going to pick this up on switch 2 instead of my pc
Re: Video: Here's How 'Final Fantasy VII Rebirth' Looks & Runs On Switch 2
Really gets me excited for the next Xenoblade, if square can do this the next Xenoblade may be a real looker
Re: Ubisoft Confirms "Original" Assassin's Creed Black Flag Will Still Be Available
This is going to come to switch 2. They specifically mentioned steam deck on steam. If this can function on steam deck it can function on switch 2
Re: Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced Officially Revealed, But It'll Skip Switch 2
I mean it is coming to steam deck as it was specifically mentioned on the steam article. So it is probably going to come to switch 2 at a later date
Re: Looks Like 'Elden Ring' Will Be A Pricey Game-Key Card Release On Switch 2
Don't care about the gkc. But do care about the 80 dollars not going to double dip at that price
Re: Round Up: The Reviews Are In For The Super Mario Galaxy Movie
@Sonicka I am not a big Sonic fan but the Sonic movies have a lot more creativity
