Re: Video: Why All The Remakes, Nintendo?

Rice

Too many remakes in general this year : AC Black Flag, Halo, Star Fox, and OT. Honestly only going to try halo as I am a huge Halo fan, though probably not buying it. Just sick of remakes in general at this point. As a kid I wanted remakes as an Adult I don't want more remakes

@cedarhyped I played on PC at 1440p and 60 FPS without ray tracing. I prefer shooters on mouse and keyboard, and the game felt great that way. Having the game on the go is nice, but I usually end up playing a more stealth‑focused character on handheld since shooters on a controller just don’t feel good to me anymore. The performance on the Switch 2 is fine, though, and it really makes me appreciate the PC when I switch back.

@BaldB3lper78 I don't want to be that guy but from software games are not ridiculously hard. More look at as coach that can be a little hard, who tries to push you just a little bit harder. I found once you slow down dark souls 1 isn't too hard, it rewards patience. Elden ring on the other hand has a lot which can easily be abused. For example I only struggled on one boss launch month. Though I have played all the games so pretty experienced on them now, so I will admir I am very biased. Also love the one difficulty makes sure everyone is on the same page for discussions on items and what not.

Re: Capcom Releases Resident Evil Requiem Demo On Switch 2

Tried the demo on pc and switch 2. The demo looked great for the most part in handheld really impressed, but this needs a 40fps frame cap in handheld. The frame drops are the only thing putting me off, though very immersive even with the drops

@StyrofoamCup I enjoyed remake but the more I look back on it the more it just kinda sucks. The story is solid better in the original and the remake is too linear and does not have enough systems. That isn't even getting to the issue of remake dragging on way too long. So far though rebirth has a lot more good things though I hear it still drags on but it feels more complete than remake

Re: Final Fantasy VII Rebirth's Internal Resolution Detailed For Switch 2

Rebirth on switch flips from beautiful to awful at times. Though JRPGs are one of my favorites on handheld. Great to knock some side quest non sense on the go then get back to the main plot on the big screen. More excited for this than most nintendo games so far( Please new FE do not use the calendar system) even though I could just buy it on steam
