After Final Fantasy finally was released from the PlayStation exclusivity, I was able to play 12, 10, 9, and 7 in that order on the Switch.

Additionally, I have previously played 3 and 4 remakes on the NDS.

Final Fantasy 7 has definitely impressed me the most, though I have yet to play FF6 which is a pretty significant omission.

Is a neat idea, but with super limited functions and that price point, it really isn't worth it

Using GameCube controllers with the adapter for other Switch games is the better option

It was really average till the last section, where they dropped a lot of unannounced games

All the Final Fantasy ports, Cities Skylines, Civ VI show that the 3rd party support is looking really promising. Nintendo has missed out on basically all mainline FF games since FF VI on SNES, and are finally getting not 1, not 2, but 4 mainline games and their remasters.

Also the the Animal Crossing section was pretty funny with the double twist.

We're almost one year since the Switch launch, and still no Switch rewards D:

Did anyone have issues with the Voice Acting DLC after the update to add in the Champions DLC?

I didn't get the Champions DLC yet, but I was unable to use the VA DLC since it said I needed to update the DLC, but was unable to when I tried. Don't really want to redownload the whole VA DLC pack again, so I wonder if this update fixes that

The big heads makes it look really weird

Not a big fan of sport games, unfortunately but still nice to see it coming to the Switch

But frame fixes are good especially in towns and forest areas

Really liked the original, despite it being pretty difficult. Hopefully this sequel will still have its charm and uniqueness

To be honest, I'm not really a big fan of the new layout. Colour is fine, but trying to navigate older news posts that I missed would be a bit more difficult. The organization in days is nice to have, but having 2 large, 4 medium and the rest small makes it feel really clustered and unorganized.. had to look at it a few times to get how it works

But like with all redesigns, I'll be able to get used to it eventually!

Definitely looks a lot better than the Switch in terms of design and screen resolution

I just think that the 2nd analogue stick being right below the ABXY would be a bit weird and could accidentally bump into it. I like how it's placed on top for the Wii U

That's really disappointing.. definitely did this to prevent hacking and pirated versions, but requiring online connection all the time means it's a lot harder to play this game on the go :/

I agree, those are my main worries as well especially how Nintendo handled with Amiibos and the NES mini

With the Wii U, people could be hesitant on getting the Switch, so they really need to launch the Switch with a bang

Really want to get discounted Xenoblade X, but not sure if I want the digital version, as I don't have enough space and don't want to buy a hard drive or memory card just for this game :/

I'm like what I'm seeing.. I've always preferred handheld gaming over console gaming, so now that I can play console games on the go is a great feature to have

I'm not completely sold yet, since there are still key information that we are missing.. price, what the 3rd party games are, and how powerful this is

What they need is to reward those who buy physical copies of games.. since digital and physical games are worth the same price, I will choose the physical version, but am not awarded for that, so is disappointing

I got Rune Factory 4 near launch at full price, but I don't mind paying the extra since I've logged a lot of hours in the game already

Price cut for Story of Seasons is pretty tempting, but I may skip and go for Trio of Towns

As much as I like the Pokemon and Fire Emblem franchises, I don't think a crossover would end up that well

Glad we got the Atlus crossover instead

• Shortened Expiry Date

Definitely agree that they should flip the image around..
Makes a lot more sense when you are actually playing a game to see it upright

This game will definitely be hard to top..
They should ad 100 characters in the next one!

But just like Pokemon, Smash has reached the point where the mechanics are all solid, and there isn't much more needed to change..

I don't see it doing well honestly..
It has been released for basically every other platform beforehand, and it is quite expensive.. Wonder if the Nintendo content is just skins and more NPCs/mobs because those can easily be modded or added in with texture packs :/
