@garfreek meh. I can get all this and more for cheaper and more often than not free on various platforms. and getting these games wouldve been cool if nintendo didnt take nearly a year between every game drop no matter how big or small it is.

OBJECTIVELY should not be a near 40 dollars more than the base plan, it should've been part of the base plan at the same cost. From its ammount of game breaking n64 bugs, absolutely minimal additions in terms of multiplayer, and library of gba and sega genesis games that get updated between sparcer time periods than count dracula's ressurections, there is no excuse for why ANYONE should have to pay 50-70 DOLLARS `A YEAR` for this in an increasingly money-scarce climate, especially when the alternatives Nintendo hates SO much on pc run games so much better for FREE, not to mention these games were cheaper and ran better on the wii, wii u and 3ds as well via the virtual console. No matter how much of a nintendo/sega fan you are, they have no excuse for this.

this is cool but id rather they put the improved rereleases the dkc trilogy got on gba first before anything else, all 3 of those games are MASSIVE improvements over the snes originals in numerous ways that make them worth checking out.

How about Nintendo sues the entire gachapon industry and Sony individually for every single Ghostbusters film and show next, since they also infringe on the totally original nintendo made idea of creatures in an small device for catching/releasing😂

@Andee Love Pebble and the Penguin cause it's basically if Frankenstein's monster was in animated movie form, just a bunch of random conflicting elements thrown in colliding with eachother resulting in an incoherent abomination LOL. That movie is basically just the secret prequel to the norm of the north movies

@Steel76 There were still mediocre to bad films like garbage pail kids, mac and me, double dragon, Robocop 3, Superman 3, Theodore rex, etc. Kids entertainment, animated or live action has always been a coin toss in terms of quality lol.

@Steel76 Ehhhhhhhh, I wouldn't say that. For every amazing film that pushes the boundaries of art like Secret of Nimh or Batman the Animated Series theres was low effort slop that talked down to kids like Captain Planet(barring the drug episode) or A Troll in Central Park.

Children's entertainment has always been a mixed bag lol, nowadays we get crap like this and Turbo but we also get media that still treats kids with respect like Puss in Boots the Last Wish or Gravity Falls

@nhSnork I can understand the Dreamcast one, but sega has barely touched any of their other arcade games. Laser ghost, golden axe revenge of death adder, segasonic the hedgehog, the arcade versions of alien storm and ESWAT which are completely different from the genesis one, zombie revenge, the dynamite cop duology, bay route, ab cop, rail chase, I could go on and on about the games they refuse to give modern rereleases or ports of!😵‍💫

And no, having them playable in the Yakuza series doesn’t count.😂

And then there’s the Saturn which they have straight up never touched outside of porting NiGHTS over and over again💀, like how about we see Astal or Thunder force V playable on modern platforms instead of Kid Chameleon and Ecco the dolphin again for the 500000000th time????

Never have I seen a company intentionally fumble their legacy content more than SEGA.

-Remaking space harrier 2 with proper superscaling but not advertising it and only making it available via the obscure mega drive mini 2

-Ending their sega ages series for literally NO reason

-Sonic Colors Ultimate being possibly the worst remaster of a 7th gen game of all time

-The titular collection in this article not having sonic 3 and knuckles on top of massive input lag

-Sonic's Ultimate Genesis collection not allowing you to play regional versions of games which is a detriment considering how bad the USA versions of games like Streets of Rage 3 and Dynamite Headdy are

-Not touching like. ANY of their game library outside of the Genesis and dreamcast. Their arcade games, master system, game gear, Saturn, Sega CD, etc, none of it gets any attention or accesibility

-Rushing Christian Whitehead and crew to the moon and back for Sonic Origins resulting in an unsatisfying product

-Shutting down the Sega Forever twitter which actually provided cool cut content and concepts for their games instead of the reddit slop the Sonic twitter pumps out

-Their unending refusal to allow any classic or obscure sonic characters pre-adventure era to show up in the franchise in any way to the point they almost fire Ian Flynn for simply including a throwaway reference to the Hooligans in one of his comics

I could genuinely go on and on and on. Like they're worse than Nintendo at this point IMO.

I think this emulator is cool but I also think they should wait until the switch has been out of circulation for a while before continuing to work on it. It’ll be less of a priority to Nintendo by then which means they won’t be under the scornful eagle eyes of their cyborg lawyers 24/7 as well!

honestly i want this to above all else have an interesting and well done story. First film had decent worldbuilding and a great opening hook but a majority of it was just kinda safe and sterile, like a modern-day Troll in Central Park. I hope this second movie leans more into the vibe the opening to the first one had and establishes a new villain, preferably the Wa brothers or the Koopalings.

Nintendo is richer than Oswald Cobblepot and Jeff Bezos combined, why should it take them just short of half a year to add such small games to this service? I seriously doubt licensing issues for Prehistorik Man and Bombuzal are that intense (i also like those two games btw im not bashing them). @CartoonDan tbf that’s been a problem these devs have had with their games since their early days at rare with dk64 and banjo tooie especially dear GOD that game is overstuffed and convoluted for no reason

unless they go all out like with digital eclipse or M2's stuff (barring the darius collections: C ) with extra features and stuff i dont rly see the point in buying this. MAME is easier to set up then a toaster and the aca neogeo games dont really take up all that much space to begin with, plus the library line up is super weird. Why are X and 4 the only Metal Slug games on this? I can appreciate the mindset behind these but id rather just get a new metal slug collection from m2 that has the 6th game on it, since that one hasn't seen the light of day for almost 20 years lol.

This is probably the hardest box art brawl because all 3 of them are equally cool and stylish, i love the dreamlike airbrush look they all go for!
