I tried the demo with high expectations (still missing my Railroad Tycoon hit) and this is NOT the same 😂
It was super clunky to play, the shadows annoyed me (the constantly moving jaggies), I don’t think this is for me.

I’m also not worried about the resolution but the lighting is amazing, and I’d guess you need a decent resolution to keep the shadows looking decent.
I love the extra depth it brings.

Maybe after we try the demo we will see amazing value?

@Giygas_95 I found it pretty ‘meh’, which was a shame as some of the previous titles were fantastic.

This just confuses me more! Do I go back to Stardew again (it’s been a couple of years), or try SoS or RF? Harvest Moon, A Wonderful Life was the highlight for me back in the day and SV is amazing!
I guess it’s best to just try one, everyone has their own POV

@Tandy255 I did this with Dead Cells and IMO it absolutely is their fault. Offers should be made clear when purchasing, it’s too easy to miss things.
The base game is amazing at least.

They also seem to prefer to argue over a few euros than focus on customer service, it’s amazing.

Meh. Totally agree with the above, movement looks weird, costumes look like one-time-use. Nothing that piques my interest so far...

I voted but it feels like it doesn’t matter, every single one was totally enjoyable (/frustrating).

(Also, from a comment above, I tried A Hat in Time too but didn’t really click with it, seems like they had no budget?)

Just played this beginning to end in one sitting (about 2 hours) and totally loved every second!
So many lovely little touches, easily one of my favourite games, really nice!
Want to do it all again now
