Re: Well Would You Look At That, A Hat In Time Is Coming To Switch

PALversusNTSC

i thinks its time, developers can't ignore the switch anymore.
proof that sofware sales figures are doing above average.

the switch is a heaven for any indie developer. i honostly dont think beside pc their is any place better then releasing your indie game on switch.
looking at myself i already own much more indie titles then on my ps4 and xbox one.

Re: HD Remaster Of Grandia And Dreamcast Sequel Revealed For Nintendo Switch

PALversusNTSC

good move from sega, i always stated that sega needs to bring these type of quality dc titles to the nintendo switch.
they will make alot of money this way.
and remastering games will slightly refill sega's wallet, so they can take on bigger productions in the future.

grandia (especially part 2) is one of the best rpg i've ever played. maybe a bit of sentiment for the dc, okay, but still a darn good rpg.
if its a remake i deffinetly gonna buy it first hand. full price!! they already own my money.

Re: Nintendo Shares Image Of Super Mario Bros. 3 In Action On Switch

PALversusNTSC

i know the subscrition fee is very low, but i would prefer a less higher fee wich would you be able to play at least gamecube titels from while tot while. it doesn't even have to be 1 gc game a month, lets say every 3 months.

im so fed up with this old 2d games from nintendo, wich they fool the audiance with.
just give us mario sunshine, luigi's mansio, pikmin 1 and 2, or metroid. games wich are actualy enjoyable to play on the move and at home.

Re: Poll: What Did You Think Of The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Direct?

PALversusNTSC

i dont care about smash, but i watched the vid and understand why people are hyped, i mean a ridiculious amount of fighters, great looking levels.
it reminds me of the experience of soul caliber on nintendo gamecube, the vid was also very fun the watch, the realy put some love in it.

it can(read: can) become easily the best selling nintendo game ever.

Re: Random: Zelda Fan Spends 484 Hours Completing Every Game In The Series To 100%

PALversusNTSC

still playing after 180 hours.
although my 6 year old son is selling all my items to mr kilton(btw thanks mr kilton) so now i have like 4 bokoblin masks, 2 lynel, 3 rubber hammers, 3 dark link suits, and alot of failed dish:/ one day after work he sold every item i had like 80.000 rupees. but we always have a good laugh together about those stupid looking enemies, eating frozen meat (he likes the animation)

but i do have all titans+
fully powered master sword
acient armour fully powered
400 koroks (me and my son call them little benny's lol)
all ex dlc objectives

i still enjoy the game, i realy do.
there is nothing more satisfying then after a hard days work to slaughter all acient guardians.

and i am realy suprice how good my son is in gaming. beat ganon on its own way 4 times now with only 13 heart containers. just 6 years old
i think later on as an adult my son Giovani will remember this first great game he played along with his dad, the laugh and fun we had.an epic game it sure is.

Re: The US Trader Who Bet $400 Million Against Nintendo Takes Huge Hit As Stock Price Soars

PALversusNTSC

@Razer
maybe so,but you forget that botw has no bundle pack, it is already sold seperately FULL price over estimated 8,5 million copies. retailers and nintendo make more money on botw then sony on god of war, wich has a fast pricedrop,wich also have to be kept in mind the switch has only 20 million owners against 90 million ps4 users. and we don't talk about the best selling game on the switch either.

so don't brag about sony, the software on the nintendo switch is more succesfull, and you will be noted with the realease of pokemon and ssb. its a money machine for developers.

i totaly agree about red dead redemption though, i think it can be the best sold game ever made, but hey its rockstar, everybody want to play that game.

Re: The US Trader Who Bet $400 Million Against Nintendo Takes Huge Hit As Stock Price Soars

PALversusNTSC

@MisterDevil +1
well i see it as boredom.
there is absolutely nothing you cant do with so much money, so eventualy you get bored.actualy these guys have no [removed] life or real friends. believe me i know alot of these people i have some very rich family members. you have to act and not be yourself around the parasites that surounds you.

people you think that are friends, are gone when you are out of money, they sit next to you and smile in your face, want to hang out with you because you're succesfull. its a fake reality. bragging among eachother what they have, and backstabbing eachother.

at least we "the lesser rich", can have pleasure with our hard earned pocket money and have real friends, and family love. therefor, i pity the (filthy)rich because they are lonely.

money has its toll. my advise is, stay yourself and
just look at what you have, not at what you don't have. otherwise you never enjoy life, and die alone with scavengers for your heritage around your hospital bed

Re: Review: Okami HD (Switch eShop)

PALversusNTSC

@boop22
its not by definition a zelda game, but it has the same feeling about exploring, secrets and a great story, it could have been easily been a nintendo product, that is how the quality of this title is.

im not [removed] you guys, you should definitly own this if you have not played it.
9 out of 10? well... [removed].. yesss

Re: Review: Okami HD (Switch eShop)

PALversusNTSC

closest thing to the legend of zelda experience. even after more then a decade later.

i highly recommend this game, there is no better action adventure game after botw then this little gem.

buy it.

Re: Zelda-Inspired Action Adventure Sikanda Is Making Its Way To The Switch

PALversusNTSC

there have been alot of attemps but most games dont have the same depth in gameplay. its basicly bashing your way from point a to point b with basic gameplay, not much mysterious secrets to be found, areas are also look much of the same, and last but not least the gamemusic doesn't fit in the game and is most of the time a short loop.

nintendo always adds total experience in zelda games.
rumble, motion controll, back tracking and open new areas wich you passed by early on. great music, great story.
also packed with secrets to discover, fairy springs, cracks in walls you sometimes not even notice.
its not easy to make a good action adventure. all these other games just dont give you that same experience, you always think to yourself, oh why did they forget this or that.

but i dont complain, someone is at least trying, and i dont mind they keep pushing more action adventures, always welcome.

Re: Nintendo Apparently Told Square "Never Come Back" After Losing Final Fantasy VII To Sony

PALversusNTSC

@Anti-Matter

indeed final fantasy is just a great looking game, but without the father of the series and storyteller whom started its own studio(mistwalker), the franchise is a empty shell.

have not played a good finalfantasy after 10.
the stories from 11 al the way to 15 are realy poor and vague. like everyone did add some storylines in it while in production.
also the beatiful music it once held is getting very poor with every edition.

in my opinion its more enix then squaresoft these days.

Re: Nintendo Apparently Told Square "Never Come Back" After Losing Final Fantasy VII To Sony

PALversusNTSC

yeah square enix loves the switch, but keep in mind, they have divisions.
switch probably only get 2d rpgs, no big projects like on ps4 or xbox one
just because of the same problems in 1996, storage and power.

they said [removed] you to squaresoft, but actualy screwed themself.
when final fantasy 7 came out, they shiney image of the brand never returned.

strange thing is, they can come back with ease. they have the money and the power, to wipe away every damage from last 2 and a half decade, by just release hardware for everyone not just themself.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend?

PALversusNTSC

not much time for me this weekend.
today i had to work, but tonight after 21:00 i'm going to continue xenoblade.
tommorow i have less time. my son needs to go to swimmingclass, before that he prob take hostage of my switch. in the afternoon i'm going to watch the final of the world cup football france-croatia.

ask me again next weekend.

Re: Review: Another World (Switch eShop)

PALversusNTSC

inside..

spended €100,- on games last month, one day later this game came out of nowhere, while i thought it was canned.
i realy hate this release policy on the nintendo switch, where you have to guess when games come out.
i could not even find it on the estore, like somebody pushed a button "ok, fuzz it heeeere we go"

Re: GameStop Reveals That Switch Sales Doubled In The Week After E3

PALversusNTSC

@kappa_krey
maybe alot of xbox one users jumped over tot he switch. i dont think somebody with a ps4 will trade his console for a nintendo switch. the ps4 is going strong with mayor titles it is not as boring as the xbox one at this moment, wich was a mayor bore from the start. i even trade it for a ps4, while i got a love for the microsoft brand.
it is just a console with boring games, realy a let down after the epic xbox360

Re: Random: Nintendo Switch Is Getting Its Own VR-Style Headset, But There's A Catch

PALversusNTSC

@jmh363905
thats is a great idea man:)

i actualy posted metroid VR months before the release of the nintendo, in the miiverse community.
nintendo should have designed the nintendo switch capable for VR. (you dont have to like it, but its there)

that game is the only game in excistence that is worth any vr device.
picture yourself in that world on a mysterious planet, with that music and epic bosses.
should have been released by nintendo as demopod in gamestores.
sale figures of the switch would be above 30 million by now.

but allas, nintendo lacks a set of balls.

Re: Nintendo's Share Price Falls Yet Again With A Lack Of Game Announcements Possibly To Blame

PALversusNTSC

although i realy like this system, its a nintendo system. due to graphical shortcome it would never last 2 till max 3 years. i already accepted that before buying the switch.

dont expect anything gets better. the system sells on a slow pace, until metroid 4 arives, after that the system declines.

but in the meantime i have alot of fun with the switch. its almost on everyday.

Re: Todd Howard Says Bethesda Will “Certainly Be Doing Things" With Switch In The Future

PALversusNTSC

@NewAdvent
treu, but the wii sold over 100 millions, still retailers complain about the lack of software sales beside nintendo titles, and we talk about a decade ago. people now buy more games, because there is a eshop, and games are more mature.

the nintendo ds or 3ds is not betheseda's platform, even a miracle that they released a game on it even more.

i think we will see more games from them then before, well that depends on how succesfull 3th party developers are in a long term.
lets face it, no nintendo console after the gamecube was still going strong after 3 years with software sales figures.

Re: Todd Howard Says Bethesda Will “Certainly Be Doing Things" With Switch In The Future

PALversusNTSC

why is cloud saving such a big issue guys?

if you're at a friend just download your profile on his switch and secure it, thats it.

i'm surpriced in age like facebook, twitter, instagram people make such a big deal out of it, your information is shared and stored everywhere. only thing i can come up with why people can possibly complain, are the people that want to modify their switch, and saves are become useless after a ban.

Re: Todd Howard Says Bethesda Will “Certainly Be Doing Things" With Switch In The Future

PALversusNTSC

typical bussines talk, to keep all camps at ease. fact is, you can't deny a platform sold over 20 million units(and rising), a platfom where even indie games do great.

i bet they are already working on another switch project, but it's kinda stupid to say that they are releasing fallout 3, or some other big game, then they make promises and be hated if they pull the plug if the switch has a short lifespan. you dont start 4 year projects for a console that has a bad history.

lets hope the switch will still be popular in its 3th year.

Re: Ubisoft CEO Believes Future Of Games Industry Is Streaming, With Potential To Reach 5 Billion Players In Ten Years

PALversusNTSC

I embrase it. but i'm not a collector type.
for those people it will be hard to accept, but they are gamers and won't stop gaming.

the idea you can play via internet games in the highest setting, and be able to play almost every game, and not having al those plastic covers in my house is a great evolution.
but thats me, i like progression, always have.

great opportunities for nintendo btw, because they make great games themselfs, unlike sony and microsoft.

Re: Review: Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy (Switch)

PALversusNTSC

played the original, got bored at the end of crash bandicoot 2.
bought it for ps4, exactly the same.
a triology was just too much. gameplay just becomes repetitive.

all with all, for the hard work to remaster it.
still worth an 8 out of 10, and a must buy if you never played it.

I would rather see Crash bandicoot team racer. it the only great competitor ever made next to mario kart.
i found it even beter then mario kart 64.

Re: Reggie Says Nintendo Switch Online Will Connect You To Legacy Content "In A Meaningful Way"

PALversusNTSC

I somehow agree. why buying captain toad (again) while you already bought it on the wii-u.? its not a new game, they just added new levels wich you can unlock with ammibo's, ammibo's ofcourse you gave to pay for, wich makes the price almost the same as for the wii-u.
its a concept that feels no justice to people that suported the wii-u even back stabbing.

why they always decide for gamers, rather then listen to them.
no, its "nintendo's way only"

Re: Reggie Says Nintendo Switch Online Will Connect You To Legacy Content "In A Meaningful Way"

PALversusNTSC

@LuckyLand
i feel you bro.
like you i have a long hate/love relationship with nintendo,for all those annoying decissions they maked.
i used too realy love them in the super famicom era, then it all started with the n64 the bad choice they made for not choosing for a cd system.

then i kinda loved them with the gamecube. but the wii made me furious, not for the idea itself but its weak system.

the most thing i hate about them is not take the guts to get them back on the throne, why wait 1 decade with a solid online system, system specs that are ahead of time instead of already behind at launch. this is also why there is so much trouble with thirth party.

just release something powerfull what people want. they should never had allowed a thirth competitor joined the market.

Re: Reggie Says Nintendo Switch Online Will Connect You To Legacy Content "In A Meaningful Way"

PALversusNTSC

@Nunya

for me, no.
i'm tired of these 2d titles maybe it's my age, cause i re-played them alot over the last 2 decades. i understand when your younger this 2d or N64 library seems interesting, i just find them unplayable.
the n64 library is not that big, i think it has like 10 games worth playing.
beside some classics it was a very poor console.

i would like to see more gamecube and wii titles. some of them i haven't played, like loz:skyward princess or mario galaxy.
while on gamecube i want to play pikmin 1+2, luigi's mansion, mario sunshine. metroid prime, paper mario.
not only for myself i think my 6 year old son will love them.

but honoustly, i don't think we are ever going to be able, to acces that library.
if so, aloooooot of people will buy the switch for that alone.

let hope and wait.

Re: Hands On: Getting On The Go In Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker On Switch

PALversusNTSC

"it's the exact same twix"

I dunno, how to feel about this game.
i was hoping for alot of extra's levels, and more depth in this version. but i have to buy amiibo's to unlock a few mario odyssey levels!?
€ 39,- feels abit expensive for a direct port, only upscaled to 1080p. counting the amiibo's will be closer to 59,- :/

think i'll pass untill the price drops till 19,- or so, its not worth it at this moment. im not stepping in this nintendo marketing trick/trap.
