How many times have they issued this stupid annual survey? And what has it accomplished for Switch owners?

Going to pass on another game from a tone deaf company.

Sounds like a pretty dreadful situation...

I used to really like Monster Train but grew tired of the DLC after awhile. It's really awesome being able to combine cards into more powerful variants. It's not cool that the AI upgrades its units, to often absurd levels, every time you do so. I still enjoy the game a lot and recommend it. I just hope they actually balance it some more.

This looks delightful.

Pass. I have zero faith this will be a quality port.

The board game version is absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough.

With the exception of Atlus, I can't think of a more tone-deaf company than Square. There was no demand for this game.

I will never, ever understand why a character as iconic as Bomberman is not in Smash as a character. It... blows my mind.

I am positively shocked that EA would ignore Nintendo.

Man, it's hard to support Supergiant with their constant console switching and exclusivity deals. This does sound good though.

You'll forgive me if I have absolutely no faith in this coming to Switch. Remember when they released 3, at full price on the Wii U, the same day they released the trilogy for the other systems? That was rad.

New? More like a new port.

Does any Nintendo fan actually have faith in Capcom to produce new content these days?

The problem with games like this or that Persona scramble game, is that it doesn't appeal to new fans on Nintendo systems. I know about Kingdom Hearts but have never played it. Why would I start with a rhythm game? Also, why would I enter the Persona franchise with a Warriors-esque sequel to 5?

I don't even know why Square bothers making games for the Nintendo systems. Clearly they do not care about what Nintendo fans want. Nobody wanted this nonsense.

I still have a couple of these sitting in my house.

While neat, kind of disappointing they didn't try to remaster the games at all.

I'm surprised, especially after they lied about the crappy quality of the port and then delayed the game a week to avoid negative reviews-I mean fix the Switch port.

I am still amazed at how much coverage dedicates to the game.

Hardly surprising. Ubisoft has very little interest in the Switch these days.

I think it's funny people on NintendoLife are critical of reviewers. Have you seen the reviews this site puts out? Remember how they treated Bloodstained with kids' gloves? I don't recall any other games, being released in a garbage state, being given a generous patching period, before being reviewed by NL.

Nice! I was a big fan of VIIi and will pick this up.

EA knows what Nintendo fans want and it isn't lazy cash grabs. Give us something new or stay away.

Hmmm... hard to be that optimistic about anything EA has to say about the Switch. 7 games are nice but will they be quality games? Or will it be just more FIFA nonsense?

As someone who has never played a KH game, this certainly isn't going to bring me into the series.

I hope that mage can level up some strength to help offset the incredible back pain she will have one day.

Yeah. It's a nice milestone but we won't be seeing any new RE games on a Nintendo system anytime soon.

At least we got Catherine. There was such a crazy demand for a Switch port and Atlus delivered!

Strange. Didn't NL just post an article from Digital Foundary saying how poor the Switch version performed? Still an 8 with parts running 10-12 fps worse than the WiiU version?

It reminds me of when you still gave the cruddy Switch version of Bloodstained a 7, despite running like garbage and waiting an entire month for patches.

Remember when EA released ME3 on the WiiU the same time it released the ME Collections on the other systems for cheaper? That was a giant middle finger to Nintendo fans.

And ME3's ending was total garbage. The best part about ME3 was the multi-player. That was a riot.

I do not blame EA. Google has a LOT of money to offer and it is a business first and foremost.

Plus it is not like EA was very pro Switch up to this point anyways. Hell, is anybody actually surprised by this?

Hmm... what a strange development. The cynic in me thinks this is a way for the developer to cover their ass for a lacking port.

Too bad Capcom doesn't see the Switch as that important.

Yeah, no. They can keep their game. Its attitude towards Switch owners is garbage.

I'll second the previous comments. It's an excellent, laid-back engine builder. I strongly recommend it.

Deceit was with the PAX demo where they blamed the abysmal Switch performance on "overheating issues." That turned out to be a complete lie. The Switch port was bad and they tried to hide it.

Then the Switch release was delayed for additional work and when it was finally released, looked barely any better than the PAX demo. It really gave the vibe the release was delayed to avoid negative reviews hurting sales. Heck, by Koji's own admission even he was surprised at how bad the Switch version was at launch, why is pretty telling.

To finally bring the Switch version up to "comparable levels" as the other versions, it took almost 6 months.

Actions like this drive me away from companies like Atlus. There are plenty of other companies to support who want my money. Why support a company that wants me to beg?

Yeah, no. If they have not ported it by now, at the peak of Switch popularity, they are not going to do so.

But at least we get a Musuo sequel that we never asked for, so that's something I guess. Oh, and Catherine. Because there was such a huge demand for Catherine on the Switch.
