The music and sound effects definitely made that game. But the whole "starting with only 30 points of life" was a headache back then...

I SO want to see Skyrim ported on the NX! I KNOW it can fit! If the PS3 can do it and chug by, then CERTAINLY the NX can!

IMO, the Omegas were harder than the Queen because they have a tiiiiiny weak spot. Use your supers boldly then hide and seek with your regulars.

I actually finished it this morning with an 82% completion rating! The Queen is BRUTAL until you learn her attack pattern! This is one of those games that RIGHT after you finish, you actually WANT to start all over again and play it! Awesome music, tight controls, LOVELY graphics! This game is AWESOME!!

Also, I saw somewhere where MetroidHQ will do a charity fundraiser by playing through Zero Mission, AM2R, Super Metroid, and Fusion in one sitting!

I want to thank those that worked EXTREMELY hard to make such a wonderful game as well as the fans for supporting it!

That trumpet was PHENOMENAL!! It's like it's saying "YOU PLAY AS THE HERO!!! ...'s groundskeeper".

I actually tried the demo to this game. ...No, I won't be getting it anytime soon. ESPECIALLY for Samus' 30th. However, I WILL celebrate with something even better! I can't wait for tomorrow!!

I HAVE THIS BOOK!!! I love it! It was the first time you see Luigi dress as the Princess. It was REALLY hilarious, too!

This game is Legendary! Killer music, tight controls, awesome gameplay; What's not to like? IDK about the slowdown, but it is emulating the Super Nintendo, which was NOTORIOUS for it in some games.

Edit: Also, for the uninitiated, there's a Sequelitus on YouTube that shows ALL of the good reasons to buy this game! And, uhh... swear-word advisory, too!

Something that I would LOVE to see ported to the NX, and a friend of mine agreed with me... Skyrim! That would be awesome, especially since they are doing a remaster on the X1 and PS4!

Again, I have Windows Phone, so unless Microsoft wants Nintendo to play nice again(Minecraft), it's not gonna happen... And I have a huge dislike for Android, and will NOT succumb myself to the iPhone.

StarFox Zero was a game for somebody, and many of us are still trying to figure out who it is.

Anyway, I will probably try it, but will more than likely be disappointed by it...

Edit: Though if it surprises me, it will be money well spent.

@MitchVogel It also makes me wonder about the loading times... I remember that the PS1's average loading times were between 8 - 12 seconds, or at least somewhere in the ballpark of that.

The video's on YouTube, and whew! It's 51 flavors of BAD! The impact sound effects sounds like somebody's punching boxes!

The music sounds so bland... Plus, where's the classic fanfare when you capture a Pokemon?! And couldn't Nintendo partner with a couple of companies to make a GLOBAL launch of this? I understand the whole "beta" concept, but seriously...

Geez... I hate to see it go... It was fun while it lasted...

@Bolt_Strike I don't mean on platforming. He's pretty much had that down pat for over 30 years now. I am talking about his so-called "adventures". We're at a point where a lot of us tire of his cookie cutter platformers, but for some reason, they have the highest sales numbers for Mario games... Meh, I dunno...

I will NEVER argue the tightness to Mario controls. I WILL argue, however, that Mario is becoming a two dimensional character(no pun intended), as far as running, jumping, and saving Peach. Hopefully, they will join the times with Mario like they've done Link.

That was wonderful! I'm glad they went back to the 2D animation for Mickey. It has suited him for decades.

Edit: I personally think Nintendo NEEDS Disney right now! I mean, look at what they've done with Marvel and Star Wars! It would be a partnership made in heaven! Besides... with the Wii U circling the drain, Nintendo needs SOMETHING special!
