Re: Disney Dreamlight Valley

Michaelrojelio84

@Chey
Yeah I've had to deal with the random shuts downs more often than I'd like but hopefully the developers fix it soon. Sorry about your game getting erased and losing those items you paid for.

Re: Disney Dreamlight Valley

Michaelrojelio84

I like this game since it takes me back to my childhood but it gets very annoying when I'm working on a mission and the game shuts off. It's also annoying when it says I'm playing in offline mode when my wifi connection to my Switch is fine and at full bars. I do hope Gameloft fixes these issues soon so that all of us can really enjoy it for what it is.

Re: Review: World War Z - A Technically Robust But Repetitive Zombie Hunt Best Enjoyed With Friends

Michaelrojelio84

I bought this game yesterday while it was still on sale on the eshop. I ended up getting the deluxe edition and played for a little bit and I like it thus far. The games does look a little blurry sometimes but it still looks great and so far runs really well. I played offline to get the hang of it and the only gripe I have is that the bots don't heal themselves but they were still useful most of the time. I will try online soon and see if my friends plan on getting the game so we can play together.

Re: Random: Can You Hear That? Sounds Like Super Mario Galaxy 2 Music In 3D All-Stars

Michaelrojelio84

If it is unlockable cool and if not oh well I'm not letting myself rage about it. I preordered 3D All Stars because I never got around to playing Sunshine and was incarcerated when Galaxy came out so for me it is a good deal. I understand the frustration some have but I'm focusing on the positive not the negative. No I don't agree with every decision Nintendo makes but they are going to do what they are going to do.

Re: Jump Force Deluxe Edition

Michaelrojelio84

Never got to play it since at the time it released I only had a Switch and couldn't afford another console. I plan to buy it and look forward to playing it as well as hoping it runs well.

Re: Nintendo Announces Super Mario Remasters And Much More In Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary Direct

Michaelrojelio84

Well I'm getting the 3D All Stars Collection and 3D World since out of them I only played Super Mario 64. Never got around to playing Sunshine since I had a PS2 and regrettably never bought a Gamecube and sadly got incarcerated in 2005 so I missed out on the other games. I'm surprised as well about Galaxy 2 not being in the collection and understand how some are not excited about these rereleases because they still own their old consoles but some of us don't. Growing up it was hard to keep any of my consoles and games since my dad had a drug problem so my stuff always got pawned. Even when my mom would do her best to get them back he would just repawn them so it was a losing situation. Also I don't understand the limited release window but I'll just try to preorder the 3D All Stars Collection in time. So people always remember that there are others who aren't as fortunate as you so these ports are a blessing. Stay safe everyone

Re: Tokyo Game Show 2020 Lineup Announced

Michaelrojelio84

Well I'll watch to see what is announced and be on the look out for any Switch and PS4 games. I just got my PS4 July 30th so I got alot of catching up to do and I'm gonna wait and get the PS5 later on probably after a year or so since its release. I'm hoping for a good show and excited to see what will be announced.

Re: Video: Digital Foundry's Technical Analysis Of Crysis Remastered On Switch

Michaelrojelio84

@Reprise Exactly I've come across on naysayers on Twitch for example a person was streaming WWE 2K19 on the PS4. I mentioned that I had WWE 2K18 for the Switch and the streamer and others were saying,"oh the Switch can only run Nintendo games." I quickly pointed out that it runs Doom, Skyrim, and The Witcher 3 and said WWE 2K18 was ported lazily. They quickly changed their tune a little but yeah it always makes me laugh how all the Switch haters are quick to bring it down.

Re: Poll: Did The Nintendo Direct Mini: Partners Showcase Meet Your Expectations?

Michaelrojelio84

@Cyberbotv2 Exactly people are not looking at everything from the companies' perspectives and the launch of the consoles could be pushed back. They are hoping to maintain their plans but if people keep being stupid and not doing their part to stop the spread it will cause further delays. I mainly said about people acting like they've played their entire catalog because I haven't played all of mine and I'm a year and 9 months behind those who've had a Switch since day one. Another funny note is people complaining about it being about 3rd party games when some of them complained about the lack of 3rd party support for the Wii U I am sure.

Re: Poll: Did The Nintendo Direct Mini: Partners Showcase Meet Your Expectations?

Michaelrojelio84

Yep I knew I'd find a good amount disappointed people who expected too much despite Nintendo saying what the mini direct was going to be. It was alright for what it was as I watched it with no expectations. Those of you complaining about Nintendo not doing what Sony and Microsoft are need to look at the whole picture. They have new consoles to hype up, new consoles that cost alot more than even triple AAA titles to make, there is more incentive to do E3 style presentations. Alot of you act like you've played and beaten all your back catalog of games which is most likely not the case. Nintendo is being themselves but I too would like some new announcements and updates but I'm not going to go out of my way to trash talk a company. Another thing to think about is what if Nintendo has been waiting for the ps5 and xbox series x announcements to pass and then plan to announce more games. Some of you miss the normal so do I but these are not normal times and even the new consoles may face delays in the planned release dates, only time will tell.

Re: Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase Airs Later Today

Michaelrojelio84

I will tune in to see as some news is better than nothing, also it said the first in a series of these so there will be more coming. Hopefully in the ones to come we can get some news on at least a few of the games that are highly anticipated. I admit it is funny seeing comments of those who expect way too much and are let down, come on stop doing that to yourselves. Expect nothing and you may get some nice surprises, just chill and enjoy it for what it is.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (July 11th)

Michaelrojelio84

Not only do I plan to put some more time in The Witcher 3 but I might put a few more hours in Assassin's Creed 4 as well as Skyrim. To be honest though everyday feels like the weekend since I've been out of work. Restaurants going back to 50% dine in capacity here in Texas has made the wait to go back to work even longer so I'll just keep playing my Switch.

Re: Guide: How To Fix A Drifting Nintendo Switch Pro Controller

Michaelrojelio84

@RustedHero Mine does it too sometimes but I've caught myself pressing in between up and right sometimes. Yet there have been times where I know I'm only pressing a certain direction but it still reads another input. I agree it is annoying and frustrating especially when in combat, it happened 2 days ago when I was playing The Witcher 3 fighting a werewolf.

Re: Guide: How To Fix A Drifting Nintendo Switch Pro Controller

Michaelrojelio84

I bought my Switch (black and grey)in December of 2018 and bought a used pro controller at Gamestop last September, no drift problems. About a month or 2 later I finally bought a used red right joycon so I could play handheld again from Gamestop and it works fine. I do experience the d pad on the pro controller acting wonky sometimes like a couple of others have mentioned above but it doesn't happen all the time. Hopefully they will last alot longer before I have to clean and/or replace them if the cleaning doesn't work. The original right joycon started drifting around 400-450 hours playing Breath Of The Wild give or take and got worse so I had stopped playing anything until I got my pro controller as mentioned above.

Re: Feature: Best Nintendo Switch Fighting Games

Michaelrojelio84

Well I have Super Smash Bros Ultimate, Dragonball FighterZ, Mortal Kombat 11, and some of these others listed and I'm happy with them. It's nice to be able to pay a visit to the past to relive my childhood and teen years and also playing the recent titles. It's amazing how the genre has come along and I do hope that some of the other franchises make their way to the Switch such as Soul Caliber and Virtual Fighter.

Re: Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time Has Been Rated In Taiwan

Michaelrojelio84

I recently bought the N Sane Trilogy and playing through the first game, when did they get tough? I'm joking but sometimes I feel as if I was better at platformers back then compared to now lol. I still enjoy it and plan to beat them in order, the eshop sale made the purchase an even better deal. I do hope this new one comes on the Switch but yeah I remember a 4th one already existing but we shall see when more news surfaces.

Re: Nintendo Switch System Update 10.0.4 Is Now Live

Michaelrojelio84

It was annoying not being able to buy anything these last few days but happy it is done. After I did the update I just did a little shopping and bought Power Ranger Battle For The Grid Collector's Edition and NinNinDays. Power Rangers is downloading as I type this but yes it'd be nice to have a natural voice chat. Hope everyone is doing well.
