@Nintendzoey It's just a very interesting franchise. Has bits for most people to talk about. I don't usually concern myself with Star Wars but if someone else brings it up there's a lot to talk about regarding it. I'm not sure why it bothers you, perhaps you should just go see the movie so you know what people are talking about and then you don't have to worry anymore. It's not like Star Wars is evil or anything. At least I don't think so lol

Yeah there are some people who are obsessed, but I think it shows up a lot because it's very neutral, i.e., everyone can enjoy Star Wars. Perhaps you got all the obsessed people? Idk.

@LavaTwilight ha ha ha, I'm just saying if you believe Nintendo will make a comeback in the stock market (if you believe), you want to buy stock when it's at an all time low, right? It's a huge gamble, but you'll make the most money that way if the winds blow in your favor!

I think the PC version is good enough for me. A shame, but I just don't want to get a downgraded version. Fantastic game though!

Also I get that some people just do whatever, but I really like Terraria because it's more objective based than other sandbox games like Minecraft. There are very real objectives, it's just that the game lets you figure it out for yourself or look it up online.

Waluigi and Wario are hilarious.

The nostalgia on this one. The cartoon style is fantastic and my favorite thing is that it fleshes out all my favorite characters.

I'm gonna have to agree with Patchy the Pirate on this one. The future is so cliche.

3DS wasn't so hot but that's because the handheld is winding down. And for me, that's a good thing. I have more time to dedicate to consoles now, so I don't really want to use my 3DS all that much anyway.

And not too much Wii U stuff, but what we did get has been fantastic! Woolly World, Mario Maker, and Splatoon are all fantastic games, and I will continue to play the last two for quite some time!

Gen 4 is the one I spent the most time with, and it was the one I was able to share the most with friends. Even though I remember gen 3 more fondly.

Unless I missed it, you forgot the underground. Man that was some of the most fun multiplayer shenanigans I've ever had. It was so fun to send my friends on wild trap rides and make base mazes while we tried to reach that 50 flag rank, or whatever.

And I never knew about the move mechanic change. That's interesting.

One more thing...if I remember correctly, you couldn't get half of the evolution extentions until you beat the elite four, right? That was a funny one.

I still have the DS version. It was a hilarious little game but I ran out of steam after a bit. Will beat it one day though.

@JubilifeRival All good, I should really watch the way I word things. I make wacky comments off the cuff every once and a while.

@JubilifeRival They are completely different games. And I prefer Terraria. My point is that the things I liked about Minecraft were not the main focus. Exploring for ore in Minecraft is my favorite thing to do, but it's so simplistic. I've tried mods for quite sometime and then I realized that Terraria is simply more of what I'm looking for. If I want to be creative I prefer to draw or code; when I want to play a video game I'm much more objective focused. If I create a giant castle I want something cool to come out of it, not just sit there and watch it. And as you know in Terraria if you build a nice house, NPCs will move into it! I also can't stand how there's no difference in the underground wherever you go, except for Emerald in Extreme Hills. My favorite part of the game gets very repetitive after a while.

I get the value of Minecraft and I don't see why having a personal preference is a problem. Perhaps I could've worded better.

So you can shoot people's hats off if you want to wear them, "wasting" a turn, but you don't get the hat if you just destroy them? That's amazing!!!

I'm not against it because I have it on another platform, but because I'm so done with that game. Dig straight down, get diamond armor. Boring. I'll play Terraria thank you.

Can't check out the trailer atm, but I'm quite excited for this game. The review will be important though, cause $17 for an eshop game is enough to make me wait for some opinions. I also want a synopsis on the length; if it's long enough I'll pick it up immediately. Looking for some 3ds longevity, as I haven't used it in a while.

As good of a game Terraria is I've already burned through my PC version.

Why did I feel like I knew Sceptile was already in? Clearly I couldn't have...
