Re: Review: LEGO Worlds (Switch)

I wasn't a fan of it when it was in Steam early access and there didn't seem to be much more added to change my mind. I'll just bear the wait for Dragon Quest Builders 2 instead I think.

Re: You Can't Alter The Chest Size Of Female Characters In The Western Version Of Xenoblade Chronicles X

"HURRDURR ONLY PEOPLE WHO WANT TO GIVE HER BIG TITS WANTED THIS, CENSOR AWAY NINTENDO!"
What if I wanted to make a female character that doesn't have the same sized breasts as every other female character in the game? What if I wanted a character with small boobs? You can have a muscle slider for guys but can't change something on a woman's body that changes from person to person? Yikes.

The major concern isn't even the character customisation and outfits because I could deal with those, but they've removed/changed references to previous works by Takahashi. You don't change someone else's work like that. It's like if Miyamoto released Zelda U with a Pikmin easter egg and they changed it to be a set of flowers for literally no reason.

Re: Nintendo Is Making Female Characters Cover Up For The Western Version Of Xenoblade Chronicles X

This is why translations are better than localisations.
A good translation doesn't change any of the content, just text to make it playable in a different language; you know, what literally everybody wants. Localisation changes the script, character names, content and other things to make it appealing to dumb Americans who can't handle somebody in a mildly revealing outfit.
It annoys me so much that NoA's garbage Treehouse team got this game when NoE did such a fantastic and faithful job with the first game. If NoA had localised the first game, Shulk would be named Steve and he'd be wearing a full body undersuit.

Re: Talking Point: The Pros, Cons and Questionable Likelihood of a Nintendo NX Release in Summer 2016

I bought a Wii U day one and while I regret buying it too soon, I don't mind another console coming out next year (probably because I won't buy it unless there's a big hype game in 2016 for it). I especially don't mind if it's a handheld/home console hybrid because that would solve all of the drought both the 3DS and Wii U have seen, since Japanese third parties are far more prominent on the handheld side.

Re: Review: Mario Party 10 (Wii U)

I would have bought it if they'd cut the Fecal matter and made classic style Mario Party again. They were close this time too, but they split up the classic gameplay from the boards that were made with effort and locked it behind Amiibos.
Call me if Mario Party 11 gets it right.
