Re: Ring Fit Adventure Player Shows Off His Healthy Transformation After One Month

Unfortunately, I have not been able to obtain a copy of the game in the UK. It's out of stock everywhere! Anyone with it in stock is charging at least £40.00 more than the rrp due to the limited stock , and I refuse to pay more than what Nintendo themselves are charging.

In the end I opted for the Fitness Boxing alongside daily yoga. For anyone else considering Fitness Boxing it's a great cardio workout and you definitely work up a sweat.

Re: Here's What You Get For Pre-Ordering My Time At Portia On Switch

@Deathomen13 I would still tell everyone to avoid pre-ordering. Unless the developer can show actual Switch gameplay showing the port running sufficiently there is no reason why anyone should just take their word for it. The PC version is unnecessarily demanding, which gives further reason to be concerned about the switch port.

I would recommend people avoid this port. The games performance is far from perfect and suffers from astronomical loading times. Additionally, the Switch port isn't an up to date build and does not include the latest updates/content.

You can find Switch gameplay on Youtube if you'd like to check it out for yourselves.

Re: Switch Owners Aren't Worried About Visual Presentation, According To Crashlands Dev

Linoshi

Performance is a bigger concern of mine. Sure, games on PS4/Xbox/PC are prettier but I've often found that is at the detriment of the games stability. Take Shadow of the Tomb Raider for example, the game is beautiful but suffers horrendously in certain areas as they have clearly been overzealous and built something the platform can't handle. Granted, you could always argue this is down to the amount of effort the developer wants to put in. Panic Button are constantly proving that games can look fantastic on the Switch and be stable.

I don't agree that the Switch is for more casual gamers either (...this isn't the Wii). I also don't agree that Switch owners don't care about graphics. I think it's less of a concern but I do feel that the demand for and scrutiny over any ports of next gen games backs that up.

Re: Violent And Bloody Action RPG Vampyr Is Making The Switch

I was very excited about this game and I even pre-ordered it. However, it ended up being a quite bland experience. I adore vampires, but everything about the game was just kinda meh? Plus, the amount of dialogue was astronomical, you spent most of your time just listening to people go on and on. You could probably get away with it more if the voice acting was stronger but I found the lead of the game extremely monotonous sounding.

Re: Review: Little Dragons Café (Switch)

I'm confused...

When does this game actually come out in the UK? I'm getting it should of released on the 24th August 2018 or it's releasing on the 21st of September...? Is there one release date for the digital version and one for the physical?

Re: Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Update Allows Certain Quests To Be Completed At Any Time

Linoshi

@CurtBro I think you're missing my point, the game is literally locked at 5-10 FPS consistently due to a GLITCH they are yet to fix. it has nothing to do with snobbery...it's literally a glitch. The glitch appears sometimes when I boot up and I have to do a reset to fix it, sometimes I have to literally reset the whole game several times until the glitch disappears. Plus, I've never said the game didn't look good, I literally just want then to fix this issue so I don't have to reset my game multiple times just so I can play it properly.

Jeeeez.
