@BulbasaurusRex With Arcade1Up releasing a arcade cabinet that will have Sega arcade games including Golden Axe and its sequal Golden Axe: Revenge of Death Adder the chances of seeing the Golden Axe sequal on other gaming platforms is very likely now.
I think some Japanese Developers if still operational during this time might take advantage like Monolith Soft for example would do some finishing touches to Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition before release.
@Donutman I was talking about companies making products here in America sorry about the confusion. Anyway I hope after this Coronavirus crisis is over will see most companies around the world make products in there own countries than putting all there eggs in that one China basket.
@Donutman I really like how the United States industry is putting a lot of effort in mass production on medical supplies and equipment while Pharmaceutical companies working tirelessly on a cure on the virus and both of them are combating the coronavirus. This is something we haven't seen in the United States since WWII.
Fun Fact: The EU version cover is actually used by Mean Machines Sega magazine issue #17 as you see here:
Sega of Europe loved the cover art so much, they purchased the rights to use it for the EU version's packaging.
Electronic Arts did published a good game that year and it is called Star Wars: Fallen Order. Developed by Respawn Entertainment was definitely unexpected surprise for those expected another terrible Star Wars game but glad we were wrong. The game critical and commercial success and those played it love it. Sure there not off the hock but at least EA they deserve to be in high rank for that year but that's just my opinion.
@obijai Sorry for the late response I really want to tell you something. If your wondering where I got the word "Kickscammer" it is from the popular Youtube user Daniel Ibbertson and I recommend on checking out his videos: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC455p7ts9lh8IWi5zuf_8tQ
@obijai I have a question for you about the Tiny Metal games. Putting the Kickscammer aside if you played the Tiny Metal games what is your thoughts on them? I bought the first game and I actually enjoyed it but that is just my opinion. What is yours?
With the coronavirus happening serve some the companies right for putting all there eggs in that one China basket. As a American citizen am glad my country is standing up against the bullies leaders of China and hopefully we get something good out of this tariff war in the end.
I like both the North American and the European/Japanese box arts of Sonic the Hedgehog. Fun fact: the cover art for the North American cover of this game is made by the late Greg Martin.
Funny enough despite Capcom shutting down Clover Studios back in 2007 there willing to collaborate with PlatinumGames Studios on gaming projects. We almost got a sequal to Okami, but unfortunately didn't happen because due to some trouble with inner disagreements between head staff in PlatinumGames Studios the project didn't happen. I recommend checking Game History Secrets video on this:
I hate to this but companies have the legal rights to cease and desist. Take what happen to fan project Chrono Resurrection for example it was kind of dumb of the devs of the fanmade project to self publish it instead of doing talks with Square Enix to have them to publish there project. Some companies like Capcom for example don't mind fan projects of there characters as long as your not going make a profit out of that fan-game take what happen to Ghost 'n Goblins fan game kickstarter for example.
Now back years later I have mixed about this as much I wished that Capcom had release this for North American and PAL regions market. On the other hand am glad Capcom didn't released this game internationally because if they did even if the game gets positive reviews the game would have been even more of an insult to injury to the people who are upset of the cancellation of Mega Man Legends 3 at the time. Even more insulting than the Bad Box Art Mega Man character in Street Fighter X Tekken.
