@Itachi2099 Plus the fact Pocket Pal is known for being a scumbag company…One game by a bad company being taken down isn’t going to affect anything. There’s plenty of monster catching games, this is just the one that screwed up big time.

Whatever the reason for the two Series X listings, the first one is what actually sold. No idea what the second one is…Maybe the chart has to have 10 listings? But even so, why have two completely different numbers?

And this is exactly why physical media is still important…

@Noxide Honestly compared to Microsoft and lately even Sony, I feel Nintendo is the only one that knows what it is even doing. They are more successful than ever without having to rely on mergers or acquisitions, which all seem to fall flat lately.

@Kev_2610 And considering the fact that Level-5 didn’t want to release games in the west anymore a few years back, and now Nintendo themselves is requesting games from them, it would be a great way for Level-5 to succeed even further, I’d say.

@UltimateOtaku91 Ah! I see now, my bad. Yeah, that definitely would be a good buy for Nintendo. While I’m not a big fan of game companies being bought up left and right lately, there are some that would just make sense, like Nintendo buying up the ones you mentioned.

@UltimateOtaku91 I feel those are probably the most reasonable companies for Nintendo to be aware of in a potential sale. Not that they would, but I feel that would smart. Although I’m not exactly sure what Spike Chunsoft does outside Mystery Dungeon and Dragon Ball? I thought they were a subsidiary of BandaiNamco? I’m surprised they haven’t taken in Level-5 yet. Aside from a few Yo-Kai Watch games, isn’t everything they release only on Nintendo, aside from mobile games?

I still think they need to merge GameFreak into the company at least, like Sony did with Insomniac. I mean, aside from what, three games on PS4/others, everything they make is Pokémon. And it would hopefully give them the kick in the pants they need to improve quality.

Aside from that, I do agree that all these constant mergers lately have either been pointless (Activision) or disastrous (whatever companies Sony just closed). Honestly, if you can’t make the games yourself and have to constantly buy other companies so you can just slap your name on something, then why keep trying? Looking at you Microsoft.

Awesome! That totally means I’m taking one of my brother’s Switches if the save data can be transferred over as well!! I’ve really been wanting a Switch.

Jokes aside, it’s crazy it sold nearly five times more copies on Switch than PS4, and almost double the PS5. Just shows how Nintendo really is at the top.

I think this is a pretty cool idea. I don’t have an NSO membership, so I won’t be able to use it though.

@Bigmanfan 720p, 30FPS is still perfectly playable and not at all a bad thing…It’s how I play games, and I have FUN.

Nintendo is really doing great lately. All these other game companies are having layoffs or shutdowns, and Nintendo always has positive news.

I’d love to see this come stateside! This is just the kind of game I’d play. The “Music Rides”! The movies scenes included. I really hope this gets a US release after watching the trailer!!

I never understood this mentality people have. Sure the games are on Switch, but that’s no reason one can’t still enjoy the Wii U versions. My brother has one and still plays it. Even got Captain Toad on it just a couple months ago and had fun. Plus there’s still Color Splash and Wooly World to play on there as well…

So does this mean all Wii U exclusives have now been ported to Switch? Aside from the HD Zelda games and apparently Yoshi’s Wooly World (which is on 3DS)?

Actually did have a bit of a sleep mode issue over here a couple weeks ago. Took a few tries to turn it back on. However, my brother has had problems with his Switches crashing while charging about a month ago three times.

This game is definitely coming to the Switch successor. My brother got the email from the Kickstarter for backing the original game and it reads: “ Yooka-Replaylee will be playable on PS5, Xbox Series consoles and... Nintendo? (Ooh mysterious. We'll have more on that as soon as poss!)”

I don’t care what anyone says, the original was a fun game. I liked it. Sure, the worlds are a bit spacious and some are rather barren. But it’s so fun to just explore! I’m gonna have to steal my brother’s Switch later and play it again…

Although I do find it surprising that screenshots were locked out. An oversight, maybe? Or was it on purpose to get some sort of publicity, which I can’t see being very likely…

I feel 9 and 10 should be at the bottom. I haven’t played them, I’ll be honest. But the whole cart mechanic instead of individual movement just feels wrong. Now, if it was a separate mode or way to play in addition to the classic formula, that would have actually been pretty interesting.

I don’t mind how they’ve been changing Amy a bit over the years. But come on, this game was from well before then. The face hood was funny, and taking out Knuckles’ joke was probably because of stupid touchy feely let’s make everyone feel good about themselves crap that’s always seen today. Classic Sonic was chubby. It’s a joke! What happened to jokes?! Not everything is offensive! And changing Rogue design even slightly to be “more appropriate”? It was never a problem all these years, why start now!?

This game actually looks interesting. I’d try it if I ever get a new phone. But what exactly are they suing over? Aren’t there lots of Gacha games that allow cards to be fused or something?

Can’t we just go ONE day without Ubisoft in the news?! I wonder if there’s any truth to this rumor anyway. Hopefully not, seemed like this was finally a game people liked from that shell of a company.

@msvt Absolutely! So many great games on Switch to still play. I don’t get why everyone is always demanding the announcement to a successor. There’s tons of things to play already.

@mlt Exactly right! It’s fun and can absolutely be played. I like it. Haven’t played a whole lot of it, aside from borrowing my brother’s Switch. But it is a good game!

I never really saw performance issues on this? Maybe at first. I’m not sure. At least not after the first major update on Switch. I played a little bit of it and enjoyed it a lot.

Am I also correct in understanding that one of the more recent updates kinda messed things up too? Like how does that happen?

I had a feeling he’d probably voice Waluigi as well. I thought his voices in Wonder were pretty spot on. His Mario may have been a bit softer than Charles’? But I honestly think he’s doing a good job, and it’s great they found someone who can emulate the voices rather closely, as opposed to like Rosalina’s huge change over the years, or how other games, anime, or cartoons replace voices with ones that sound nothing like they used to.

I’m definitely looking forward to this! If my brother gets it, I’m stealing his Switch so I can play!

@roy130390 Me and my brother play it occasionally, though not online. It’s probably our favorite game to play together on Switch.

Awesome! I am definitely looking forward to this getting added to Xenoverse 2! I haven’t played Kakarot though. I just watched my brother play it once and was a little underwhelmed…But I’ll try it again.

I seriously don’t understand why everyone gets mad at Nintendo and their lawsuits over IP protection. Is it their property? Yes. Do they go after people who illegally profit off Nintendo’s property? Yes. That’s perfectly reasonable. Sure there are some things that are a bit. Outlandish. But for the most part they are well within their rights.

Especially on a Nintendo fan site, you’d think everyone here despised them every time there is some lawsuit over something.
