Literally the only game that would be worth $70 this year. Don't like it but its not unwarranted.

(edit: in terms of size, time, scope and being a 1st party release its not unwarranted. Metroid Prime Remastered at $40 is likely going to be not only my favorite 2023 release but my favorite Switch title of all time. $70 is not a needed increase and I don't blame anyone who opts for second-hand copies out of the gate, I just don't find it to be a poor price given how much time people will be getting out of ToftK.)

Its really genuinely great to see Atari leverage its rich history without falling into the pitfalls of overselling your back catalog. 'New' arcade chaos is always a treat too.

Beat Sonic Frontiers this week and it delivered in every way I could have hoped.

The new technology that keeps being created is utterly fascinating and amazing.

It's equally amazing that we waste such technological advances on this.

Sonic 06. It's definitely Sonic 06. As horribly unfinished as it is I love the level design, music and to an extent the plot.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater (Dreamcast), Coolboarders 4 (PS1), Destroy All Humans remake (Switch)

Destroy All Humans remake on Switch, Jet Moto on PS1, Sonic Generations on Xbox 360.

This would be a groundbreaking 'twist', or at least a huge step in a barely explored direction. I'd be all for it.

I definitely hope its a direct sequel to Yooka-Laylee, correcting the mistakes of its predecessor based on fan response.

Been playing Duke Nukem 3D Anniversary the last couple days. Great game and fully recommended to anyone here who likes a fun shooter.

As long as a show means the game franchise has a prominent future.

After the very short lived Rayman animated series from... I think 2000 and how... improper it was, I hope this turns out well.

I'm so happy Next Level Games has been able to make something with actual potential after getting loaded down with Federation Force. That was such a disservice to such a good team. This will be the only game I buy day 1 this year.

Aaaand this is why I'll be going after the Intellivision Amico instead.

There were like... 10 NES Classics in stock in my Wal-Mart last I looked last Thursday. I nabbed one (of the three in stock) at Meijer a week prior.

Sony is sadly to blame for the Vita's cancellation, but honestly I figured this game was 2019 at the earliest. Let Iga and co make this game into what they envision, its in good hands.

Thought this would have been reviewed. Oh well. This is really one of those games that you don't know if you'll like until you play it, and with a price of $1.99 USD I'd say its worth the risk. Just got it on sale for $0.99 and its been an interesting experience... challenging to be sure.

The game's typical price has been reduced to a paltry 99 cents. I got it on sale for 75. It's a decent little budget game with a lovely soundtrack. The visuals seem divisive, but I enjoyed them. 7/10 here.

Wish they'd make a Star Wars collection, or even Batman or Indiana Jones. These games have enough sequels, a collection of them sounds way more enjoyable these days than a brand new game (using the same tired formula) for full price.

Medal of Honor.

There will be plenty of bashing but it has its audience.

X9 and Legends 3, and the fanbase will finally be happy. (ZX3 would be nice but that's pushing it with Capcom Lol.)

@Majora101 Yeah, it was a mystery who still owned the rights until they put the first three games and Army Men RTS on Steam and GOG last year.

They're sitting on the Army Men IP yet they release this...

@ThanosReXXX Makes sense, the last great Star Fox games were made by 3rd party devs on the Gamecube.

I'm wondering if Fox's appearance is gonna be canon to the series at all though LOL.

This game looked really cool already.... now its a must buy.
