@iskim I doubt the scalpers got most of them. They didn’t have anymore access to the app on launch day than any normal fan (you might argue..”but bots”), yeah but since it seems that a lot of stores were selling cards in person physically as well, then their “bot (bought) cards” were just as like to be cancelled as someone who chose to trust the website or app rather than going physically @ 9:00A.M.

The real fault is Target because instead of this hybrid web/physical launch, they should have just gone an all digital preorder (still limiting the order to 1-2 per customer, maybe even verified by web Internet address+payment to stop mass scalpers) OR gone all physical with “first-come-first-serve (still limiting those to 1-2 packs per walk-in)”.

@Sunsy yes, but it should have been common sense to try ~both~ ordering through the app/web A n d going physically to a Target store to attempt to purchase this.

Yep. ACNH gets popular in 2020+ Stardew Valley was already hot, and Harvest Moon had the reputation previously..so everyone and their brother now thinks their/sim life and farming game will succeed on Switch, but most of it’s shovelware.

C’Mon, Phil. I just want Rare Replay or/and Halo on Switch, the former would feel like “coming home” (and provide advertising for your new games in series on it for Series X), and the latter would fill a niche not yet filled on NS.

Who can tell?? There are so many bad games and shovelware on Switch. They outnumber quality software of a ratio of 10-1 if not greater..

@Kreko yes I think it is included in the celebration (which we don’t officially know that Nintendo is even doing at this point as of my writing this). It is releasing this year, and would probably be included by Nintendo.

Price is a little high, but I’ve wanted The Lost Vikings on Switch for a while.

Some good, but honestly disappointed. Not enough first party games, too many anime eastern hemisphere games. Not enough western AAA games. That said I enjoyed a few also excited for SS HD and Splatoon 3.

Undoubtedly this will cause controversy, but it’s highly doubtful the programmers did this purposefully. It’s just a game design they liked in that level.

All I want from Ubi is some of their Western AAA games like Far Cry and Secondarily a sequel to Mario + Rabbids, already.
