among us time babee 😎
Nothing for me this week, but next week is the BIT.TRIP series! I love those games so much.
I want to buy Unto the End, but I'm going to wait for a sale. $25 for a 3 hour game is just too much.
Why do you have Super Meat Boy Forever listed as $0.00, Nintendo's site says it's $19.99?
This is actually the 1 time I have bought a game in the 1 week of release the other times I wanted to wait for a sale. That game is among us.
@HeroOfCybertron And its date needs to be updated too.
“Super Meat Boy Forever (Team Meat, 1st Jan, $0.00)“ — well, at that price....
Among us isn't worth $5 and a nso subscription like i have said. I would rather play for free on an iPad
Space Invaders Forever $29.99? Early April Fools joke?
I'll grab collection of saga soon
I was going to download Among Us but then I saw it was $5. Compared to free on my iPhone that seems silly especially when there hasn’t been any mention of cross play.
Oh wow I didn’t know Turrican was out! I’ll be getting that..
Also, is it “Space Invaders Extreme” or “Space Invaders Forever”?
Thanks for always posting all these up, NintendoLife
It’s my go-to routine to check these every Thursday.
I totally forgot Super Meat Boy Forever was still coming out this year. I love grinding on that game and really enjoyed The End Is Nigh which was like a tribute to it.
@sketchturner I was playing it (Unto the End) on Xbox. The movement of the character is SO slow compared to all the traps and fights. It's very trial and error, luckily it lets you start over on the same screen if you die.
Grabbing Among Us, Luna Nights and the Bravely demo. Here’s hoping they scaled back that difficulty a bit.
Only Collection of Saga.
I'm waiting for Mercenaries Blaze: Dawn of the Twin Dragons to go on sale.
Was Crawlco Block Knockers so named in order to pun on the UK urban slang term for breasts - namely knockers?
Going to be playing lots of among us.
Super Meat Boy Forever...
Not another Roguelike.
No physical version, no Buy.
That's a Hard Pass!
/S
@EngineerMario that's kinda sus
I’ve been stalking the E-shop for info on Turrican but still not seeing it listed under either recently released or coming soon. Buying that if it ever pops ups.
I picked up Final Fantasy legend collection. I wish there were color pixels and more options for quality of life. It’s OK I used to play it so much when I was about 13 years old. It would seem it’s very rudimentary. It was on the game boy so that is probably why.
@Lionyone, that's very likely, as it's from the same publisher as Waifu Uncovered (and like the aforementioned title, this will also have "modesty" & "uncensored" modes).
Don't think that slang term is particularly UK based either, as I've heard it here in the US as well.
@Mamabear It does have cross play, I was playing it last night with PC and phone gamers. It's exactly the same (but with better controls) The PC version costs money too, it's because they don't have adverts like the free phone version.
@Mamabear it costs the same as the pc version, it also has cross play, you can even play the new unreleased map before all the other platforms already with a little glitch. the mobile version is free because it has ads and less customizations
Space Invaders at $30 is sticker shock-inducing
@Mamabear There is cross play since I’ve played a bunch of games with friends on mobile and pc. It’s also $5 since there are no ads unlike the mobile version which has them. Plus there’s that glitch that lets you play the new map early thats only is on switch.
@crashcontrol @Bustacap @Clyde_Radcliffe Thanks for clearing that up- that definitely makes the $5 more palatable then!
@River3636 Or digital booklets for Collection of Saga. The original games came with fantastic books of secret hints! Don't get me wrong, the nostalgia is real and the games are still fun, but having to turn to the internet for what should have been included is kind of a bummer.
You got me excited over nothing with the Turrican tease.
@WoomyNNYes
To rub salt in your wounds: That’s at least $30 less than I expected it to be. Both Taito and ININ have been consistent about pricing being way out of line with the marketplace.
@Mando44646
To make you feel better, the Switch collection with the Space Invaders game you actually want to play (Space Invaders: Invincible Collection) was about 5,200 yen (if you could get a copy...physical only exclusive) when it was available for a month. You can still get the $250 version that comes with stickers and some other crap that no normal person wants. To say that Taito has been going out of their way to annoy me is an understatement.
Would love to grab Space Invaders but NOT at $30!! $15? Sold
