Re: NBA Playgrounds Is No Longer Available To Purchase From The Switch eShop

ICISAZEL

@thesilverbrick #until Nintendo started to allow people to sell half physical games. The practice infuriates me. Its good for no one but the greedy publishers. All involved should be smitted from existence.

If a cart exists that's large enough, it should be used. I refuse to believe its that expensive. Also flat out refuse to pay more than £29.99 for a downloaded game that can be pulled at any time.

@Zuljaras yes i refuse to supprt this practice with any more of my cash,

Generally prefer Physical as it has more tangible value and collectable.

This new practice poops on the heads of gamers and collectors alike.

i hope there is a special place in hell for the people allowing this to tarnish the face of gaming.

Hey everyone here on switch you can now pay more for less.

Yay ..

if the Digital goes on sale at some point this is a maybe for me.
I refuse to pay more for Digital than physical though. so for now i pass

@Mach_Rider as you play more you will learn to love the tight game design, i feel we have been spoiled by easy games.

This games leans the other way but i think that is ok.
Many times i have been pulling my hair out swearing at this game.

But it keeps teasing me back in for some more pain.
Certain unlocks and charms help, and watching the environments more closely for hidden walls and paths.

Stick with it, i feel its worth the effort.
I actually like that you have to earn the map.

@electrolite77 devs could use the right analogue stick for acceleration and braking that was my favourite way to play Toca Touring cars on ps1.

Base. Com have it for £22.85 so I have taken the plunge.
After a real racer. Will report back once I have tested it out.

Re: Feature: What Do You Want From A New Nintendo Switch?

@Fake-E-Lee I also think that it's too soon for an actual upgrade. I feel we need to give developers time to get things from the units we already have. The rush to more power is making some developers lazy in my opinion. Often releasing poor unoptimised code.

The are some key games that have proven that we have enough power here already.

However if they use better hardware that can make play smoother but not lead to a split of user base. I'd be OK with that. To attract more people.

I find it strange that companies like EA are not releasing MADDEN /NHL / NBA I feel FIFA has proved there is a market for sports games on switch. I'D Accept an adapted FIFA19 engine MADDEN 20 and am sure many others would too.

Also Sega could clean up with some of their bad ck catalog of racing and action games. I would wager that there is a good portion of switch owners that are also Sega fans.

I'm surprised how obsessed the seem to be with Sonic, when they have such a vast catalogue of great games.

Re: Guide: The Best Micro SD Cards For Nintendo Switch

ICISAZEL

i had a 64 then a 128 now 200, will see how i go i guess.

was going to go all physical and hold out. Digital only games and hybrid physical mess has stitched me up a bit however.

Now moved to 400GB was on offer for £50 on Amazon for a Sandisk card about 366 GB usable, files transferring as we speak..

Re: Soapbox: Nintendo's Excuses Regarding Cloud Saves Aren't Good Enough

ICISAZEL

@Galenmereth I feel you and this is why I have voted no with my wallet. Its in line with the half physical games Nintendo is allowing people to sell. Make they digital only or complete on the cart. Anti consumer is what it is, they have had a whole year to work on this and it's still half arsed. For shame Nintendo.

Re: Wireless NES Controllers Won't Work With Other Games On Nintendo Switch

ICISAZEL

@thesilverbrick some people have deep pockets and will mot care. Nintendo know this and are laughing all the way to the bank.
The rest of us will not buy them.

Just look at the £65 pro controller. some peoples weekly food shop is less than this. but alas i am guilty fuelling the corporate machine. Ill admit i do enjoy it.. £65 pounds worth is debatable, but there is still life in it yet...

SNES controllers will be next with the same caveat id wager.
