Re: Interview: "There Would Be No Control On Switch Without The Cloud," Says Remedy

ICISAZEL

The Big this with cloud gaming besides needing decent internet, is the looming end of net neutrality, just wait till you have to pay extra to give speed to your internet gaming and your internet movies. This makes it a pretty huge leap of faith at this point.
The subscription model looks like it will be a better fell for me. I will say that i like collecting my games though and rarely trade anything in at all.

I tried it and was impressed with how it handled, but i cant say i saw anything more impressive than i had seen in Astral Chain already. I will admit that my time was short though and i fell maybe a level based demo would have served them better.

Playing through this just left me feeling that if this was an actual port, if be down maybe day one. but streaming for £35.. hmmm that's an ask at this point. i am wondering if xbox cloud will come to switch at some point though.

Hoping that EA get frostbite running on the Switch so we can see some of those games, after paying on Rogue Company, i was wondering if they could get battlefield running, that could be something special on switch, even if it was something like bad company 2.

Money left on the table, the switch install base is so large already, I'm surprised that people continue to ignore it.

But its a maths game is guess to go for the easiest numbers.

Re: Experiencing Crashes In Ori And The Will Of The Wisps? Don't Worry, Moon Studios Is Working On A Patch

ICISAZEL

@the_beaver I agree that the first one is a masterpiece, the second is so much bigger, but definitely needed more time in the oven.

It does a good job of recovering from crashes, but I have had it crash on me more than any game I can remember in recent times. It reminds me of the old days of the C64.

My issues seem to happen in relation to auto resume from sleep.
And for the people wondering how a 2d came can be so taxing, I say do you eat ice cream with your head!

It's like being a part of a living piece of art, fiendish with a just one more try ethos that beggs to be explored.

Like some of my favourite humans it's beautiful, in spite of its flaws. If they manage to fix it, I'll get both physical.

But my oh my when this is running well it is a sight to behold and perhaps even more compelling to play.

I hope that they can fix it.

Re: Review: GRID Autosport - Finally, Switch Gets The Serious Racing Game It Deserves

ICISAZEL

@C-Chakra was pretty surprised that this was going to be £30, but once I got some reviews on YouTube watched, I was in an I haven't looked back. My switch library was hungry for a real racer. And from what I have seen so far they have delivered the goods.

Hopefully the same quality will be presented in the multiplayer patch.

Was day one for me and the first game I preloaded on digital preorder, such was my excitement.

Re: Switch Owners Choose To Play EA Games On Other Platforms, Says Company CEO

ICISAZEL

With reasoning like this they will see the error of their ways at some point. They can just be glad they have deep pockets.
I am one of the people who have a pc and a switch, they are literally ignoring millions of untapped wallets.

I have Fifa 18 and 19 physical an digital because their is no PES.
if Konami pull their fingers out they could be sweeping up some extra cash also.

If ea released NHL and MADDEN on switch in a decent fashion, they would sell. i wonder how hard it would be to simply use the switch engine to make an NHL and a MADDEN, i cant believe they are not even considering that.

This is proof that big business hates money, its all i am saying.

Re: Daemon X Machina Trailer Shows Off "Major Improvements" From Demo Feedback

ICISAZEL

I enjoyed the demo quite a lot actually, you had to upgrade some parts to see the true potential they had here. i was pretty impressed wit the demo. and sometimes lock on etc is a design choice . i remember when games used to actually require some mastery.

i'm all in will see what happens, SEGA refuse to give me virtual on, so this will do me for now.

For me President trumps highest priorities are the financial interests of President trump, but I say again you get what you vote for. I also believe that the electoral college system is at odds with the freedoms they claim to champion.

Maybe one day when fellow humans rise to be of more import than wealth / insane greed humanity will prosper once again.

But I fear with the people that are able to scheme / game thir way into public office the planet is not going to last.

Enjoy your games while we still can....
