I'm looking forward to playing this, hopefully soon! The story in Heist was well done and their games have that, "it's just fun" factor so I'm sure this will sit high on my GOTY list as did Dig 2 and Heist.

I'm loving this version of Tetris. It's been a while since a Tetris had the difficulty of the original and this feels like a step above that.

Over 60K.......Switch is doing crazy numbers in Japan. January and February are suppose to be slower sales months. The Direct just basically announced major games dropping on a regular basis. I can't see PS4 holding off the Switch much longer as far as total sales go in Japan.

Can Nintendo just remake SNES Griffey Presents MLB Baseball, update the graphics a little, keep the name editor, I don't need real names, and let me play that. I really hope this RBI is good but I've mostly heard bad things about the series.

I wish them well! A company is very different then your own private entity so hopefully they do not have too many hiccups along the way.

All these tweets and rumors.....it feels like a Direct was almost ready.....Nintendo learned of the dumpster fire that was Prime 4, tried to figure out how to deal with that and now they are trying to rebuild a direct to match what hasn't been talked about

You can point at a lot of different things and conclude, yes they are, or no they aren't listening. It just depends on what is important to you.

I don't care about any of it. Just give me good compelling games to play on quality hardware and Nintendo has consistently done that for a majority of my life.

When was the last "new game" Nintendo developed and published for the 3DS? Yes it is still alive because they have them to sell and a few ports means good money for Nintendo but the system is in its late twilight years and hasn't really been supported by Nintendo in a year or more.

That doesn't take away from its great library or value as a consumer......it just means Switch is the current focus

Getting players is a grind but the game itself is fun......players seem a little slow compared to NBA Jam but the feel of the game is similar and it was worth the $10 I paid and then some.

If you likes NBA jam or just want an arcade style basketball game I think it is a decent purchase for under $20. Just know getting the full rosters will take a lot of time

Great late January week for PS4 with 2 great new releases.......but it still only out sold Switch by a couple hundred.

Wondering if we will get a Direct tomorrow? Maybe they are waiting for after the investor meeting? New tradition of February New Year Direct.......Eh what does it matter other then I want the 40 mins of entertainment

Seems to be 3 or 4 different high quality port and remaster developers bringing great games to the Switch. Glad to have the expanded library, especially for those games I've never played

Can't really see how this would translate into a full fledged video game. I like watching the show and love the Japanese original but doubt I will get this

The story will make or break the game. Heist had an amazing story and I've replayed it way too many times. The card "system" will be a love or hate distraction before release, much like turned based robot shooter divided many before Heist was released, but Image & Form have done an amazing job with both Digs and Heist so I trust this will be well done, fun, and worth the price.

Wargroove and Steamworld will be big hits in this house

Guardians didn't bother me, especially once I had some decent gear, but Lynels......those things are pure evil and I never did take one down. I just ran away from them by about the 4th or 5th one I encountered.

The Switch has an outside chance of passing PS4 sales by the end of March. That would be impressive.

I do not believe Switch will hit its 20m FY sales target but it's going to be close.

Clearly what this signifies is a break down in family values. Divorcing is too easy these days and Nintendo is there as the easy fling after the break up......I weep for the children.......THE CHILDREN!

I'd like Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn. Little HD spruce up, combine both into 1 story. Easily 100 hours worth of challenging SRPG content

Is the multi player only online or is this couch co-op as well?

Hoping maybe 1 day Nintendo releases a collection of the arcade games. I'd like to play a lot of these but not really enough to buy them individually for $7.99

I will buy this eventually because even though the games are......well......not the greatest, one of the best memories I have is opening an Atari 2600 as a 5 year old and playing games for hours with my family. Yes it's nostalgic for me and I'm good with that.

Wii U was great for what I wanted it to be......but the Switch gets more use now because "New". Eventually I'll go back to my Wii U and play some amazing games on it again

New game, 3rd party, exclusive..........we have enough remasters and remakes with more on the way, thanks for something new and unexpected

I don't have Kart......I'm such a disappointment to the Switch community.

No matter how you look at it, Switch has sold close to a million units the last 4 weeks in Japan and per reports about 1 million in US on black Friday weekend. Smash is the fastest selling in the series just about everywhere and since September, Nintendo went from "no way are they hitting their FY targets" to "it's going to be close." SMario Party, Let's Go, and Smash have all sold above expectations and as a result the Switch has managed to sell best at a time people are looking to buy.

Loved this game but not something I need to get again. Thankfully I got this free when buying MarioKart 8......I think that was the deal anyway. I may buy it if it ever drops in price to $20

Picked this up for $10 on Black Friday......gonna give it to the boys on xmas. I think they will have fun with it

Not excited about this batch......maybe January will be better.......I'm still looking for NES. Baseball Stars on something since the SNK 40th let me down.......

Well.......there seems to be some rumblings among the interwebs that the trilogy on Switch is going to happen......

It's having a great November sales wise......and a few big titles on the horizon for 2019 with Fire Emblem, Pokemon, Animal Crossing, maybe Bayonetta and Metroid too?

They may come up a little short of their FY prediction........but next year looks like it will be another solid year financially for Nintendo

So they sold somewhere in the neighborhood of 1 million?

If you lead by fear then you don't really lead at all. The more of these idiots we get rid of in high level positions the better we'll all be.

Wouldn't they have to offer 1st party titles on other systems before they could offer cross platform play?

Or does the China Nvidia offerings count? Are any of those online multiplayer games?

@Hannibalmath - BotW seems set for a sequel, but this is Nintendo we are talking about........you never know what they will do.......at least I never know.....if you have an uncle whose friend is a brother of an aunt that works at Nintendo then you should be leaking more info to me.
