How big is the app on Android? My phone has very little space, and I can't check myself as I live in Canada.

Oh never mind. You need a constant internet connection to play, and my phone doesn't have that. Even if I go to a wifi spot, I doubt every Pokémon is going to be residing in them.

@TJF588 I also have Galaxy Force II. It makes better use of the 3D, the effects are really good and the levels are cool. That said, I actually think After Burner II is the more fun of the two. It is a faster game IMO, and it gives a better sense of speed as you're constantly dodging missiles while unleashing a few of your own. I never play GFII anymore after getting ABII.

Basically what I'm trying to say is that GFII is more technologically advanced and makes better use of 3D, but ABII is more fun to play for me.

@Gauchorino Thanks for the comments about SoR. Anyone else have anything to say?

This is a pretty cool game for a cheap price. The added stuff is nice. Any Snake fan should enjoy it. It's silly to dismiss something for having simple gameplay. Lots of those types of games are still enjoyable for me.

I honestly find it very thrilling when your own horse manages to overtake every other horse and win, or when your horse is neck to neck with another horse as they pound towards the finish line XD

Does anyone else get really excited when their horse does really well?

@sillygostly Don't agree with you at all. There's lots of fun to be had with simpler games. I bought Spy vs Spy on my phone because I had lots of fun with it on the NES and I wanted to play it again, and it's still just as fun as it was all those years ago. Some games are classics for a reason. Why do people still play Pac-Man?

What's wrong with simple games? Nothing. You imply that they're somehow no longer worth your time. This game doesn't look so bad. I'll probably get it sometime.

If that Star Fox theme had the animatronic/puppet characters along with music from the original game, I'd get it in a heartbeat, regardless of price, but it's not.

@Rafx Nice to see another Karnage fan.

@Grumblevolcano There's no point arguing with that guy. Some people just don't see the appeal/point of high-scoring games like rail shooters, pinball and SHMUPs, most likely because they're the type of people who toss a game once they're 'done' with it. They just don't replay games. Nothing you say will make them understand what makes them so fun.

It's sad that people today (not ALL people, but some) don't bother playing games purely for fun anymore. They just go by things such as 'price' and 'length.' To them, a 60+ hour game is 'good' and a 5 hour game is 'terrible,' and not every genre/game even benefits from long playthroughs. Length has no bearing on whether a game is good/worth it or not, people!

@Boshar You said "So please tell us which other train sims on the 3DS do you prefer."

You never said anything about actually driving trains, just 'train sims on the 3DS,' and A-Train IS a train sim.

I'm sure the writer meant that this game isn't as good/involving as the Train Sims on PC. There are better options out there if you game on more than one system/platform.

It'd be nice to play the brand new games, but it's hard to justify buying it though, as I already have 2 of the games in the list, and the other games (previously released on the Eshop) don't interest me at all. It also punishes people who already bought most of the games separately on the Eshop.

It doesn't help that I live in Canada and the game here costs $44.99 +13% tax. That's too high a price just to get a few brand new games. It'd be a lot better if they just released those new games on the Eshop like the rest, but most likely they were added to the retail version just to entice people to pay a whopping price to obtain them.

Re: Natsume Talks About its Future Plans for the 3DS

@tsukipon The Lost Valley is a good game that everyone seems to dislike just because it's not from Marvelous. Capcom made 2 Zelda games and they were well received. Stardew Valley has been very well received and it's not even a HM game. I hope Natsume continues the terraforming aspect (and evolving it) for future HM games. It's a really great feature. I am not very interested anymore in the true HM series. I stopped after ToTT.

I bought their Vita Reel Fishing game recently (it was on sale) and it's pretty good.

Seems pretty pointless. The only ppl you can add are your Twitter/FB friends, so why would I need to talk to those people on this app, when I can just talk to them on Twitter/FB?

Like someone else said earlier, I'd rather see a Tomodachi Life 2 than this app.

@TruenoGT Amazing. I mostly see people saying SF64 is the best game. I hardly see anyone saying the same for the first. The first game is a masterpiece in my eyes. I'm really sad that it has never appeared in any other platform outside of the SNES. I'd LOVE to play it on the 3DS, and in 3D.

Not getting Zero as I don't want/have a Wii U.

@Xenocity As a gamer since the ViC-20, the idea that anything below 95% (seriously? 95?) is 'terrible' is terrible. People actually think this way??? In my day, 50 was considered average, above average was 70, 80 was great, and awesome games were 90, and I still go by it now.

@spurgeonryan Don't lump me in with those guys. I buy lots of Eshop-only games. I DID say I'm getting Lionel City Builder.

@TerrapinJess If you love trains, you should get A-Train on the Eshop. It's the most indepth sim I've ever seen on a handheld. It's like holding a PC game in your hands.

@SakuraHaruka A-Train is right up your alley if you love PC sims.

I was going to wait a bit before getting this, but if the price is going to go though then I should try to get it sooner. It's already $7.89 with tax so it'd probably jump to $10+ after. I'm more interested in the world creation feature than the main mode. I hope the game has plenty of items to create your world though.

Oh, I just saw that the price is good til Jan 31st so I have a bit of time to get it before the increase.

@Spin It'd be cool if they'd just put SimCity on the Eshop, but this is Nintendo we're talking about.
