Re: The Wii U First Launched Eight Years Ago Today

For me the Wii U was perfect. When the TV was busy I used the gamepad on the couch. Gamepad was so comfy for my bigger hands.
Now I have the Switch I use it the same way as the Wii U and have installed Hori Split Pad Pro controllers as the Switch is way too small.

P.S The Wii U pro controller and gamepad are perfect for games that use the right analog stick a lot such as Splatoon; Zelda BoTW; FPS etc as the right analog stick is above the buttons in a much more natural position for your thumb.

Loved the take your time and get to the bottom to unlock the next track challenges. Doing this I unlocked all the mountains and pretty much all the tracks except two of them.

The complete under a certain time challenges are too hard for me but this is just one aspect of the game and you don’t have to go in for these challenges unless you want to unlock 100 % all tracks and bikes.

Re: Rocket League's Tournaments Are Getting An Overhaul When The Game Goes Free-To-Play

I hope tournaments don’t steal too many players from the regular ranked lists. The way I play is to jump on to ranked for 2 or 3 matches then jump off again I’d never have time for a tournament...
On the other hand free to play might bring more people so lists might be fully than ever.
My region is Oceana (Australia) and I can always get a competitive match easily except at 1am or 2am it’s a bit of a wait.
P.S This game and MK8 deluxe make up 95% of my gaming life. I love then both soooo much!!

My fav game. And yes like others here I’m not great. I have a solid ground game but my aerial game is ...well... hit and miss. The great thing is there are thousands of others online at the same level as me so I can always enjoy winning about half the time. I can’t say that for other online multiplayer games.

Re: Crash Team Racing Online Leaderboards Reveal The Amount Of Connected Players Per Platform

I've said it before and I'll keep saying it.... I want to use the trigger buttons for drifting/boosting not the shoulder buttons!! I have big hands - they feel cramped up playing. Other than that I really love this game. I love Mario Kart 8 to bits and I don't want to compare it with CTR-NF because the mechanics are so different. They're both awesome for different reasons.
