DuckTales

The Capcom-Unity blog has revealed DuckTales: Remastered will be removed from multiple digital storefronts including the Wii U eShop on 9th August. If you've already purchased the game, you'll still be able to access and play it after this date.

The title will be on sale for 75% off on most platforms until it gets removed.

  • Wii U – August 9, 4:59 PM PDT
  • PlayStation 3 – August 9, 8AM PDT
  • Xbox 360, Xbox One (via Backwards Compatibility) – August 8, 5 PM PDT
  • Steam (PC) – 4:59 PM PDT

Fortunately, you'll still be able to re-download the game once it is removed - provided you bought it beforehand. Capcom notes how the times above are approximate, so don't hold out until the last minute if you do want to purchase this game digitally while it's still online.

When DuckTales: Remastered was originally released on the Wii U eShop in 2013, we gave it eight out of ten stars and told everyone to download it immediately.

Will you be grabbing this game while you still can? Do you already own it on the Wii U? Tell us below.
