I take a look at the news feed almost every time I boot up my Switch. Surprised how long it took to implement it though

@DarthFoxMcCloud I know the feeling. Should have picked up Fire Emblem Path of Radiance up back in the day before it practically became a collectors item. That, Adventures and Assault are top of my wish list for GC VC. Hope Nintendo breaks their silence on the VC soon

@DarthFoxMcCloud You're not alone, I loved Star Fox Adventures too, though Assault was my favourite.

Fingers crossed Nintendo use this as an excuse to do something with the franchise, but after how Zero performed in terms of sales it doesn't seem likely

Fire emblem Warriors and Worms WMD

I stopped playing for a while and then got back in once they added the Brave units. Since then I've spent £25, not likely to spend more unless more characters from Radiant Dawn or Echoes show up

@Saego @RainbowGazelle I won't defend Navarre, Niles, Oboro and Owain being DLC when they're NPCs in the main game, that's shoddy practice. But even excluding them, the remaining 5 DLC characters, 9 history mode maps and everything else in the pass is a pretty good deal for £17.99, especially when you look at how much Pokken DX is charging for 2 characters + support or even the price of the Smash DLC

Will definitely be playing this with my other half also! Still got most the history maps to beat before we get round to these though

Nice list! There's just too many great GBA games to list them all. Just makes me hopeful for GBA games on Switch and not a subscription service, I'd rather own my games

Nice to see some Heroes news on this site, though I agree with other commenters the game is kind of bland next to the main entries

Hmm that Pokken DLC seems a little expensive. For £4 more you get the season pass for FEW with 9 characters and plenty of single player content. Will wait and see if there's more included in the pack besides the battle and support pokemon

Looking forward to seeing Blastoise in action! Wonder how much this 'battle pack' will cost

Got a soft spot for Red Dead Revolver, would be nice if that was brought back. Otherwise I'd welcome new Rayman, Resident Evil and Elder Scrolls games

The only dialogue heavy parts that bug me are the 'how to play' sections. Pokemon Colosseum had the right idea just throwing you into the game as an experienced trainer and bypassing the tediousness. Liked mega evolutions, hope they're not completely phased out, but I'd survive. Not fussed about Z-moves, but the island trials were a nice way to mix the gameplay up

Really doubt we'll see Metroid Prime 4 until E3 at the earliest. Fire Emblem's supposed to be releasing this year and we haven't heard a thing about it so that should definitely be in this direct

As much as I'd love to see GameCube VC the lack of analogue triggers is pretty much a deal breaker for some games as a few others have already said

Played and enjoyed the two games on DS and I'd be interested in playing on Switch too, especially since I missed Unlimited in the Wii U

Getting stuck on things has always been a problem with Worms games, so I don't think it'll bother me. Now, to buy this digitally or wait for a possible retail release hmmm

@Bunkerneath Playtonic probably thought it wouldn't be a good idea to launch Yooka-Laylee so close to Mario Odyssey. Gives them time to make a perfect port and something else to look forward to early next year when there aren't so many games coming out. Works for me!

@nhSnork Good point about the portability, it'd be nice to have them both available digitally though! Haha SO5 was all right, just kind of unambitious compared to the rest of them, would need some extra features for me to want to buy it again so soon

Any Star ocean game other than SO5. And the Bravely series too please

Bought a copy of Skyrim at Game yesterday, still finishing a few quests on Oblivion on the 360 before getting started with it though!

Zelda deserves awards. But Best Audio? It's a shame smaller titles like Fire Emblem Echoes don't get any recognition, that game had a fantastic soundtrack

Really surprised by all the hate this movie is getting. Sure it had its flaws, but the good points really outweighed the bad. Would definitely recommend it, especially to fans of Gens 1, 2, 4 and 7

Still want Soul Calibur 2 HD Online that we never got on Wii U, but came to other platforms. Heihachi, Spawn AND Link in one version of the game and on the go too...I can dream can't I?

Another poor showing from 2K. Besthesda really are showing how it should be done. Hope Skyrim and Doom get the sales they deserve

@Klunk23 Ahh good point regarding Mario+Rabbids, must have read the headline and accidentally skipped the first line about including only 'first party'. If they've done well then maybe Pokken and FEW will show up in the Q3 results then, though I don't think either of them have exactly set the world on fire

I wonder how Fire Emblem Warriors, Pokken Tournament and Mario+Rabbids did if they didn't make it to the million sellers list

Been playing Fire Emblem Warriors in co op since release and we've been hooked to it. I really hope it sells well enough to justify the sequel that the developers seem keen to make with characters from the older games. Tellius characters in a Warriors game would be amazing

Would have much preferred Gaius or Panne in the Awakening DLC, over Olivia to be honest, but at least the Shadow Dragon choices seem pretty solid coming from a guy who didn't play much of that game

@Kingrat Haven't heard about being able to do that, but I've been trying to avoid spoilers since it got released. Doubt it though as they'd probably have showed that off in a trailer at some point

@XenoShaun True and I imagine those lance wielding grunts will be among the slightly tougher enemies with so many of the playable characters being sword wielders. I have faith that the weapon triangle will be more balanced once more characters are added

Counting down the days for this. The roster could have been better, but I'm still very excited for it!

@Platinumhobo Three lance users, but they're all pegasus knights... There is another lance user in the game who isn't playable, but that might change with a free update like how Hyrule Warriors handled NPCs at launch

Not many copies are going to sell if they're not stocked in the first place. My local Game where I bought my copy had 6 copies of it in, most of which just to fulfill in store preorders. No shelf presence at all doesn't help :/

Great review. Even with the few changes I almost want to buy it again just to support the release, the game is that good.

Azura could definitely have a fun water based moveset and we need some land based lance users still. Hopefully they start revealing Shadow Dragon characters soon though, poor Marth

@Moms-Meowth isn't this game on ps3 as well? Surely the Switch would handle it fine

Having a whole new Pokemon game on the Switch was just too good to be true. Regardless I love fighters and I'm glad Pokken's getting another chance to shine

After completing Birthright I couldn't bring myself to be interested in Conquest or Revelation, but this game is miles better!

Much more likely to back this then, will just have to wait a see if the revised Switch goal is feasible

Any other modes besides Story mode (with co-op) and local/online vs battles? Never played a Bomberman game before, but have played the tanks games in Wii Play and Crash Bash which are pretty similar from the sounds of it
