Great review. Even with the few changes I almost want to buy it again just to support the release, the game is that good.

Azura could definitely have a fun water based moveset and we need some land based lance users still. Hopefully they start revealing Shadow Dragon characters soon though, poor Marth

@Moms-Meowth isn't this game on ps3 as well? Surely the Switch would handle it fine

Having a whole new Pokemon game on the Switch was just too good to be true. Regardless I love fighters and I'm glad Pokken's getting another chance to shine

After completing Birthright I couldn't bring myself to be interested in Conquest or Revelation, but this game is miles better!

Much more likely to back this then, will just have to wait a see if the revised Switch goal is feasible

Any other modes besides Story mode (with co-op) and local/online vs battles? Never played a Bomberman game before, but have played the tanks games in Wii Play and Crash Bash which are pretty similar from the sounds of it

Definitely interested in this, especially if its been developed by Spiral House, haven't played anything of theirs since Silver on PC/Dreamcast!

Mostly good choices overall. I'm glad Micaiah made the top 10, though would have liked to get more Radiant Dawn characters in there

@OorWullie As great as Rayman 2 is its been released on so many different platforms I cant see it getting updated again, maybe I'll be proven wrong though

The Murphy challenges on the Wii U version were a lot of fun with the touch controls, maybe this will be definitive version after all!

Anyone know if the Nintendo Selects branding appears on the eshop versions of the games, as in with the menu icons, start up screens, etc. Just curious

@Gerbwmu @rjejr You don't actually have to beat levels in single player before trying them in co op, you just have to start the level up, exit, then select the level again and the co op option will be there

I doubt any indie game characters will appear in Smash, but even if one or two got in I'm certain neither of them would be this guy.

I love how they used the bell sound effect for the MM ones! Always liked the pokemart music so might have to get the pikachu one too if it becomes available in the UK

Assault was my favourite so I really hope the game's story isn't too shallow, although I'm sure it will be a fun game regardless. Fingers crossed!

@IxC Why be disappointed? They can only put in so many characters before release, Sakurai himself has said that. With DLC post release we could get all the characters who missed the cut. It's likely that it would be free as well. Isn't that a good thing? :S

As others have stated this just looks like gym wear. Her generally body shape does also make sense considering all the things she has to do. The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is how large her chest is. That's blatant sexualization there. You could also argue Captain Falcon or Ike are sexualized though so who cares? Sexualization is part of our society after all. Not even Nintendo is free of it

ZombiU and Rayman Legends are must buys at those prices! I'm seriously considering getting digital copies as well

Assault is my favourite game from the series so I'm happy to see it being represented. Hopefully we get a load of tracks from Assault to go with it =)

Uh guys, nowhere does Sakurai say that Lucina is a better choice than Chrom, where is that idea coming from? Neither were going to be in as their own characters as neither was unique enough from a gameplay perspective. He said that Lucina was going to be an alternate costume for Marth, but he ended up giving her a few unique gameplay characteristics thus her becoming a 'clone' instead

I love the Rayman games and would enjoy playing as him, but his trophy expression and hand gestures make it look as if he's thinking "Aw man, looks like I'm not playable in Smash. What gives?" Not that it confirms or deconfirms anything of course. No one can predict Sakurai

Woah those 3DS discounts...if only Nintendo would do the same with some of their older titles. I wouldn't mind having a digital copy of Star Fox 64 on the go

My first home console. Played Mario Kart 64 on it just before 8's release...still a blast to play all these years later.

Really enjoyed Punch-Out!! Wii and the original so I'm definitely going to try Super. At least we get 3 virtual console games this week, even if one of them looks like garbage.

Definitely. Never played the original, but everyone I know who has played it found it to be one of the best games of the generation. It'd be like not buying the Wind Waker remake after never having played the Gamecube original.

So glad all these great games are coming in the first month, but I must admit I didn't think Game Boy Advance titles would be more expensive than SNES ones. Weren't games that were ported from SNES to the Advance (Donkey Kong Country, Yoshi's Island, etc) supposed to be slightly inferior?

Where did you find it out of curiosity? I've been searching for it for the last hour with my partner xD
