@CharlieGirl wouldn’t be so bad if limited run would actually give you your games in a timely fashion. Buying a game and waiting freaking 6-12 months to get it is ridiculous. I buy them only because I prefer and will pay the extra for physical but come on man the wait time is stupid.
Metroid fusion was released in the Wii U. It is not Nintendo’s fault people didn’t buy a WiiU and play it. Although I agree all games should be made available digitally at least that is a very bad example and shows how much this journalist actually knows and how much research was put in before making that comment.
It’s been 5 years, that is normal anymore and it could potentially take another couple of years as well. This will all depend on the length, detail, and game mechanics. It all factors in to how long it takes to release a game anymore. When it does come out I expect it to be epic and at the top of the charts.
It’s not full priced so I didn’t expect it to be AAA quality. Will still be a fun boxing game, we haven’t had any real good fun fighting games for quite awhile. Everything is to serious and gotta build your characters etc. Just play and have fun.
@KeyBladeMaster-Dan your just sour, it was not a bad game at all. This game would be a number one seller in the switch period. I would definitely double dip for it.
The game is excellent don’t listen to what this article says. Co-op, multiplayer and campaign are all great period. I’m guessing the guys at push square couldn’t handle the campaign.
Won’t be buying this because of patches. I buy physical and expect the whole game on the cartridge without any updates. Sadly that is something that is farther and farther few between now. That is ok, I have plenty of a backlog and will not and do not have or need to buy any half added products.
@JasmineDragon ehhh the game is 10 but the packaging etc, I’ll pay the extra 20’for it. I would do that for most games just to be able to have a physical. Digital should always be cheaper honestly and that is where I find a huge issue with the digital game scene.
@VIIIAxel or other best em ups? You really should play Final Fight, that can be bought on the cap on beat em ups bundle. Also Streets of Rage 4 is good but the collection can be bought on Xbox for the first three which I think are better. Start with those but definitely get Streets of Red on switch. It’s a classic 8bit style beat em up. I found it to be vert good.
@sketchturner because that is literally what 80% of people do when these remakes come out. Their all excited then buy it and play the for like ten minutes and realize how inferior they are to today’s games.
Me I collect games so playing old school stuff all the time is like nothing to me, I love it but a majority of people will lose interest real fast.
Also I’ll wait for the physical copy to be released. If they did doom I am positive they will have one for quake also.
@BenAV I completely agree. I find reviews to be worthless for any game honestly. I think all games should come out with a demo myself. It is about time we start being able to limit shovel ware from actual devs that care about what they do instead of making that quick buck.
Once physical games are obsolete I will stop buying newer game systems period. I have enough backlog as it is to last me 5 lifetimes. These companies can go suck it for all I care.
@Hav I own the original copies on nes and snes and the ones available I don’t have I have bought on the wii shop before it closed, Espoo on Wii U and 3ds shop.
Physical is far superior period. You actually own it, you can resell it, your friends and family can borrow it. Digital you never own, cannot resell and cannot loan. As for lasting longer the only people that prefer digital are those that are to lazy to get up and change the game, those that cannot take care of things let alone their own things and those that truly prefer playing on the go yet I still argue physical works in that regard as well as you still use a carrying case so you have game slots. In the end the lack of responsibility and ownership of the newer generations is what is driving digital
@TheBigK how is it cheaper to go digital? When your done with the game you can resale it for money for the next game and depending on how long you have it before you do you can recoup half if not two thirds of the money you spent on it.
@hammers1man have fun with the lack of storage and at the price to have even a decent amount to load 3-4 games on the system you could buy a laptop that can do everything and more this thing. A laptop is better priced and more effective.
@Nclind no ones scared, the steam deck is just extremely expensive for what you get and have fun trying to play games on the go. Most games need a n internet connection to play and or for you to log k to steam which requires internet. This will flip just like their controller and streaming box.
@blindsquarel a new 2d would be nice. I’m sure they are working on one also. It seems like they go back and forth 3D, 2d etc and throw a paper Mario in there here and there.
@MindfulGamer people don’t have to. These amiibos will be release in a big number on release. These are not limited editions and is no cause for any of this, it is completely ridiculous and stupid on the scalpers part mostly
@greenwichlee how is it diluted? Just because you don’t like the games doesn't mean others don’t. Also it has to do with rights as well. Nintendo has to pay these companies to put games on NSO compared to the companies get a kickback if they are sold as a virtual game, that makes a huge difference in the decision making and doesn’t art all mean Nintendo hasn’t reached out to companies asking them to allow the use of said games on NSO. There is more to it than just adding games. For you to just be selfish just like all the other haters is beyond me. Just be thankful you get anything and if you don’t like what they have don’t subscribe, it is simple as that. It baffles me how people whine about something but yet still lay for it or better yet whine about something their not even paying for or using. Humans have literally became to greedy.
@Darknilious I myself care less for any of the SP titles although I know others have fun with them. I am just happy to be able to play all these classics on the go. They work well with the small screen and are usually what I play while kn the go because of such. Newer games in a smaller screen don’t work so great so much to me.
@Bunkerneath I still play it on my nes and on all stars. Great game with no need for a SP. literally is one of the easiest Mario’s out there which is what made it so popular.
@The_New_Butler the joy con issue is because of dust. It gets in the controller and works it’s way around the component and ends up causing it to stick. This has happened forever and even on d-pads and buttons, especially the left right buttons, it is nothing new. Of course like you said it is a temporary fix which means that fiat gets back in the device and starts all over. I have cleaned many controllers and joy cons and they work perfectly fine for quite awhile before acting up again. Maybe you or whoever continues to have the issues uses the wrong cleaner? Maybe you or they don’t take care of the joycons and throws them around here there and wherever. There are many plausible reasons you could be having issues. My wife’s brother goes through a controller every 6 months to a year meanwhile I have the same controllers from day one and this is for all systems. He’s already on controller 2 for the series x as a matter of fact.

Re: Random: IGN's 'Best Video Game Of All Time' Tournament Is Getting WILD
I’m sorry but there is no way BotW loses to any of the 7 remaining. It’ll come down to Witcher 3 and BotW. BotW will walk away the winner hands down.

@russell-marlow if is but isn’t everything buggy on release anymore? It’s sad and pathetic but true, all we ever get is half assed games anymore
Re: Review: Ultra Age - Surprisingly Satisfying Devil May Cry-Style Hack-And-Slash Action
@Williamfuchs420 how is 5 more dollars reasonable? Any price may not be reasonable to different people. Me I’d pay maybe 10 usd for this no more.
