Did not want to stop playing it on Saturday! Had to cut myself off in order to do other things lol. Great game! It does remind me of Zelda and Mana but feels unique as well. Highly recommended!
Wonder if next year's e3 will see an announcement as a big "4" made of flowers... camera pans out... PIKMIN PRIME 4. in development for Nintendo Switch
They said the focus was on 2017, we should take them at their word on that. I am not expecting many brand new announcements.. we know most of their 2017 schedule already.
I'm up for this. And totally surprised by the amount of positivity in the comments. Good job guys. Haters gonna hate, but I bet this wins even more people over with actual footage.
Yeah, the new games aren't ruining the franchise. The constant bickering mostly coming from the older fans is what hurts enjoying Fire Emblem games online more than anything.
It does but the Com AI is to the point of being unfun. My brother and I sat and watched multiple matches where it's sudden death and the arena is collapsing and multiple AI survived to the final 2 squares. That's one example.
Bought this at launch but between the AI and the controls, nowhere near as tight as they were 20 years ago, I regret it
Glad these are available for those interested, but I once got 30 neo geo games on PC for $10 from a humble bundle, so $8 a pop feels like highway robbery.
so many game announcements today. phew switch will have games! lol ok so if they were keeping all those indie games secret until now, it is possible that there is more "AAA" support than we realize and they are just waiting for the right time (e3, nintendo direct) to show it off
My longshot hope is for Fire Emblem Cipher to come to the west. I love collecting the cards for the gorgeous art, but no one is going to play the game with me as long as the cards are in Japanese.
A shame that it's like an expansion to the first when the first one felt like a step back from Inticreates days on Megaman Zero etc. I loved those games, but ASGV 1 did not hit those highs for me.
Loved Voss's work on Tetrisphere and The New Tetris. They were a revelation at the time on the musicly inept N64. Still listen to them from time to time.
Played I-IV, and this still doesn't seem different enough. I was hoping the developers would have the same thought that I did after playing IV- that a true marriage of overworld and labyrinth could have great potential (like the old Bards Tale games), but not so much.
Is it safe to say that Nintendo and maybe even Game Freak had nothing to do with this app? If so what does that mean for the future? This game could be easily cloned, into anything.
So it seems like there's no movement at all to buy all the Culture Brain NES games with the hope of encouraging them to release The Magic of Scheherazade, one of the secret best NES games. Shame!

Re: Production Of The Standard-Sized New Nintendo 3DS Ends In Japan
I use the Fire Emblem Fates faceplates on mine. I love it. It reminds me of the DS Lite which was the perfect DS to me.

Re: Natsume Confirms Two River City Games for 3DS This Year
Does either game support co-op play? I was stunned that River City Tokyo Rumble did not.
Re: Nintendo Gains Over $2 Billion in Market Value Following Monster Hunter XX Announcement
That's great, but if the monster Hunter 5 on ps4 rumors are true, and they seem to be persistent, will it just drop again?

Re: Video: Nintendo Releases Localised ARMS Character and Weapon Showcases
This looks so much fun, especially with friends / family. Why would anyone want boring old Punch Out compared to this??
Re: Feature: Bringing The Sega Classic Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap To A New Legion Of Fans
Great interview. I've never played the original but I'm definitely interested in playing this and having the kids try it.
Re: Guide: How To Access the Nintendo Switch eShop For Multiple Regions
This is cool, but, feels like, based on the friend codes debacle, that Nintendo will return to form and find a way to stop this.

Re: Out Now: Fire Emblem Heroes Is Available To Download On iOS And Android
Only available in Europe and Japan right now
Re: Fire Emblem Heroes Microtransaction Prices and Early Impressions Emerge
So it's a normal mobile game and not the misguided thing they did with Super Mario run. Good. Hopefully they're learning.
Re: Talking Point: What We Hope to See in the Fire Emblem Nintendo Direct

Re: Short Hyrule Warriors Video Signals the End of a DLC Era
@CrazedCavalier
Love the double standard of calling someone out for complaining abt Warriors series but then bashing IS a second later.
Anyway, enjoyed this game way more than expected, would be up for more.
Re: Interview: Learning More About the Adventure in Wii U Exclusive Twisted Fusion
Never heard of this, but at the price, sounds worth a go! Thx for the interview!

Re: The October Monster Hunter Generations DLC is Now Live
I love Fire Emblem as much as anyone, but not enough to mistakenly buy another Monster Hunter game. I wanted to like it, but, no.

Re: 7th Dragon III Code: VFD is Getting a Demo on the North American eShop
@CanisWolfred
Ooo Stella Glow, another good demo that sold me on the game.
But yeah, the 'problem' is that the genre is well served on 3DS. New releases have to bring something unique to the table and do it well.
