I missed One Strike and Wreckin Ball but I purchased them using my gold points; so now I'm back on track.

I rotated through around 30 SNES carts (my buddy worked in a game store and let me swap them over). I also had just under 800 SNES games by less reputable means.

So here's this giant enemy crab...

That's what I remember whenever I see a crab in a game, poor Sony.

When it said 'storage solution for N64' I was thinking that it would be like newer version of the CD64, but it's just a drawer. I have plenty of drawers already that work just fine.

I now understand that's it's more of a caddy, which you could build your own attachments into. That's actually pretty cool if you have the technical know how.

I used to love the CYOA books. I bought Lone Wolf but it didn't grab me in the same way that the books did. I still want to pick up Warlock of Firetop Mountain and this Deathtrap Dungeon game when they're on sale though.

It's a good list of games, although it's actually only 48 games as The Last of Us and Divinity II are listed twice. I wonder what 49 and 50 would really be.

I might renew my subscription just for Star Fox 2. The other games are good, but I already own most of the classics on Wii/Wii U/3DS.

I'm not very impressed by the videos. The kids really want Fnaf but I think I'll get them the VR game first and wait for the Switch ones to go on sale.

I bought Elite Dangerous, Star Trek Bridge Crew and Batman Arkham VR for $30 on Steam. I can't actually play any of them though as I dont have my new PC yet.

Instead I'll be playing Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds on my old PC and continuing to try and unlock Thanos in MUA3.

Asgards Wrath is a full length 40 hour RPG exclusively made for Oculus Rift. It's a stellar game, earning a 9.5 on IGN. Half Life Alyx will get more buzz by being multiplatform though.

I was sceptical about VR. I found PSVR to be awkward and unwieldy. Then Vader Immortal was announced as an Oculus Quest launch exclusive and after experiencing Secrets of the Empire I knew I had to buy one. It's been my best gaming purchase in years, with some incredible experiences and everyone who has tried it has been amazed. If your experience of VR has been limited to cardboard, gear, Labo (or even PSVR) then you haven't seen what it can really do.

If I have money before it ends then I'll pick up Mark of the Ninja and the Castlevania collection.

This weekend is the highlight of my week, month or even year; as I'll be playing episode 3 of Vader Immortal.

Apart from that we are starting Christmas decorating.

I get that the game could look better but some people act like it's so disgusting looking that they can barely play it. I can only presume that they haven't played a Pokemon game before because surely if S&S is so offensive looking then the graphics on a GB, GBA, DS or 3DS would have made their eyes bleed.

Finally going to finish off Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 story mode after deleting my game save. Then I have to run through Curse of the Vampire before the next dlc hits. I've certainly got my money's worth out of this game so far.

Aside from that I'll be playing a few rounds in Thrill of the Fight on the Quest. That game can seriously get you fit.

I'm not a Pokemon fan but I've played a couple of them. I see people raging that this game should be a 5 or a 7; but I seriously doubt that it's that bad, or even bad at all, its more probable that people just have a case of sour grapes.

Thumper has been on my wishlist for ages and I've almost picked it up a couple of times when it's been on the eShop for $15. Would it be worth spending an extra $5 or $10 more for a VR version though?

Day one purchase (when it releases in 2020).

If this is going to be the final game for the Wii then they should have subtitled it 'The Last Dance'. At this rate I wouldn't be surprised to see Just Dance 2021 on the Wii though.

Death Stranding is no doubt a unique game in that its core design is supposed to be dull, repetitive and arduous. Personally I can do without 40 hours of despair and frustration.

No the VR games not coming to the Switch but it is coming for the Quest. Is the Switch game the same though (just not in VR)?

Well I know High Hope's by Panic at the Disco because I have it on Beat Saber. The rest not so much. The kids were on about Billie Eilish and I thought they were saying Billy Idol but with a speech impediment.

I'm with Homer Simpson, I used to think I was 'cool' but now the things that are 'cool' seem weird and scary to me.

I was wondering about Just Dance vs Dance Central, as from what I've seen DC is better in almost every way. The only advantage (for me) with JD on the Switch seems to be that the kids could play local multiplayer, whereas only one could play DC at a time (in VR).

Are the games coming to the Switch the same as the one on VR?

The kids seem to love this stuff and they say they want the VR game, but from experience I know that VR greatly heightens the scare factor, so perhaps the games on the Switch might be better suited for them.

I'm still working on my second Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 run through. Then I'll be working up a sweat in Thrill of the Fight, probably the best boxing game ever.

Sounds like most of the other Mario & Sonic games, some fun in multiplayer but nothing that'll set the world on fire.

Did Konami's Hyper Sports game ever release or was it canceled? I remember it being shown and then nothing.

Ill be continuing with my Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 do-over on the Switch and burning some calories in Thrill of the Fight on the Quest.

I didnt care much for the PS4, I think that it sold because of Sonys great marketing and because of Microsoft's terrible marketing. The DS4 was a terrible controller (only slightly longer battery life than a Gamepad) with sticks that were prone to peeling, the PS4 storage solutions sucked and the exclusives were largely average to me. I preferred the Xbox One even though it lacked exclusives because of its more consumer friendly approach (ironic as it was tarred as being anti-consumer at its reveal) with external storage, backwards compatibility and cross-play titles.

I was so close to finishing Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 but accidentally deleted my game, so now I'm starting it again from the beginning.

Outside of that I'm going to pick up The Thrill of the Fight on the Oculus Quest for some 1:1 boxing action.

So they'll only bring a game if Nintendo goes begging for it? Ridiculous.

I would rather see some of the Capcom vs series. Capcom vs Tatsunoko is the best but I'd take any of the Marvel games too.

It depends how motion controls are implemented, and there is personal preference too. For example I dont like the motion aiming in Doom on the Switch because it's too slack. I would always play FPS with a zero deadzone setting, for me that's perfect, but some of my friends would find it unplayable.

I prefer FPS with motion controls, to the point where I played Reflex on the Wii more than COD4 on the 360 even though its visuals were nowhere near it. The Wii U version of Black Ops 2 remains my favorite in the series because it combined HD visuals with the Wii motion controls.

I've never played any of the Call of Juarez series, so this one is on my radar.

No P5 on Switch = no interest in SSBU Joker or this spin off.

If there was an option to mod out the arachnomorphs then I'd buy it for the Switch. As it is PC is my only option.

The main factor in whether a game can come to a weaker platform is money. If there is money to be made then it can be done, at least in some form.

I have Cyberpunk preordered for the Xbox One X because I'm not sure how well the game will perform on my PC.

I'll have to pick up Battlestar Galactica and Star Wars Pinball at some point.

For my Thanksgiving weekend I'm playing Beat Saber and Job Simulator on the Quest. On the Switch I'll still be trying to unlock more Infinity rifts and characters in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3.

I dont think that EA has any say over existing games, so KOTOR 1&2, Battlefront 2, Republic Commando and Jedi Starfighter are all possibilities.

I doubt we'll get Rogue Squadron though as it's not already released on Xbox.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 - Vampires Curse. Ive unlocked Punisher and Moon Knight but struggling to get Blade as my time just seems to keep running out.

I wasn't as wowed by this game as most people seem to be but it was a pleasant platformer. I would rate it about an 8.

FIFA sucks on all systems. The last FIFA game that actually impressed me was on the 3DO.

Unfortunately Konami doesn't care to bring any version of PES to the Switch and theres not really any other good options; so crappy FIFA is all there is.

Vader Immortal episode 2. Now begins the wait for episode 3.

My One X is my Star Wars machine and half of the games I got for free. It really was worth buying it for that alone.

They are all $39.99 at Bestbuy.ca. The only one that matches up in price is Lego City at $14.99, but it's out of stock. So maybe not a great sale for you but it's a pretty good one for me.

I'm not buying any of them though as I already own most of them on other platforms. I'm just waiting for Lego Star Wars (but I'll buy that on XBO).

People always say that you can buy cheaper at retail but it must be just a US thing. The only game stores near me (Canada) are Walmart, Bestbuy and EB/Gamestop; none of which have ever had these games any cheaper.

I just couldn't get into this on the PS3 even though I really wanted to because it looked fantastic, so I'll be skipping this on the Switch.

I'm doing some Infinity Rifts on Marvel Ultimate Alliance on the Switch and messing around in Job Simulator on the Quest.

I often see people dismissing these devices (Wii Fit, Labo, Ring Fit), with views like 'its $80 when you can just buy a plastic ring for $15'. It's like saying that the PS AIM controller is overpriced at $100 because you can just buy a plastic gun at the dollar store for $2. They are similar looking but are very different in functionality.

I dont know about the ring but I do like that theres leg holsters for the joycons.

I'd like to know what this will be priced at. I already have Jedi Outcast on the Xbox One X (along with Jedi Academy, Battlefront II, Republic Commando, KOTOR, KOTOR 2) and I think they were $9.99 (although most were free). If its priced the same on the Switch then I'll get it for the portability.

I'd really like to see Rogue Squadron, Shadows of the Empire and Galactic Battlegrounds on the Switch.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 and Fire Emblem on the Switch, Red Matter and Ninja Legends on the Quest.
