I’m guessing you’re just over exaggerating and joking. If not, you’re way off. I have some big install games like Borderlands 2, Warframe, Alien Isolation that are in the 20’s for GB’s. Those take around 1.5hrs or less to install and I don’t even have an incredible internet speed. @superderper

I would be stoked. I’m not a “Rabbids” fan by any means and never thought they were cool characters created by Ubisoft at all. However, when I pulled the trigger on Rabbids Kingdom it turned out to be one of my favorite Switch games. This game is what actually turned me onto X Com 2 Collection for Switch.

So yeah, bring on the sequel. 😎

Nice. Yeah I mean I’ve played maybe 10-15hrs but it was a long time ago. Ever since I quit Destiny I’ve been looking for it’s replacement. During my peak Destiny days I always saw threads on various sites saying Warframe is better than Destiny, then Destiny fans would counter. Basically a back and forth blood bath. Lol. I do prefer FPS versus 3rd person but that’s no issue for me. @pixelpatch

Sounds like you’re the perfect person to ask then. So in a nut shell I was an avid Destiny player for 5yrs straight. As I told my wife, it stole my soul. lol. I played daily until our 2 kids arrived. It’s no longer possible to keep up so I quit. Destiny is no longer a game that you can play casually (if) you care to keep up with the others.

I played Warframe on and off last year but stopped cause I was so confused with what the heck was going on. There’s a lot more going on for upgrades, etc. that confused the heck outta me. Destiny has materials to collect to but it’s nowhere near as complex as Warframe’s.

Can you explain to me on what I’m missing? Do I just need to dive back in and it will make sense over time, or what? I’d love to get into it, but I was put off by how confusing things seemed. I was pretty much just mindlessly playing mission to mission not knowing what else I should be doing so I know I was missing out on necessary things. Thank you! @pixelpatch

No problem, I didn’t take it that way either. Glad to see someone respond to me in a civilized manner to. Lol. It doesn’t happen all the time here, but when I try to be helpful with something I usually get a response like I was trying to say I told ya so or someone will spin it to a negative remark.

Yes sir, every Wednesday morning the person who opens the GameStop store has to prompt a sticker list (price change) list. Sometimes it’s literally 5-10 games, sometimes it can be in the hundreds. So Wednesday is the prime day to check what game you’re looking for costs. A lot of people assume GameStop keeps new games at $59.99 for a very long time. That’s really not the case. Most prices drop a lot then go back up for a few weeks, then back down, often. @WoomyNNYes

Not trying to sound pro-GameStop but I used to manage a store 5yrs ago. I left after just 10mths from poor pay, poor staff (unreliable younger part-timers), etc. Haha. Anyway for future reference if you’re ever wanting a game and scoping out all the retailers & Amazon prices that you mentioned, GameStop does price changes every Wednesday morning so that’s the day to check them out if you’re looking for a price drop on X game. Excluding holiday sale events of course. Just a friendly heads up. 😎 @WoomyNNYes

I was just about to pre-purchase the on sale bundle for $23.99 on the eShop that includes the katana’s/dlc over $29.99 for the base game alone.

It’s actually not hard at all to find. I’ve seen 2 local Best Buy’s by me have piles of them in their locked cage and both Walmart’s my family and I go to also have tons. We’ll see how many are still there come Christmas time though. @Marios-love-child

Yeah. So anyway, it’s Friday...so didn’t feel like putting in a long work day at home. I started Cloudpunk. I put in an hour. So far it’s casual fun. The city looks super awesome. Is it the best graphics?, no. Is it broken?, no. If I end up sticking with it I’m going to preorder the physical edition coming out Nov.10th. If it doesn’t grow on me and I quit playing it, biting on the digital sale was better off. The physical is going for $35 vs $20 on eShop sale now. @DeclanS98

So I couldn’t resist. I did buy Cloudpunk today. It’s on sale for $20, not a huge sale but I’ll take it. I really have a new game itch.

I was gonna buy Cloudpunk tonight but I’m skeptical. I watched a gameplay video. I didn’t know that the entire gameplay pretty much consists of fly car from A to B. Walk to get next package. Fly from A to B again. Rinse & Repeat. @DeclanS98

My post in no way was bashing the game and I played around 10hrs but got bored. I don’t need you to tell me to “don’t play AC if I don’t like it”. I can make that decision myself. A more neutral response would have been better off. @sanderev

I think you’re the one missing the point here buddy, or deliberately choosing to not acknowledge the point, which is, it’s okay to say you got bored with a game (and I) never said slowness was a bad aspect of (Animal Crossing). You’re killing me smalls. @sanderev

I know I’m about to be attacked, but I had fun in New Horizons but after a while I was like this is so redundant and stupid. Chop trees, catch bugs, run in circles for sea shells (once again), etc.

I used to be a hardcore Destiny player so I know what redundancies are. I just don’t get it. It’s super fun but grows stale too really fast.

I hope someone says something to make me want to buy it back tomorrow. I’m always open to playing and retrying games. I loved it but got so bored after so long.

I had the first one on my Xbox, Super Mega 2 on PS4 and then double dipped and got it on Switch.

Here’s my question. I downloaded the demo for 3 a few months back. It may have been due to being real tired and late at night but after 15-20min of playing I deleted it and said what the heck it’s the same teams with a few new ones and hardly anything noticeably upgraded with exception to a couple animations. Can you explain what is truly “new”? I’d consider getting it. @Toshiro_Baloney

For me, this won’t cut it and Black Flag is still king of pirate games, pun-intended.

Would love to see Microsoft cut the exclusive leash on Sea of Thieves and port it to Switch. With its animated art style it would be perfect to port.

Haha. Funny you say that, because I completely agree. I still remember playing Far Cry 3 on PS3 and seeing those screen tears, but still not caring because I always thought Just Cause was crap and there wasn’t any other FPS’ like it (not being linear). @Brookie

Add GameCube & N64. Until then, for me personally, I couldn’t care less and don’t play these current games more than once a year if that.

The only reason I have Switch Online is for the cloud save and maybe 4-5 games for Online (thus far).

Doesn’t look very good in my opinion. I’ll stick with my MK11 when I crave a fighter. I’m a very casual fighting game player so I don’t need to add another unless it’s really good.

I remember when I stopped playing this on PS4 a long time ago saying to myself I wish it wasn’t alien fish/sharks and was real life saltwater fish and sharks so bad. The alien look wasn’t necessarily bad but I’d prefer a great white sneaking up on me more and full of awesome clown fish, yellow tangs, etc. @PhilKenSebben

It’s nothing like Endless Ocean at all. I had it on PS4. You have to explore and craft items to survive. Definitely not a “relax free” free roam like Endless Ocean one bit. Not a bad thing but very different. @SPL64
