Re: Miyamoto: "Other IPs" Like Splatoon Were Considered For Super Nintendo World

A Splatoon area can easily be turned into a paint ball area. Especially in Nintendo Land in America. I know a lot of paint ball lovers who would love that. Also it can introduce Splatoon loving kids and teens into paintball.
A Pikmin area can be turned into a greenhouse, but that seems a little too expensive and would require employees with expert level plant caring experience.
I think we can take all of Nintendo's sci-fi IPs (Starfox, Metroid, F-Zero, etc) and turn it into a huge barcade. It can have arcade machines like that Luigi's Mansion arcade shooter and that F-Zero AX booth. Maybe SEGA can throw in some of their arcade cabinets to fill the empty spaces.
An Animal Crossing area can easily be full of cute souvenir shops and actual clothing stores that matches clothes from New Horizons games. Also a Brewster coffee shop is absolutely perfect to buy some real coffee.

Re: Splatoon's Manga Series Returns For The Third Game

After reading 9 volumes, the manga is extremely boring. Jokes are constantly retold in the same ways. The stories almost always revolve around Turf Wars. No exploration of the world (in other words. No extra lore). The idols only show up when the manga does the game's story mode with their characters. I'm surprised it didn't get axed.

If the writer of Splatoon wrote a canon Splatoon manga revolving around the idols' history, it would be far more interesting than this.
