As part of the Nintendo Live 2022 celebrations this weekend, Nintendo is giving out a special item for Splatoon 3.
If you scan the QR below with your SplatNet 3 mobile app, you'll receive a special Nintendo Live-themed banner, which you can then redeem at the in-game terminal. You can then show it on your Splashtag.
Splatoon's musical hosts Deep Cut will also be performing at Nintendo Live on Sunday. This isn't the only limited-time event for Splatoon, either - yesterday Nintendo also announced its next Splatfest.
It's a Pokémon special with players siding with team Grass-type, team Fire-type, or team Water-type. You can learn more in our previous post.

I could always use more customization in the game, so scan complete! That Shell-Out Machine is so expensive after the first use of the day.

Tip: make a printscreen of the QR code. The nintendo app offers you the possibility to use an image instead of scanning the QR code

@Dev9417 It being expensive is a blessing. Money sinkhole's are healthy for the game. Splatoon 3 really went out of its way to make sure there's plentiful ways to make use of cash other than ordering gear from other players, Splatnet gear, and Scrubbing so that money won't stockpile to the maximum like in Splatoon 2 for many who regularly played.
You really just want to try it out once a day spending the discounted price while saving up to upgrade your gear. It having the one roll at a discounted price per day incentives the player to come back daily too; it's genius.
