Gen 1 just isnt as fun unless you are nostalgic. New mechanics and pokemon are just better. Also has the least content of any Pokemon game, not its fault but true.

You are very wrong here. Blackface was very prominent in Japan, and is still used even today. Rats&Stars, formally known as The Chanels, are a popular music group that consists of an entirely blackface group in Japan. They have even performed with Momoiro Clover Z, an idol group, all in blackface.

You're right SM64 hasnt aged well, but mostly from a control and graphics standpoint. If the game was remade with better controls it would still be pretty good.

If it ends up even close to Astro Boy 2008, i'll chalk it up as a win. Hopefully it turns out even better than that.
