I will keep saying it... Its my favorite 3D Mario. (I just finished Galaxy for the first time two days ago, and I must say that is amazing, I truly understand why everyone loves it.. But I prefer the linear level design on a Mario game)

Back to MH XX then... I only hope that they keep the maiden songs title screens on the full release of the game.

Mmmm... I have yet to play the Ninja Gaiden games (I have them on PS3) but just by looks he is too generic and boring.

Excellent game with satisfying combat and amazing music and artstyle, the only critique I have is that the “we are good cops buddies” setting does not resonate with me at all. (Not to the point of stop playing it, like in sony spiderman, that was cringe worthy) Hoping for a sequel.

I dont like the graphics on the west cover, or the orange everything. But as @Anti-Matter pointed out the japanese one looks amateurish. So west one gets my vote.

Sara Conner? I’d rather had Rickey Mouse or Ronald Duck skins instead.

I already bought it on the sale. Not a fan of Ubisoft open world games, they seem interesting and I always end up buying them at sales and not playing them. This one seems to not take itself so seriously, so I though to give it a try.

Am I the only one that think that these “gold” (painted) versions of Amiibo are hideous? I rather have the normal ones.

Never was interested in Cyberpunk 2077, I played the Witcher 3 (like 20
Hours hoping I would experience the masterpiece everybody praised and found it really boring) it’s a shame that a game that have a lot of players hyped was release at that state, and I think the way CDProject red dealt with the aftermath of release was “poor” at best. But wasn’t the witcher all buggy too when it released? My experience with it (years after lauch day) was flawless on a technical level. I think CD project red will eventually patch the thing and it will become the “dream game” Sakurai is talking about.

It’s understandable. XBOX is a machine for western people with western tastes. If you are into FPS and Skyrim like RPG’s the XBOX is you machine. I like japanese action games and JRPG so I never thought of buying an XBOX because I know that its library of games (and exclusives, like halo or peter molineaux games) is not appealing to my particular tastes. And I am not even japanese. (Even if game pass is the best thing that happend to videogames in the last years)

I still have this game on my PS3, amazing art and music, but the gameplay gets repetitive really fast (but I must say that I only played it on single player mode, because I have no friends😢). I prefer Double Dragon Neon.

@ICISAZEL astral chain is an amazing game and proof enough that good art direction beats raw power.

Super Mario 3D land is my favorite 3D Mario. Never played 3D world so I am eagerly waiting to have a new favorite. I love the new “Metal” tunes that are slowly creeping into mario OST. Paper Mario the origami King was filled with them. And “Fury world” looks like its going to give us more of that.

I think I will wait the release of the “9.999.999 games in 1” set.

@yuwarite I know, I understand that from a franchise and one developer. All Ubisoft games are copies of themselves, ok, its the ubisoft formula, you can like it or not. It bothers me when it becomes a trend from different franchises and different developers.

@Qwertyninty I agree but most AAA games nowadays are safe bets, they look gorgeous thats for sure, but the gameplay is all the same (most of the more hyped AAA games of the last generation were boring as hell IMO, witcher, Read dead, horizon, tsutshima, watch dogs, assassins creed, Cyberpunk, they are all the same game, they only change the setting and some minor gameplay tweaks, I had more fun playing Animal crossing, or even Paper Mario, and those games are thrash on a technical level if we compare them with the titles I just mentioned) I am
Not a Nintendo diehard fan by any means (The only Nintendo consoles I owned were the family game, the 3DS and the switch, and I had every playstation iteration) but this westernization of development of games, this FPS madness over entertainment is hurting the industry. We need more fresh ideas, and I am glad a much less powerful hardware is giving the “big boys” a run for its money.

Switch outselling New generation consoles everywhere gives me a strange kind of pleasure. Proof that we don’t need 60fps or 8k, just good games.

I love the idea of just a corpse in the cover, but the american one is better, and represents the game to perfection. The european one is just awful.

I am on vacation, so I went to a house by the beach, with my Switch and Hyrule Warriors AOC, which I haven’t touched, because I decided that I wanted to try Paper Mario The Origami King which was sitting in my backlog and fell in love with it. Can’t stop playing it. Of course Monster Hunter rise demo.

The only thing I want in Ring Fit Adventure is a download of the full game, this is one of those games that you will play every day, and having it digital will make it easier to go in train a little and tune out into another game. One of the few games I regret that comes in a cart.

I played the PS3 version to death, got tbe full body on PS4 on release date and I am waiting a tempting sale to justified the Switch version. One of my favorite games. Nobody should miss (and being gay myself I must say I never felt offended by it, nor Persona 5 “controversial” scene for that matter)

I like the icon on Age of calamity... altough is the contrary of minimalistic.

6 out of 12, the only ones I knew were the ones from Xenoblade and Super Mario Oddysey, the other four were pure luck.

One particular christmas , (In the early 90). We have a big family reunion over my godfather house. The moment I entered the apartment, my eyes darted towards the NES he had and a little game called, Super Mario 3. Can I play a little? I asked.... after the meal, was the response. Of course I gobbled down a little food as fast as I could so I could leave the table and go to the mushroom kingdom. Next thing I remember hours ad paed and all my relatives were worried, the talking point was ‘He is not right, he does not play with the other kids, (Who had cero interest in the NES and preferred to play with, balls, and...toys.... ) he is obsessed, you should have him checked, was the advice they gave my mother that night’

I always wondered... what is the point of videogame movies? If I wanted to see a story in the universe of a particular game I rather play the games. They always seemed like cash grabs to me. (Especially live action ones)
