"Once the contract has been fully performed by the trader" should mean "once the trader has supplied the product", not "once the trader has received the payment". The contract and transaction cannot be seen as completed if both parties have not given the other what the contract states: in this case for the consumer the payment, and for the supplier the product.
Oh definitely. I'm collecting all the LoZ related amiibos so if they'll actually make new amiibos based on the Smash Bros. Ultimate outfits, I'll be getting them as well.
The obvious real answer as to why they made Zelda's design be that of ALBW is of course that they need to sell more amiibos. There's already one based on her BOTW getup afterall.
>Smash Direct is within 24 hours.
>Undertale related announcement coming within 24 hours.

@Anti-Matter Actually if you deliberately are mean to a villager in order to make them move out, they will refuse to move out because they want to have a better friendship with you.
So if you want someone to move out, stop being mean to them and make an effort with them. And if you want someone to stay, make sure you give them a good beating with the bug net every day.
@HappyRusevDay I don't really see "being able to play for free for a year" and gaining access to legacy content AND being able to play online being on the same level.
Remember that the Switch Online Service is not just about playing games online.
What a lot of companies don't understand nowadays is that by wooing new, potential customers to their services with free gifts, they are potentially making the long-time supporters feel like they do not matter. "Thanks for the long support but we want to play with these new people now."
A self-standing Breath of the Wild side-adventure would be a great announcement from the left field. I doubt Nintendo's going to make anything like that though.
For me, it's Metroid Prime 4, Animal Crossing, and Fire Emblem. Had I been able to pick more items in the poll I would have picked Smash, Pokémon and "Other" for my eternal wish for a new Kid Icarus game.
@aSmilingMan The only reason Snakepass made the cut is the fact that it's one of the 8 games I own for the console (I counted Bayonetta 1+2 as one game on my list), lol.
I'm not really a fan of the game. It's fun but the controls are frustrating most of the time. It's still a game I'm going to spend more time on at some point.
I'm also still in the process of playing Xenoblade 2 so chances are it's going to find a placing much higher up on my list one day.
I liked this on the 3DS but I wouldn't buy it again for the Switch. I hope this is either a new game or a more beefed out version of the first game.
What I'd really like though would be for the other half of the former Renegade Kid to not be dormant. Europe still hasn't gotten either Moon Chronicles or Dementium 2 Remastered. Both could be good fits for Switch eShop. It's a shame too because I've liked what Renegade Kid has been doing for years now. Dementium Remastered was great on the 3DS too.
@Yasaal I'm with you on this one. With all the references to the different games in the series, BotW feels like an entry in a fused timeline where all the three branches have come together. That could also explain Calamity Ganon's appearance as an almost corporeal entity haunting the lands where his past selves lived.
At least in BotW the silly puzzles made sense from a narrative point of view: they were made to test the hero, and were created by an advanced civilization.
Whereas in the older games the temples had strange puzzles and overly complicated locking mechanics just for the sake of having them. Think of the Yeti Cabin in Twilight Princess: it's the home for the two Yetis, yet there are overly complicated mechanisms for opening closed doors. It makes little sense when it comes to the story.
So in that sense the shrines and divine beasts feel more organic than the temples in most of the 3D games. Much akin to the organic feel of the old 2D titles.
I thought this was the last DLC but I was secretly hoping there'd be more content so that I could use the Master Cycle for something other than mundane traveling around Hyrule.
@Agent721 The anime sections are minor. It's mostly just static images or short convo logs or diary entries you unlock by getting "achievements". I'm currently pretty much unable to get any more as the game now requires me to finish like 5 songs with score B or higher in expert mode.
But the songs are good and the game works perfectly so I'm happy with it. Can't wait for the update!
@tourjeff A Lichtspeer employee recently said the following in a Reddit AMA: "Nintendo doesn't have an official support for Achievements and Leaderboards, like Sony or Microsoft but we know that they're working on it".
Just what exactly this means is anyone's guess since it's Nintendo we are talking about but it might be good news for you.
Edit: I mean someone working in the company that made Lichtspeer.
@belmont It could be that those Sherlock Holmes games were officially approved by the Conan Doyle estate. Capcom either is unable to get their permission to release the game in the West as they most likely have not been in contact with the Conan Doyle estate before releasing the game in Japan, or they are just not prepared to go through financial setbacks caused by gaining the approval to release the game in the US.
So basically the Conan Doyle estate has until 2025 to decide which works of fiction are allowed to use the character of Sherlock Holmes in the United States. After the time has passed, the limitation is no longer.
@OdnetninAges I remember reading the reason Dai Gyakuten Saiban has not been released in the West is the fact that it uses the character of Sherlock Holmes. Copyright laws in the UK prohibit the use of a character for 70 years after the authors death; Conan Doyle died in 1930 so in Europe the game would be allowed to be released. However, in the USA, the copyright laws go for 95 years which means that DGS would not be allowed to be published in the country before 2025.
Even though it sucks, I get why Capcom doesn't want to release the game in the West even though they could easily just release it in Europe.
But hey, how about Gyakuten Kenji 2? That game shouldn't have the same problem!
Sadly for me it's the price that is the problem. I'm unaware if the game is long enough to warrant a €15 price tag. Sure there is the level editor but I don't see myself toying with that for long enough.
I get that this is a one-person company and that one person has to pay his bills but from a consumer point of view a €15 price tag is not very tempting. I will support Watsham by buying the game with the discount however.
While on the subject, I'm still wondering what happened to the other half of Renegade Kid. I'm still dissappointed about not getting Moon Chronicles or Dementium 2 Remastered here in Europe, mostly because back when Moon Chronicles was first announced I was debating buying the original game for the DS and decided not to after the news broke of the remake.
I hope the developers of Snake Pass read this article and take notice in the guidelines Nintendo has created.
But that's also the problem: they are guidelines. Recommendations. Nintendo is not enforcing the policy because it's only a recommendation.
When it comes to the Lego Worlds software icon, I wouldn't be surprised if it was just a placeholder image someone forgot to change as it looks like one.
@Carlos1996 I would very much like to play the GBA games and even the GC/Wii games. The only problem is their availibility. I'm not sure if the GBA games are available on Virtual Console but if they aren't, I most likely won't be able to play them. The GC/Wii games sell for over €100 online so those aren't something that I'm going to be playing anytime soon either.
I actually got into Fire Emblem only recently when I decided to finally buy Awakening after years of deliberation. I fell in love with it instantly and got Echoes when it came out.
Echoes is really good, and one of the best games I've played on the 3DS. Even though it's a remake of an old game, it introduces so many things absent from Awakening that I'd like to see in the next iterations of the series; dungeon exploring being one of them.
I also bought Fates with the intention of playing it after I finish Echoes. I haven't gotten very far in it and at the moment don't really even feel like advancing in the game. I don't find the characters nor the story very interesting.
@Moon @MadAdam81 Notice that the XYAB buttons follow the Xbox controller's layout with A and B reversed. So Nintendo would have a lesser case on claiming copyright over those than Microsoft.
But when it comes to the d-pad, I believe Nintendo at least recently still hold the patent for the + shaped design which is why both Sony and Microsoft have opted different designs for their d-pads. Nintendo could have a case against the Gamevice on that.
Game stores in Finland at least are selling amiibos for €20-€30 as new. I've been refreshing the listings of several stores for a while now and saw one have the price set for the Metroid amiibos at €29.90 before pre-orders even begun.
The problem is that Nintendo makes the amiibos in such short quantities that the pre-orders sell out within a day if not in hours. I've experienced cases where I was left out with some amiibos because of low stock even though I had pre-ordered them the day the pre-orders went live. So as the stocks are low and the stores know people are going to buy them no matter what, they can ask for ridiculous amounts of money for the figures.
This is atrocious. This just confirms that there's no way to get both the game sound and the voice chat come from the same device. This solution is also just silly as it would have been easy to just implement headset support for the Switch. Now players who do not have or wish to have a smart phone (myself included) have no means for voice chatting even with friends.
I have no idea why they even bother making a voice chat app if all it does is enable the chat for you and your friends. If you are playing with friends you can easily just use another app like Discord.
What's up with Corpse Party? I checked the eShop on Thursday after the update but it was still up for the full price and was not mentioned in the discounts section at all. Is it region specific? I live in the Nordic countries.
I'm posting here just in case Hörberg is reading comments.
I really like the art style which is also what made me buy both Gunman Clive games back in the day. The footage looks good and I would definitely buy it if it came for the 3DS or Switch.
If the price is the same than what it's for PS+ and Microsoft's service, I will not be subscribing to this one.
Also, why tie the voice chat to a smart device app? Will it be available for us without a newer smart device? Also, will I be able to get the game sounds through the app as well? I'd rather not wear two sets of headphones/headsets at the same time...
Someone should update the 5-year old image of Link celebrating his birthday while Samus is in her own party with a third picture where you can see Pit's grave.
Kid Icarus is still one of my favourite franchises but I'm losing my sanity hoping for another entry to the series. All three Kid Icarus games are gold and deserve a new successor.
So what about the fact that Fox "borrowed" the footage from Youtubers? Did Fox have to compensate for them to use their videos possibly without permission?
@RennanNT Of course I know that you can get 120 platinum coins a week. It's why I have the amount of coins I do afterall (currently 670). I got to 280 on the launch day and by making dummy facebook/twitter/g+ accounts I got to 310 coins. Apart from the launch week there's only been three weeks to collect coins right now. That's 120+120+120=360. Add to that launch week and you get 360+310=670. If you take the current week away (since you replied before Monday) you get 670-120=550.
So I don't know how you thought I didn't know I could get 120 platinum coins every week when it's the only method available for me to get the coins.
Even if I were to be able to use a foreign version of Miitomo, I most likely still would not be able to reap on the rewards. The Miitomo missions do not show up for on the My Nintendo website since the app is not available in my country.
Well I'm glad there's no other new rewards as those for Miitomo. Living in a country with no access to the app means I'm still only at 550 platinum coins and it will still take me four weeks before I get enough coins for the Twilight Princess Picross.
You had me worried for a second that there was actually something else that I wanted up for grabs now!

Not really a difficult one for me.
1. Zelda: Breath of the Wild
2. Bayonetta 1+2
3. Super Mario Odyssey

5. VOEZ
6. Splatoon 2
7. Snake Pass
