Not sure what it would have cost when the switch 2 was released but a little bit more power when docked might have got these sort of games at 60FPS which would have been fantastic.

Nintendo themselves get the best from the switch 2 but know it’s limits and use clever draw distance techniques and level size and calm the textures down etc to keep us at 60fps.

They seem the only ones out of the big three that seem to now have their expansion plans and gaming plans, moving at a steady thoughtful managed pace.

The other two currently is a management style of trying to heard cats. 🐈‍⬛

Xbox will be next with Helix or maybe they won’t and use it as a selling point.

Nintendo maybe Switch 3.

And all moaned at Xbox, I can get right now in the UK for £142.99 what memory price increase.

Yep I mainly like the big AAA Nintendo games.
So switch 2 for me playing is basically MKW and DKB. Trying Yoshi but sort of ok.
Play or played all the older games or new games third party on series x or Pro.

Nothing to offer me, yes Zelda at the end, no game play, let down of a show.

Switch 2, not so good.

It’s was definitely 4th on my list of the showcases this month.
Definitely a Nintendont.

I really hope this is not a flying game.
Got so excited when Spyro came up.

It’s a shame for my Switch 2 to never experience these games, slack running at 30fps.

I think the release schedule up to July from Nintendo is great in a way, but yes a major title or two from July to December would add to the existing year of so far releases.

As for when to tell us, it is nice even if a game is say 1 year or a year and half away, especially a major title is let known to us.

We love something amazing to look forward to and wouldn’t hurt their marketing.

But I think Nintendo think games like Yoshi, starfox and Splatoon raiders might not sell as well if we know we have say a new Mario 3d game and say Luigi’s mansion 4 in October and November this year.
And save our money and wait for those bigger hit titles. I really think that’s is why Nintendo don’t tell us.

Totally agree with you and can’t believe some on here calling us out and it as a negative.

It is also best to have options and a switch 2 cheaper home version gives gamers options.

Do those on here think Nintendo really care about them. These days you have to fight and tell these massive companies what we want. Look how they are price increasing then twisting with PR and then 3 months later making more higher profits.

And those that keep saying a switch 2 home console does not fit.

So what, it gives gamers options and a reduced price.

I never play on the go, I’m 100% docked only and won’t be the only one.

Actually Nintendo could do more.

Release a digital only switch 2, like Sony did with PS5 digital and reduce the cost.

With a Pro controller. That would reduce cost.

I have multiple consoles, these games are old or new ones will definitely play better on PS5 Pro.

We need Nintendo first party big hitters.

Nintendo have had lots of time with games to get them ready. Not stocking fillers of Starfox again and Splatoon Raiders that is using all assets from the Splatoon games.

They are not programming a trip to Mars, just a below average powered console.

It’s great and fantastic for Nintendo die hards with switch 2 only.
But there is also a massive group of us that are also Nintendo die hard fans for Nintendo first party games and own multiple consoles, played these games and better visually and at 60FPS and some are old games to us.

Watching a die hard Nintendo you tuber the other day. Nintendo what are YOUR big hitters for the rest of the year and not the stocking fillers.
Are you just giving us a pay increase and that’s it.

They could sell 19 million again even with price hikes. As other consoles have had price hikes as well.

Also just release the big guns software and the console will sell.

Imagine a new Mario 3d game this autumn just after the movie and the movie digital releases etc. The role on effect for the console and new Mario 3d game would be massive.

Then running into the Christmas period with a bundle deal and marketing.

Let’s see what happens but the obvious to us, never is with Nintendo.

Money will be tight this Autumn we can all see that coming.

A Mario 3d game, Luigi mansion 4 and Zelda top quality remake, will put up an amazing fight for gamers money against GTA6 this Autumn.

Saros is a bit niche, a great game in its own right, but for a more niche market.

I think it’s good there are laws.
It’s crazy enough as is it the cost of things.
Especially us UK based gamers.

Maybe it goes to show, that deals are done behind closed doors and each big retailer gets to buy the Nintendo product at a different price, which will relate to the profit the retailers makes on the RRP, or selling price reductions.

I thought all retailers paid the same price to Nintendo. Same probably goes for Sony and Xbox as well.
